if you have workout q's im all ears.

as for bigt, i train all races, sizes, ages, etc. so if we need to do chair extensions and booty flexes to get you exercisin, we can! in all seriousness though, dont sell yerself short, ive never seen your workout but dont pawn off being younger to do things, you can do what gp is doing in a mod'd fashion, pm me yer workout

Effin cold!!! I had to open up the gym today at 5:00am... jesus -10 with added -20 wind chill. Why do we live here lol?!? Up norther we only got 3-4 inches of snow

THE RAG EFFECT I got less than 4 hours of sleep and was busy at college registration all day, rag kicked my ass into gear! Busted this workout in about ~45mins, sooooo pumped!! A kid asked me what I was on lol! I reccomended rag to him, so I assume he prolly bought some :thumbsup:

THE LIFT Nothing to crazy, except I was pumped beyond belief!! Keto cut diet ends Friday, going to a more normal diet. Lowered weight on most lifts to get the max reps, def liking this routine. Thanks again Bnat!!

i wouldn't know what to do if i couldn't lift. damn, been doing it since grade school. my buddy i play tennis with owns the gym a lot of us workout at, don't think for a minute because you are older you are not still competitive-once you got that in you it never leaves. some of our tennis matches get pretty narly, lol.

THE RAG EFFECT Solid pump!! For being off my keto diet and full of carbs I was the most vascular yet!! Good energy agian. I kinda sh1t my brains out tho lol! oh well, what do you do?

I got maybe a week left of Rag, maybe little more or less idk the bottom of the tub shows pretty easily now :(

THE LIFT Good lift, nothing crazy for weight just making sure my form is 100% and getting them reps. Nothing so special to report in, new diet started so weight should be steadily increasing :thumbsup:

THE RAG EFFECT Did Bnats dosing protocol 1 scoop 1hour pre 1 another 15-20mins pre. Wow energy was crazy!! Very vasculary legs and upper body, more so than Ive been! Def awesome!

you are putting unnecessary strain on your back. use legs first then back. take a look and see if you know what i mean.
hmmm, I dont feel anything in my back at all tho. Like I could do that all day and not have a sore lower back. I think I gotta get dem hips lower.

nawh man Im all for it, i rewatched it a few times on my phone and my back rounds a slight bit on the last 2.

Im gonna dip my but down a little lower so Im angled more like \

Hell, any feedback is better than none. People in my gym dont dead lift more than 135 let alone do it regularly.

ITS ALL BOUT DA BENCH!!!!

when i was stationed in norfolk the navy had a name for it. no fu*k vagina. i hated norfolk- virginia beach was ok, but mission beach in san diego was much, much better.

Keep the bar closer to your body throughout the movement, legs a little wider, this will help keep yer bottom low.

THE RAG EFFECT Def pumped the entire lift. Good focus and energy no runs :) I got maybe 1 scoop left, Ill put up the final review tomorrow!! :thumbsup:

THE LIFT I may need to take 1 more day off between sessions here, I had some serious doms starting and was pretty beat up, or atlest I felt like it :(

FINAL REVIEW

Taste - 7/10. This is not necessarily a bad thing. The flavor was extremely weak, and the is the reason I marked it down. I like flavorful things but the taste is not bad what so ever. I rather drink something with little taste rather than something that taste foul.

Mixabilty -9/10. Rag mixed up really fast. A couple of shakes and POOF! its mixed. I had a little bit on the bottom maybe a gram or so, so thats why it didnt get a perfect 10.

Workout Enhancement - 10/10. Jesus...Talk about a kick in the ass. My energy skyrocket and actually be maintainted after taking this! No crash or any of that bull****. Solid!

Fullness Enhancement - 9/10. Sick pumps that were deliverd every single time. None of the hit and miss crap. Im very vasculary already, even more so with some No2 in my system!

My reccomendations...

Optimal dosing is 1 hour pre workout 1 scoop and 15-20mins pre workout another scoop like Bnat suggested.

Also dont eat anything ~1.5 hours around dosing, otherwise youre going to some gas and stomach issues. Easily avoided tho.

This will be my new staple pre workout powder, replacing iForce's, VPX, and Smash. If somene has high expectations they will be met.

Regarding the dosing. If someone likes to eat about an hour before they train, do you thinkg a serving of ragnorok 15-30minutes prior still provide those types of results?

yeah itll still provide the results but IME if I ate to close Id have lots of stomach problems / gas / superdump.
