Squats

I saw Trey Brewer doing seated one DB curls differently on Iron Asylum today and decided to do 3 sets of those and I think they'll replace my standing alternating curls. And threw in 3 sets of pushdowns too.

Good workout, no sides and I'll weigh later b/c the scale magically disappeared today some how from the gym.

Gotta go to work in about 40min. But I'll be on for a little bit and when I get back in case anyone has any questions.


Also I saw this BB Malcolm Marshall on Iron Asylum who is from NC and trains at a gym about an hr. from me where my relatives live. I don't think he has his pro card yet but he's freaking huge 280 I think. I'm just stoked he's a big dude repping from NC

You're right the word has been thrown around and awful lot, but I honestly didn't feel a thing from my bottle. It could be under dosed I don't really know though. Something is up with this bottle though, there has to be, I could tell an immediate difference when I switched. If I could get it tested I would b/c I, like everyone else, would like to know what the deal is with this bottle.

I do just think it's a few bottles and not an entire batch, I would find it hard to believe and entire batch could be bad.
 
^^ I agree. Plus deltaforce had that batch and he loved it. Perhaps there's some inconsistencies.

Yea I believe gymaddict is running it as well and he got good gains.

DAY 9




I took today off too running tomorrow and maybe some weights but for sure back w/ the reg. routine on Monday. Getting slight back pumps I believe today. I think that when I space my dosing out evenly throughout the day I notice a little pump in my back more? Not sure if that has to do w/ the levels not being spiked like on a usual workout day, maybe someone can chime in on that. So I'm about to take some taurine and I'll be ordering some protein tomorrow. I can't decide if I want syntha 6 or a 10lb bucket of American whey.

7 more days until the little one is due. I have a feeling she'll be coming during Thanksgiving day right when I'm about to sit down and eat...haha o well


well I have misplaced my taurine, so I'm ordering some right now(I'll probably find my taurine in the morning, go figure) but I'll take an Aleve if these get any worse. I'll probably bump the dosage back to 20 tomorrow. I was tampering with the dosage the last two to three days.
 
Found my taurine this morning so that's good. We'll I've got work from 10-4 today so I'll update later.

I haven't noticed any other sides besides slight back pumps. I am irritable today but I think it's more due to that fact that my mother can't remember anything I tell her and I have to tell her everything 5 + times before she remembers it.

DAY 10

Ok well this updates coming from the hospital. I've been here for about 8 hrs and she hasn't got any closer to having the baby. So they're gonna give her some petosin and hopefully that will speed things up. I've been trying to eat ok today but its been a carb day so semi-fast food is not too terrible.

Back pumps are still here a little and taurine is still being used. I'll be getting to the gym some time tomorrow. I feel like I'm past 200lbs now but I need to find a scale around here haha.

Well guys my next update I'll be a father so guess I'll talk to everyone later.
 
Hey, congrats bud, I joined the daddy club a few months ago (with a little girl as well). It's a trip but you'll get the hang of it in no time. Even if it gets hectic she can be a good reminder, just eat every time she does!

Keep up the good work with the log, I'm considering something similar so I'll be following.
 
As of 2 hrs ago I am the father of a 8lb 10oz baby girl:) I hope to get to the gym sometime today but we'll see.

DAY 12


Tris/Bis

Good pump today it was great to be back. Starting epi in two days and looking forward to that drying me out and good strength increases. I'm a few lbs over a deuce now and with the help of thanksgiving I'll probably be bigger in the next few days.


Went with diesel test pro cycle for my test booster and got some more protein and lifting straps b/c my hands are starting to wear out a little. ALSO--HUGE props to nutraplanet HUGE PROPS in the comments section on my order the other day I put " I"m gonna be a dad for the first time in a few hours so if you have any free samples I'll take care of them for ya" My order came in today and there were TONS of free samples in the box. thanks guys NP is awesome!
 
DAYS 13-16

Last few days have been hectic I think the baby is finally on a schedule and the gym has been getting worked into my schedule whenever I've had the chance. Still progressing well and last weighed in a just over 202lbs. Epi will be starting today b/c I forgot to bring it the other day when I was taking care of the baby.

Gym in a little bit. I'm looking forward to the epi kicking in, I loved it last time
 
DAY 17

Alright dosed 20mg SD today and 30 Epi evenly across the day. Great back workout today awesome pump, no talking or bull****ting until we hit the elliptical, just lifting. Pounding food left and right, I just can't eat enough.

