THE RAG EFFECT Did 2 scoops today! Felt like I got shot out of a cannon lol really energetic. Awesome like full body pump after the DLs, I could of passed for 10lbs heavier easy, not to brag but I was looking pretty mean. Extremely vascular again, I noticed the front of my vent was vascular? it looked like a spider web, maybe the light was hitting it just right but it looked cool!

THE LIFT Didnt want to do db sqs so I figured how else can i get better at dead lifting? durrr dead lift, so I did and I look like I did. I dont think there is hair on my shins and theyre all black and blue. I keep the bar pinned to them :yup:

Good lift, only me lifting w/ like 2-4 milfs contantly on cardio equpiment... mmmm

Well I shouldnt of dead lifted yesterday, my body was kinda shot for arms today. I lowered teh weight and failed at almost everything so Im not gonna put up the workout but it was a waste. But I willl list...

THE RAG EFFECT Crazy energy again, which was good but I was stressed outta my mind. Good focus, but wasnt on lifting to much of finals /work problems. Def got pumped, my mom stopped by to bring me something I forgot (I was working at the gym tonight) and she made a comment on how I was looking pumped lol!!! More vascular than ever, I got veins starting in my bi/delts I never knew I had! Good effects!

Ill update more in depth again on Saturday when I lift again!

THE RAG EFFECTDef was pumped, changed my routine. I havent trained for "pumps" in the longest time, wowza was I pumped!! Good vascularity as always, very fully and hard, like a brick wall. Walked outta the gym w/ some B cups mmmm :yup:

THE LIFTNew training regime today, Im all mixed up on my days n what not so Ill have to see if I decided to continue this week w/ my new routine or not lol. head was in the game today, finally a good lift!! :thumbsup:

Hard to tell vascularity in legs cuz I got shorts but I very noticeable vascularity in my tear drops on both sides, looks cool!! Solid energy the entire time!

THE LIFT New training which has a little twist of DC in it. Back into body building. Nothing to mention really, only my grip sucks. Form was kinda bad on last rep of 315 and last rep of last set of 320, bar was slipping outta my hand, not bad form but not perfect. The other reps were fine, that damn grip lol!

THE RAG EFFECT Good pump in gym and outta the gym. Its like 2 hours since I got done training and I still got a good pump going on :thumbsup: Good energy and focus the entire life. Ate my eggs and took rag about 1.5 hours after, I expected runs but I didnt get any woo!

THE LIFT Repeat from 2 days ago, now Im on track w/ my lifting schedule. Nothing to crazy, up in lbs n reps on some lifts. Finding where Im able to get the target reps. Itll be trial and error for about a week, oh well

THE RAG EFFECT I was working on cars n such before I lifted so I didnt have time to try/time my workout so I didnt get to dose the 2 scoops, oh well. Ive NEVER had a body part or been so pumped in my life after that big drop set. I swear my legs had a good 4'' on both, it was so sick!!

THE LIFT New routine again, the other leg day. Im a hurting unit lol. I may up the weight on the drop, Bnat suggested 25% drop every time w/ atleast 1 more rep, I did that and did awesome :thumbsup:

Seems like a short/simple lift, by the time I got to leg pressing I could barely squat. Good stuff!!

i have been giving insight to gp's workouts for a little while now. i hafta establish my name here for that as well, as there has been some questioning on my workouts, i can explain my concepts in another thread though.

if you have workout q's im all ears.

as for bigt, i train all races, sizes, ages, etc. so if we need to do chair extensions and booty flexes to get you exercisin, we can! in all seriousness though, dont sell yerself short, ive never seen your workout but dont pawn off being younger to do things, you can do what gp is doing in a mod'd fashion, pm me yer workout
