Man, either I respond VERY well to placebo or that Reset AD is ALREADY doing something good for me! I took 2 caps 24th, 2 caps 25th, 1 cap (so far) today. I was able to cut my caffeine in half today I feel GREAT!!! The Cre-02 is really starting to show already. 02 is baller! Strength/endurance was money today!! Libido seems to be up as well but that is not correlated with Cre-02. I feel really good today and I am psyched to see how cardio treats me on this run with Cre-02. Prime has officially worn off (strength wise) and it is all recomp effects from here on out. I have about 2.5 weeks maybe left of this bottle and will stretch it out more if I can. I'd like to end it right before my trip to Buffalo (Jan 21-27). I'm not gonna be on ANY supps on that trip and it should be a nice break but still it's gonna be weird lol.

30 mins: 1 meltdown :yup:, 1 reset ad, 3 prime, 3 Cre-02..a lot of supps lol
15 mins: 5 scoops Anadraulic Pump; pumps were GNARLY! This stuff def does need to get worked up in your system. I have a feeling this is only the beginning :smite:

BB preachers - worked up to 105x8-8-5=21; this is up 4 fackin reps!!! :woohoo: I was amped so hard when I hit 8 on that second rp set! Dropped to 85 for 16 reps. Pumps were STUPID!!!
Wrist is feeling better today so I tried some Ez bar reverse preacher curls w/ 40 for 30 reps. I'll see if 50 hurts next time. Not gonna push it tho.
Db holds - with 95 for 45 seconds.
Bi stretch for 45 seconds. I went so deep and squeezed my grip so hard. It was by far the best bi stretch I have ever done.
Russian seated calves - worked up to 180x75; up 10lbs from last time :head:, dropped to 90x35. I will fa sho be upping that weight next time.
Good morning - nicccce stetch in hams! went sooo deep on these. worked up to 145x12; will up weight next time.
Ham stretch for 60 secs with 90 lbs.
1 legged extensions (per leg) - worked up to 120x10; up 10lbs from last time :D:D:D
Quad stretch for 60 secs

Couldn't help myself and did a Straight bar cable curl set of 60x16. Arms were BALLOONZ!!

I'm in my 2nd week of this blast and I get the feel I will push this blast up to 8 weeks. We shall see at the 6 week mark. I want to at least finish it out before my NY trip.

Got some new kicks for christmas. They are awesome. They are target brand Converse but they look awesome. They are perfect for squats and they are super comfortable. I also got a digi cam. This is my first one ever and I'll get some new pics up when I can. I'm glad to finally get some high quality ones.

Got in 2 forms of cardio this morning. 20 mins of light/moderate intensity on treadmill~100 cals. Then, I did 20 mins of moderate/high intensity on Stairmaster~290 cals. Totaling about 400 cals. YES :head: Was very pleased with this sess. I think it's safe to say endurance and adrenals are doing better :yup:. It's amazing how fast reset actually works...and how long :eek:. I'm thinkn I'll prob get the bogo deal from NP and use it longer, especially with school coming up. Weight was 174 yesterday. This is awesome considering my strength has gone up a bit and I am leaning :dance: Happy tams are a foot.
 
lol thanks man. Calves are prob my strongest muscle. You on the other hand are fackin killin hardcore!

Strength up on all my exercises today except Chest. Seems to be how things usually go for me on a cut. Everyone has their weak spots. Rocked it hard tho! I am SO pumped! Hellaciously pumped! Biceps are pumped and I did not even hit them today. Adrenals are def gettin better with the help of Reset. I have more energy throughout the day, through my workouts, cardio, bed cardio. I love it. I really have to stop abusing stims. Not really up for posting my workout today. Trust me it killed :yup:
 
Subbed, interested to see how the results go in the long run as I have heard some say you need to stay on a GH cycle for 6 months or more to see full benefits. Sounds good so far. :shocked:
 
Welcome man! I'm in my 3rd month now and it's been going well. Something I can really tell you about this stuff is it HUGE in the glycogen department. I am cutting right now and I started at about 190lbs. I have lost a good amount of fat, not huge, but enough for my girlfriend to notice and enjoy it. I tell you, just eating around 50g/day I still get a massive food pump that last for days. I am doing the 5 on/2off protocol now. On my off days, I drop to about 173-174. Yesterday, I was 178 lol. This stuff holds on to those carbs!