Unfortunately, over the weekend my brother decided to discuss my use of SD and EPI with my uncle and his brother in law while they were hunting. My uncle doesn't bother me so much, he played college football and used before. But the other guy is a doctor and doesn't approve (big whoop). I was kinda annoyed with my bro but he maybe just wasn't thinking, I just hope that I won't have to deal with crap later about this subject from other family members.

Also, my buddy was getting a shake made before we left the gym today and low and behold the supp guy sells PH's and PS's. He told me to ask him about them if I had questions, I didn't because I didn't want to debate with him if he told me something wrong. But he does have a few bottles of spawn and a ton of other clones from some other companies i've never heard of. He's got a bottle of methyl xt and I'm thinking of taking that off his hands if he doesn't want a **** ton for them.

Any thoughts from methyl xt? Specifically Unreal-I think you've used that clone before right?
 
DAY 18


Today I took off b/c I couldn't work it in. It was a carb day today. Which helped out a lot at work b/c keto kills my energy level unless I'm really exerting myself.

The season finale of Sons of Anarchy is tonight so I'm currently chilling watching that:):)


Also, I'm gonna give a picture update tomorrow but its from my camera phone so I hope the quality is decent.

Tomorrow I will be traveling out of town early in the AM to talk to some people at a job open house, wish me luck guys. I'll be working out w/ my old workout partner bright and early at 9am after a 2.5hr drive. (I usually work out around 2-2:30 everyday)

Great to hear bro. As long as you are hydrated you should have great workout first thing in the morning.

Great workout today, my buddy wanted to do some DC training so I hung in there w/ him which I'm very happy about since he's a lot stronger than me when it comes to maxes and such. The only thing he killed me with was super wide grip pull ups. Damn guy can do like sets of 50. Needless to say with my weight increase it in increasingly hard to do these. 204lbs today:) I'm happy with that for now and looking forward to Epi hardening me up some. It'll be hard to say goodbye to SD tomorrow but I like Epi a ton so hopefully this EFX will do what Havoc did.:bigok:

DAYS 21-23

Today was legs and a little back. Went extremely well and I still feel good. I decided to throw in some tricep extensions at the end and cranked out 95x10x3 all the reps felt great so I was happy about that.

On another note: I'm looking into my next injectable cycle and I've been recommended promas - its a 100mg prop, 75mg mast, 75mg tren compound If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it. As far as I know only one of my buddies has used it and like it a lot, I'm just looking for more info on it.

Going to see my little girl again tonight:) But I'll be back on tomorrow to check the comments.

Yea thats when I usually notice the effects of epi. I love the stuff. Yea man you just gotta stay positive no matter what and make things work for you. :bigok::veryhappy:

Days 24-26


Day 24 was a leg workout and went awesomely amazing

25 - Off

Day 26 (yesterday) Was back and I had a freaking awesome workout. new PRs and got some low barbell rows for 225x8 for my last set. I'll be moving up for less reps next week.:)
 
your on epi now correct?

Yessir and I love it already, I get better pumps from epi than SD, weird huh?

DAY 27

I didn't lift today b/c my shoulder was bothering me, I think I might have slept on it wrong. I'm working overnight tonight and then shoulders or legs tomorrow and seeing my baby girl for the first time in a few days!:)

I bridged over last week. I'm dosing at 40mgs for the next 3 weeks or so. when I was bridging over I was dosing 30mg SD and 30mg Epi.
 
DAYS 28-30

28 & 29 - Legs one day and shoulders the next both were extremely good workouts (I don't have my book w/ my workouts written in it w/ me at the moment)

30 - Chest weight felt lighter which is never a bad thing.

So far I've been pleased with the epi. I've getting better pumps than I did with methadrol. I'm not going to pass judgment on SD b/c I've only tried on cycle, but so far I think I respond better to epi. But when I run it again I'm gonna try a diff. clone so I can make sure I've seen SD's full effects on me.

I'm thinking of a 14 wk prop cycle or mast cycle in the near future but I can't decide just yet. I'll update later today w/ my workout from today.

Yea man 2 plates gets lighter every back day. I'm hovering around 205. I think I can possibly put on another 5 lbs or so on epi, last time I kept 7 on solo epi.

I see your progress is going pretty well on your cycle right now. Maybe a little slower but you'll get there man. You're dense as hell bro, I'll have to work on that when sometime soon haha, whenever I get to my target weight.

