I couldn't SFW for 12 days. I lost 11lbs during that time, but gained 2 back today! Time to get huuuuuuge! Popping some PPlex & Mdrol at a low dose to make that happen.

Have no clue.

cooking three chicken breasts right now. one of the breasts is 15 ounces gulp thats 80 grams protein. I weighed them out on my food scale I got for Christmas. It helps get down to exactly how much protein instead of second guessing..I recommend everyone get one if they are ready to step up to the next level of being more precise on the diet.

I did not use one for years!
