Omg you guys i was a beast hahah. . .i did an ab work out this morning that i didn't log sorry and forearm work out with traps. .. i'll log it tomorrow but i'm soo beat!! hahah IT WAS AWESOME i dosed my 3 carnage an hr b4 my work out and i was in the zone baby!! hahah i can hardly feel my legs now soo i think tomorrow they be nice and sore!!! hahah i wanted to add more weight onto the reverse hack but i plated it out. . . . sooo i'll have to find a way to add more weight!!! hahah but i'll fix my next leg work out with heavy rear squats then next leg work out light rear heavy front hahah my quads are done!!! hahah I ate a big thing of pasta after hahah i'm toast baby but guess what!!! I LOVE IT!!! MUAHAHAHAH n e ways thats all she wrote ladies and gents. . . THATS A LEG WORK OUT!!! HAHAHAH :firedevil:

What style of grip are you doing front squats with? Snatch or crossed? I just started doing snatch grip, so much easier to keep the weight where you want it on the way up/ rock bottom IME.

Only problem is my hands have no feeling after hahah!!

i do crossed. . . i just have to get use to it. . . i see a lot of bodybuilders doind crossed so i figure they must be doin something right. . .but i haven't done many front squats. . . but its great to get the diffintion in my sweeps soo i have to do it!! haha. . .in due time

My Friend. . . thats what bodybuilding is all about and as an amateur, that is what must be done!! haha as a new comer to the sport i want to show everybody that i'm the real deal so never half ass n e thing!! I just hope that i can be given another opportunity in the future with MST because i do like there product and the best part about it is i don't have to work about whats in it due to the fact that its herbal! If you would mind letting me know what some of the dosing lengths are for the citrouvol vs/Carnage/NItr02/athlytes/cordygen v02. . . that would be great!! I would like to try that log very soon!!! let me know what you thnk and well YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND ME!! :cheers:

THis work out was at 8:30a.m. on a saturday. . . . i'm not much of a morning person but was a great way to start the day off. I'm not one for arm days! hahah i just don't feel like i'm really working out. . . but i'm weird because i love doing leg days and back with DEADS!!!! hahah n e ways. . . over all i felt very good in the gym. . . . i miss the cre02 but as soon as the rest of the product arrives i will be able to finish teh cre02 + carnage log! hahah I do want to say that over all i beleive that i've thickend out very nicely. . . i would take some after pictures but i'm not finished yet! :cheers: I love the feeling that i've been having in the gym and will continue using MST prouducts in the future. . . my libido has been fine no increases or decrease just fine! hahah I'm always ready hahah n e wayz i'll check ya'll lil lata when i do shoulders and leg curls! its been a slower start to this morning buy the green tea is trying to kick in. . . . :saroll:

Youre like the only other guy I know who doesnt really care to workout arms, I rather hit any of the big lifts heavy instead :)

hahah i'm glad i'm not the only one out there hahah :outtahere:. . . . compound lifts all the way but ya know everything must be done and nothing can be left out haha. . oh ya and by the way morning lifts suck too hahah i did it because my buddy wanted some motivation but hahah i don't like it. .. hahah all stiff and not very limber. . . need to do mo stretching in the morning haha:cheers:

Everyone that has been testing the Ragnok is loving it soo i think that would be nice. . . TA TA hahha

I was talking to a power lifting buddy of mine and thats the best way to build mass is the do negative and positives. . . hahah i can't remember the specific terminology but you all know what i mean. . .instead of these explosive movements up and just letting it down you need the whole thing baby!!! my arms are shot haha that was a work out!!! WEll yall its been a good RUN SO FAR!!! here i am coming in live at 8:28a.m. I have to go on a business trip today so the work out will be lacking. . . hahah I love road trips. . . off to IOWA i go to visit a seed processing plant that we have equity in. . . .so we have to check and see how things are running down there. . . . the weekend went well. . .saturday and sunday went very well considering saturday I just did a 20min cardio and bb trap rear and front

I was in IOWA yesterday touring a grain elevator that we own part of soo there was no working out besides the ol noggin :32: Today I'm running on some coffee and about 5.5 hrs of sleep hahah rolled in at 12:00a.m and couldn't sleep till 1:30a.m. but COME GET SUM!!! Yes, slow negatives are great for damaging muscle fiber. I don't do any true negatives, but I focus on explosive contraction and bringing the weight down (or up) slowly each rep. Keep up the good work!

Didn't have time to finish my last set of Fly's but all went very well. . . i went with lower weight since i was focusing on negative movements!!! hahah negative push up are intense!!! i think this will promote great pumps and muscle mass. . . .So we'll do this for the next 3-4weeks and see what happens!!! hahah Its crazy as i'm learning as i go but i hope all goes well for the competition. . .for me it seems as if its right around the corner!!! haha soo well see what happens!!
