I started taking GHenerate last night...man, crazy dreams!
Whaaaa?!! I can't believe you JUST NOW are using your own formulation for the first time! lol It's good ish eh? :yup:
Dude! 7 sprays of GHenerate and get this dream from last night. I remember it vividly...

I'm just getting out of the shower and these 4 punk kids break into my house. I chase them out except one of them who starts crying like a little b*tch and saying how he wants a friend. I push him against the wall and rock his jaw. Blood spats everywhere. I open the door and kick the douche outside. - All of a sudden, my pet panda (I $hit you not) comes walking up to me and I say hello to it, and then this entire damn gang of punk kids start walking up to my house. I sick my panda on them (that's what I called it in my dream; Panda.) but he's so damn playful that he just runs outside into the woods. I'm like, "aw crap." - So I grab my shotgun and start blasting the hell out of these tricksters. One of them tries to piss on me and I beat him into a pulp.

That's where it ends.

Had a rockin workout today. Took 2 Adipo v2, 4 Prime, 5 sprays Ghenny pre w/o. 6 scoops Bc+eaa intra. I was AMPED and ready to go! I can definitely tell Prime is rockin now! Muscles are feeling DENSE! I felt so strong! #s are still a bit lower being on lower carbs but still I moved up in weight...the reps just were not where I wanted them. Still....LOVED IT!

BB preachers - ended on 110x6-4-4=14, drop to 85x10; biceps are loaded!! Just pumped!! I got a bro nod from a fellow gym goer indicating that I was badass. lol
Pinwheels - weight/reps down but still felt it big time! 60x8
*BONUS Reverse ez bar curls - 30x20
stretch fro 45 secs
Seated explosive calves - 1plx25, 2x25, 3x25, 4x 15
Stretch 60 secs each calve
Wide leg press - dropped the weight a little bit and really focused on slow controlled reps while going as deep as possible. Ended on 10 plates for 8 reps.
Squats - weight def has gone down here but still happy I can still this (weak) weight lol. Ended on 225 for 3 reps :grumpy: BAH! I think the leg presses really wreck my legs lol.
Ham stretch for 35 secs with 135
Quad stretch for 45 secs

Cant wait to hit some chest all PRIMED up now!
 
Also weight is 180 today :D

I love how PRIME works and it seems to work faster each time I use it. I am so going to go pick up a few of the 2 pack PRIME with free Anabolic Pump. That deal rocks! 2 of those alone and you could smash it for 8-14 weeks. That and my wife responds really well to PRIME so I think I am getting here a pack for herself.

My dream was a "Friday the 13th" type movie where Courtney Thorne Smith was the main character and ended up being the killer. I was one of the people staying at her farm house and she was killing everyone. lol Don't ask...

How long have you been taking it and is this your first time to take it? The first time I took it I noticed it around week 3. I would just find myself flexing for no reason. I would just all the sudden realize I was tightening my pec, or quads or arms. When I flexed it felt so food to do so and the muscle flexed so completely that it was like a rock. Just like your muscles are PRIME'd for action just aching to be made to do something active. Forgive the pun, but it had to be done. So did the rhyme, but that's the last time....

Anyway this is my 3rd stack on PRIME and I noticed it a little yesterday. Last time it was about a week and a half. So it seems my body is now recognising the supplement and not having to go through a period of trying to figure out what to do with it. Instead it really seems like it started going straight to the muscles this time.

Proof that each compound works differently in all of us. I am very excited about this stack especially since I am definitely adding 2 bottles of PRIME and a bottle of AP to the stack.

I'm sure it feels good, but I'm actually glad that it's not the case with me. Isn't that the aspect of the product that causes so many people to overtrain?

You know, it very well may be. I force myself to stay within my training regimen while on it. Only allowing maybe one extra workout every few weeks if at all. This weekend will be different but I imagine consuming 1000-2000 extra cals a day I can get away with adding in a little extra work. It is more of a checks and balances thing this weekend but yeah. I think that may be the reason some people overtrain. For me I can just kind of flex and get over it. I plan to start adding in some posing practice very soon and that will put that feeling to great use.

For sure but look at you now Volc, you are a BEAST!!!! Yeah it is hard not to train ourselves into the ground. Especially when something makes you feel so good.

Sleep on Ghenerate is insane! Feelsl ike sleeping pills. You dose that stuff, and just even TRY to stya awake!! you have to fight it!