Also, I just cooked 7 lbs of chicken so that should last a little less than a week haha and I'm getting a **** ton of venison from my dad today so that'll hold me over this week too. I need to get out in the woods and kill some deer before the season is out so I can continue to feed for a while haha.

DAY 31

Back tonight. Went to planet fitness w/ the workout buddy tonight. Wow what a tween fest that was complete w/ "klunk" alert and all haha. They really did have a huge "no judgement" zone in the free weight area and a huge alert light on the wall that would go off if someone was dropping weights, grunting or whatever else makes people uncomfortable. We proceeded to get klunk nonetheless.

Unreal--:( no 245 tonight, BUT! I did get one more rep of 225 on bent over rows. Underhand grip is what I did tonight, I might alternate between grips next back day.

Something about the curling w/ the bench bar gets me IDK what it is but I haven't been able to get the form right lately so I'm gonna back off from them for a while. That frustrated me tonight, no to mention the fact that my workout buddy is a beast and likes to pile the weight on and make me feel far less superior with this exercise lol.

Tonight went very well and I saw a childhood friend that I haven't seen in a few years and he was pretty impressed with the progress that I've made so that was good to hear that. He also might be helping me with a job lead so that would be great, stocking at a grocery store w/ a college degree is really starting to get on my nerves some haha.

To all that are interested in helping me: I have some clen and I was wondering if running it at the end of my cycle or in PCT would be bad? I've not used it before so I'm asking for some input from you guys.

Great to hear you are still seeing gains bro. Its always a boost to the self esteem when you see someone that hasn't seen you in a long time and they compliment on how big you have gotten. That sh*t never gets old lol.

14 lbs is kick azz dude, strength has increased significantly as well! So your a big fan of EPI? It seems a little more potent than HDrol. Good Luck with the finish!

DAY 32 & 33

32-Had to say way late at work thus messing up my gym schedule.

33- Chest today. Gonna see what I can do today but its planet fitness again today so the dumbbells only go to 75 Maybe I'll do 3x10 for incline. We'll work something out.

Will report back in a day or so, I'm goin to see my little girl today and tomorrow. But everything will be written down for me to report on when I'm done:)
 
Days 33-37

33- New PR on incline bench 225x6 I've always struggled with this I'm stoked. All the reps were clean.

34-36 - I didn't get to the gym on account of the snow :((I was driving my stepdad's miata to see my little girl, I couldn't find my jeep keys. bummer, but still did pushups and whatnot.

37 - Arms today awesome pump. I've dropped all my water from SD and I'm just over 200 still :) :bigok: Just for $hits and giggles today I did overhand bent over rows and got 245 for 5!:) Good $hit. Unreal was right it didn't take too long for be to get there.

I won't be slacking anymore on updates I apologize guys, but now since I got one of those new droids I can update from anywhere:)

I love epi and I feel it more than epi...weird huh.

I just feel the leaning effects of epi and it give me a lot of pump, more so than SD does. But I do still feel some pump from the SD and they're pretty good just not like the pump epi gives me at the gym.

My epi is EFX that was offered by Nutra (it was their in house brand)

my dosage looked like for SD: 10/20/30
EPI: 30/40/40/40

so on wk 3 the majority of the time I was taking 30mgs of SD and 30mgs of Epi, I dropped the SD and now I"m on 40mgs of Epi.

Where are you at on the eastern seaboard? Where I was that day in NC they didn't ever salt the roads and it caught everyone by surprise b/c our local weather guy is usually wrong. So we only had 3 in. maybe but everyone was driving around like it was 13 inches. So I would have been able to get that little miata home but guys in tractor trailers in front of me couldn't get up this hill.

So I had to get out of the car (w/ this big gym bag I have) and walk about a mile up hill (not joking haha) in the snow to the nearest hospital so someone could pick me up.
 
DAY 38

Back workout was yesterday really late at night, I had some family gatherings to attend. Good pump and went up on close grip lat pulldowns and lawnmowers for more reps and higher weight.

Will update later today, but I'm not sure what time I'll be going to the gym.

I found out yesterday that the Peak fitness I attend 5 min. from my house is now becoming a O2 fitness, GREAT (read w/ sarcastic tone) . I really don't know what I'm gonna do about this though, I need to keep my peak membership in case I move back to Charlotte b/c they are all over that area. But there is only one peak left around here. Maybe I'll get a planet fitness membership, at least they are 24 hrs, its still a drive and the dumbells only go to 75, I can't wait until I have a house so I can get my own stuff:)
