THE RAG EFFECTS Well when youre training for pumps w/ rag, you get awsome pumps!! Quads/hammies were blown up!! I waddeled out of the gym, felt good! Hard to tell vascularity in legs cuz I got shorts but I very noticeable vascularity in my tear drops on both sides, looks cool!! Solid energy the entire time!
THE LIFT New training which has a little twist of DC in it. Back into body building. Nothing to mention really, only my grip sucks. Form was kinda bad on last rep of 315 and last rep of last set of 320, bar was slipping outta my hand, not bad form but not perfect. The other reps were fine, that damn grip lol!

THE LIFT New routine again, the other leg day. Im a hurting unit lol. I may up the weight on the drop, Bnat suggested 25% drop every time w/ atleast 1 more rep, I did that and did awesome :thumbsup:
Seems like a short/simple lift, by the time I got to leg pressing I could barely squat. Good stuff!!
