solid. the striations i think are comin through a little bit in the lower pic. ripped like a monster, you are.
IsaTest has a sick ingredient profile :439:
yeah sometihng like that..I really don't measure.Awesome Pics Snags! How friggin big are your arms man. We are close to the same weight and your arms look like they are a good inch bigger than mine. What are they about 18?
thx man, I'm working on it..feeling realllly good right about now.
I mentioned earlier in this thread that I was planning to run iSatori ISA-TEST, and you may have noticed I have not brought this in..this is because I am waiting for a surprise addition to the stack and will be arriving very soon (the 29th).. :shhh:opcorn:
ISA-TEST has been put on the shelf for now.
mmmm..sitting here munching on a meal.
no pics, cuz I'm at work! :biglaugh:
but you can get a mental image of this tho..
6oz ground sirloin on toasted Ezekiel sesame bread
slice of 2% pepperjack cheese melted on
2 cups broccoli
^^^ oooo, sounds tasty dude.
I really lean hard on BCAA's when in caloric deficit, or when diet is on point and trying to lose fat and harden up. when I am in a large caloric surplus (gain mode), I lose the BCAA's entirely.
What do you mean by that Snags?
Hey snag I am starting to add alot for grapefruit to my diet and see if it helps lean me out. I was wondering how you said to use it and was it more for losing fat or just losing excess water? I have alot of them and have been eating 2-3 a day.
yeah I use grapefruit as my sole fruit source sometimes, love it.
I think you are talking about my beef & grapefruit diet.
it's pretty simple. depending on your size, you'll eat either 5x or 6x this meal:
6-8oz sirloin or lean beef
1/2 grapefruit
this is for quick fat-loss, water too I guess, I get hard as nails after running it for a week.
^^^ exactly. when I'm eating big calories, I don't need the BCAA's within the training to sustain the muscle. besides, in my view of 'it is good to cycle everything', this is the perfect time (bulking, excess cals) to lay off the BCAA's.
if you still want to do aminos for muscle-building purposes, switch over to full-spectrum aminos, it'll be a much better bang for your buck.
7-10 days, but I get bored after a week. :yawn:Ok so nly half per meal huh? I have been eating one whole one per meal. Should i only run that for a week?
yeah full spectrum meaning all the aminos, not just BCAA/EAA..Beverly International Mass is a good one, a true casein base.By full spectrum you mean the ones that have all the aminos on just the maibn three?
:hammer:I like the layout of the new routine there Snag-Beast!! Looks very intense. :sgrin:The way I like it.
:booty:And you said no more pics of yourself or food 3 pages back. :toofunny:
'vanity be they name'..aww TG with the beatdown! :lol:Vanity be thy name. ha ha If I had a physique like yours, I would post pics every single day!!

I tell ya, it wasn't all that bad when it happened. I knew I got it good and all, but I slapped some Neosporin on it and rolled on, numb to the pain and Jack3d to the gills.
when I got in the shower afterwards tho..holy hell man.
as soon as that water hit it, it was like this  .. then this :aargh: .. and then this

killer boulder (I mean shoulder) session this morning, in more ways than one.. :nervous:
in my tri-set where I finish w/ DB shrugs, I was hitting the shrug movement from various angles and brought the DB angled in front of me..caught my dude down there in the crossfire and pinched him right on the melon, drew a lil blood.. :eek5:
I hope it heals down there as quick as my other head does! :shhh:
30min on the treadmill this morning, utilizing FTP (Fasted Training Protocol, for the uninitiated).
5min warm-up/cool-down
10min steady-state
10min HIIT intervals
weight was at 195.9 this morning, down from 196.9 yesterday morning..after my hi-consumption day yesterday. not that I'm worrying on this, as I really don't pay attention to weight fluctuations as there are so many variables that can affect that..but I post this for informational purposes, and am really quite surprised as well.
maybe the OEP/RC combo is kicking in pretty strong?
ahh, glad to help out there Thunder..yeah the frejoles are da bomb! (cracks me up to see that printed on the label too, lol).Your food pic has reminded me to break out some frejoles negroes (black beans) to go with my own steak today! Yum-Yum, gonna get me some.
exactly! :yup:I sometimes don't understand the weight fluctuations either. :dunno:You weigh less after a day of carbing up and then weigh more after 2 days of low carbing. The body is somewhat of a mystery. I don't sweat what the scale tells me anyway. Now the mirror.......it never lies!!!