Speaking of gaining/losing weight, I got on a Wii fit for the first time ever this xmas... my little 9 yr old cousin's... and after it weighed me at my height, it measured my bmi and told me I was overweight. LOL. It made my Wii avitar all chubby. I was kinda pissed at first but I realize that it can't tell the difference between fat and muscle... still kinda made me chuckle.

haha thats funny..same thing with those damned touch bf measure thingies. Not sure on bf..I'd say around 15% at start and now maybe a percent or two lower now. I may be way off lol.
 
Looking at your pics i would say you dropped about 3% Rob. You are much leaner than you were. Sub q fat smoothed out where it had started to lump a little at your heaviest. Not sure how to explain that but look back at your pics from the Testopro log. Skin is smoother less fat under it. You had little pockets that are not there now. The line under your chest and between the pecs is much more defined waist is obviously smaller too... You are a good bit leaner Bro.

How long have you been on this? I found that it wasnt until I was on CKD for a while that I needed to add in much cardio. But then again, I respond awesome to low carb plans.

Yes, that's Ghenerate I am talking about. As far as carbs, I am doing about 50-60g/day for 3 days, then I am doing a carb day of about 100g, repeat. I am trying to get cardio in every other day but my schedule is only permitting about 3 or 4 days a week. So I try to make it intense. I'm thinking I may need to back off on the carb ups a bit and do them every 4 day or 5th day. My progress is slowing down and I want faster results. I'm gonna be finishing up my Reset in 4 days. So I am looking on NP to get the bogo deal. I guess the ingredient profile has changed because there is Rhodolia in it now. I am already on Rhodolia from my Cre02. Im not that educated on that stuff so hopefully I can take both and still get benefits from both. I really am loving Cre02 right now and I know I NEED some Reset. Either way I am buying it now. So if I have to wait until I am done with Cre02 to use it, I will. Also, DOMS are almost unbearable today! Lat DOMS are my fav!! :1244:
 
Endurance is really taking off!! Reset/Creo2 is really doing some great things for me.

Yesterday's workout:

Spider curls - ended on 45x8-5-5=18; up 3 reps :woohoo:, static for 15 seconds
Rope p/l preacher curls - ended on 85x12; down 1 rep :(
Behind back wrist curls/extensions - just used bar for 20 reps each way
Bicep stretch for 60 seconds...felt sooo goodddd!
Standing calves - worked up to 250x20(10 and then 10). I was going to try and do a russian set of this but having all that weight on my back for that many reps was really messing with my spine, so I stopped it there.
Lying leg curls - worked up to 155x8; up 1 rep, static for 20 seconds
Ham stretch - 110x60 seconds
H2C Heel raised db squats - worked up to 60x6; prob could have squeezed more reps out but this is up from 50x10.
Quad stretch for 60 seconds.

I love how my muscles are feeling. Muscular endurance is really starting to show. Muscle fatigue damn near non existent. I am taking 1/4 the amount of caffeine I was taking with Reset AD now. I am so psyched about this. I'm glad I hopped on this before school started.

Today I did treadmill and stair master ~ 500 cals :head:. Some pro boxer, not sure of his name it was an African name tho, started following me around the gym. lol. He was set on picking my brain. He wanted to know what my pink drink (Vassive ea8+ALCAR) consisted of. He wanted to know how I got my endurance to high. He wanted to know how I was able to do 100 consecutive decline situps. He wanted to know how I did 2 minute planks. It was cool to have this professional boxer looking up to me for advice. I really didn't think what I was doing was all that crazy. But it def made my day and was a great way to end the year lol.

Some guy asked me what I was doing there and I said, "Kinda cold. Needed to get something warm in me." - He said "I'd like something warm in me too." - I just about punched the guy in the face.

Weights went up today on everything. :D Finally doing chest stretches with 70s :head:. Kleen, I tried my high incline reverse grip presses on a smith exactly how you described it and I like it A LOT better. Shame I only have a chance to do it one more time in this blast. Went up 10lbs on deads, lost a rep. Very pleased with how this cut is going. I cannot wait to get on some M1D, Micro! Still have a month! :frustrate

Thanks for the support fellas. I'm psyched with my progress so far. It's hard watching myself loose some size and stretch but it's worth it and I know I WILL be getting my size/strength back soon. This time without the fat :yup:

Kleen, those 70s were barutal!!! I could only hold them for 60 seconds and the pain was torturous! My kind of stretch! :head:

Had a gnarly ass pump today! I've got 4 more workouts for this blast then I'm off to Buffalo for my Cruise (doing no weights) and then the big cycle starts :dance: I'm so amped about it!
