delsolrob is getting unnaturally swole with LG's Natadrol (Sponsored)

If you want the full formula for your Dr. visit, let me know we can certainly supply that one. Shouldn't cause a spike in BP but again you never know with a supplement. Anythng androgenic can certainly increase BP but it shouldn't kick in that quickly.

I completely agree! I don't think this could have been spurred by the natadrol because I had just started using it.

I'm eliminating my morning coffee and some other stims to keep an eye on things, I'll be monitoring my bp throughout the weekend.

make sure you are checking it the same way every time too. I was checking mine at multiple stations (nurse, hospital, doctor) and it was all over the map. Then one nurse sat me down and told me I have to be sitting 100% still for 1 minute at least before checking it and it was 100% normal. (My wife was preg so I had lots of access to hospital BP machines for like 3 days) Before that I was concerned because it was so high!
 
checked it last night while I was sitting watching a movie...121/69 :D

I'm goin to continue monitoring it, but I'll make sure I'm sitting relaxed for a few minutes before I test it.

Good thing man. I bet those headaches are left over swelling from pushing so hard. Brain swells up like it has been concussed when the pressure in your head gets high enough to pop blood vessels. Still keep an eye on it but I bet it is just residual swelling and when you lift it swells ever so slightly causing pain again. You taking any ibuprofen? Also out of curiousity how has the extra urination side been? Ifstill urinating a lot could be a lil dehydration if you haven't increased water intake to make up for the extra excretions.

One thing us swole guys need to look out for with BP is to make sure that they use the bigger cuff to accomodate our larger than average arms. If it's too small it reads high, for me for years in the doctors office my BP was always something ridiculous like 157/79. I attributed it to caffeine or nerves but then I checked it at the ER where I work on a whim and it read just as high. Then the nurse figured out that the cuff was too small and when she adjusted it it was normal. Although the high readings were jarring, I believe it was worth it now that I get to say that my arms are too big for the normal blood pressure cuff.

2 sets of 15 (30 total lunges/15 per side)​

notes:
Strength:
strength seemed good, but was focusing mainly on slow movements and ecentric motion​
Endurance:
great..considering my carb intake was LOW prior to training - not intentional​

still have BP on my mind, but I still don't believe that has anything to do with the Natadrol.

please don't clutter my log with conjectures!

it's not like this is the first time anyone has broken a blood vessel in their eye...the last time it happened to me it was from a sneeze. I've followed up with an eye doctor that didn't seem concerned with it either.

If I were concerned with the safety of moving forward with the log then I'd simply mail the natadrol back to Eric...I don't believe it to be related.

for 50 minutes that is a real good performance. Natadrol does seem to help push through

Sorry for the lack of updates, a deadline at work got pulled in 2 weeks and I've been working around the clock this week trying to get things done by this weekend. I'll get caught up on my updates later tonight.

I can't say that I'm seeing anything of note on strength gains, but my recovery time seems to be improving. I'm up about 20lbs on my deads and the volume of my workouts are increasing even though I'm limiting the duration to just under an hour.

I'll have more time next week, I'll try increasing my workout duration so that I can give myself more time between sets...we'll see how my strength is :)
 
Another thing I'm struggling with...I don't know if it's just the stress of the week, but my appetite is nonexistent. I’ve really been struggling with forcing myself to eat this week.
 
I don't know what happened here. It's unfortunate we got burned on all but two logs.

I extend my greatest apologies to the folks at LG for disappearing in the middle of the log! some events occurred that I could not have foreseen that took over my life.

I've been in contact with Eric at LG and have offered to pay for the Natadrol and T-911 that was provided to me...gracious as they are, they were more interested to know that I was ok than they were concerned with the log.

Gald to see that you're alive and kicking big Rob!! We were only worried. It's disconcerting to see people disappear with no explanation.

By the way, HOW did that Natadrol treat you? I am still interested in the efficacy of such a product. Was it a strong androgen or relatively mild?
What sides, if any, did you accrue with administration?