I can confirm that aspect of it for sure. After my 7 sprays of GHenerate and my 2 caps of I-Gh-1 it is hard for me to not pass out after 30 minutes. I now sleep through the night as well and typically don't wake up until 6:30AM to pee. I used to wake up multiple times a night to pee, but I think some was just not having deep sleep and waking up easily.

Today's workout was pretty nas. Chest strength is lagging but I tell you it could be MUCH worse. The combo I'm on seem to be keeping me from loosing TOO much strength. Plus my chest is looking better than before so its all gooood.

Wide incline bb press - ended on 165x3-2-2=7; down 2 reps. I will be dropping the weight 10lbs next time to try and get more reps out. I have lost like 6 or so reps at this weight since starting the cut/recomp. Dropped to 145x4 reps; down like 2-3 reps.
Stretch w/60's for 90 secs. This felt sooo easy today.
Arnolds - ended on 55x7-3-2=12; down 3 reps
Stretch for 50 secs
1 arm db ext. - ended on 30x14-7-6=27!!! Wow! This is up 10 reps! :head: You win some you loose some :D
Tri stretch for 45 secs
Hg chins - ended on +45x4-3-3=10; same as last time.
1 arm db rows - ended on 115x4; down 5lbs from last time but up 1 rep
Leaning db shrugs ss w/ wide grip smith upright rows - 60x16/35x16

Felt really good today. Weight is higher on the scale but I am looking leaner lol. Glycogen I guess. Strength is down in some places, up in others. I'm just letting things go as they will. I am looking more cut and my gf is loving it and so am I. It's totally worth it. Strength will start to go up more and I am being patient. So no biggie. Libido is rising a bit. I'm getting teh hornys more frequently. Pump was RE-DIC-ULOUS today! SWOLE like I was stung by a big ass bee!

Scored a second bottle of Prime :yup:...thing is its the 600mg formula :(..was cheap anyway..gotta figure out how I'm gonna dose it. May have to just take a lower dose for that bottle. No way am I taking 9 caps. It would only last 13 days lol.
 
Just thought I'd update a little bit on Ghenerate. Dreams are getting crazier every night. Like Stanley Kubrick crazy. I love it! Libido is rising more and more. Erections are starting to get harder and recovery is looking better (sexually and gym-wise). I'm havent really woken up feeling "rested" like everyone reports on Ghenny. I actually wake up really tired, wanting to stay asleep. :dunno: were all different. I am still on 5/5 dose.
 
....also, I have taken some advice from some fellow AMers and will be doing smaller blasts of DC. It makes sense. Gains will be greater from taking more rest. So Sunday's workout will mark the end of a 6 week blast. I will cruise from here for a week or so and begin a new blast. I have already come up with my new exercises. I just need to figure out what to group with what. Time to kick things up a notch!
 
Just an observation: when you say that, “erections are getting harder," does this mean that you are somewhat soft without the supplement? I know that sounds mean, but in no way am I being an ass about it. In my personal opinion, my erections are always solid and no supplement can make it more so. Now, refractory period can be changed depending on what substance it is that I am utilizing; however, I have thankfully never had to correlate between a soft erection and a hard(er) erection. Again, just for clarification, this is a legit question so do not take it the wrong way.

My erection strength depends on my randyness. My libido has always been wacky even before playing around with supps. So my libido being "up" does play into the hardness of my erections. No it is not usually soft as you put it but there are days when it is much harder....like painfully hard...like Cialis hard lol. And to your rep comment: I did not take your question the wrong way. You ask legit questions and only seek the truth. I respect that man. It's good to see you are doin alright. :cheers:

I can definitely relate to the difference between a hard and harder erection. "Harder" erections for me are beyond full, solid, and pumped, and actually makes a noticeable difference in girth. I get this with GHenerate, Cialis, Formadrol, T911, and for some reason, Letrozole.

Pretty soon I'm going to test putting NO Infuse on my junk. I'll take anything I can get. :lol:

100% agreed. test cyp/ycl/hemodraulix will give one hell of an erection.

I see too many young guys taking supplements because they cannot get, sustain and maintain a healthy erection. Like I said, the only difference for me is recovery. Everyone is different. Hell, the way some take hormones it's reasonable to think why they need help.

Arg yeah. Used Drive a while back as well but I haven't had a difference in hardness... just a bigger payload and with drive increased sensitivity.

Yea, I'll be doing the same thing now. I actually lost track of time during this blast and now I'm on my 11th week. I'll be shortening the blasts down for sure. My bench is actually decreasing :( All my other lifts are still increasing slightly though, weird.
 
Were all gettn run down lol...more so during the holidays when our immune systems are under attack.
