i appreciate it. i forget, is green bulge mono or cee? i dont like mono cause i get a bloat. i prefer CEE or wanna try Kre Alkyline
 
i didnt exactly read the whole thread but i saw you wanted to add a supp to help with size along with prime.

Swol my man if you havent tried Anabolic Pump then i would suggest getting yourself some ASAP. Pslin is great for pre-workout carb intake but if you were to get some Anabolic Pump and Prime...keep up with the Pslin pre-workout and add in some creatine(preferibly mono in my opinion, i never liked CEE) then it would be impossible not to pack on some size.

My favorite creatine for size was SizeOn mixed with Xtend.

Oh and if you can afford it....i would add in powerfull as well. That would be the super asteroid stack: Jack3d, Prime, Powerfull, Anabolic Pump, and pslin.
 
SizeOn + Xtend is great... but expensive. I could work out for ever.

SwoledierBoy I get horrible bloat from mono as well, and other stomach issues... I Have tried green mag ( I believe is just the powder green bulge) and liked it. I love size on but it is expensive. DicreatineMalate is what Ive been using consistently lately and love it. Creatine Glucosonate (spelling?) is what is in size on and that is a good one as well in my opinion. all are fairly cheap.

I do 3g DicreatineMalate and 3g CreatineGlucosonate and I like that mix right now.
 
yo swol if you can stand that much stim my hat goes off to you. I would recommend pick one or the other or cycle between the two Jack3d is strong and shotgun is some potent shizza.

But if you can hack both go for it....just dont push it

When you take them is not that important. Whether you take them with meals or before workout does not make a huge difference in effectiveness for me. I take some before a workout in hopes of boosting my performance and maybe it does.

As far as the actual question what to take to boost the effectiveness, I said food. How much you lose or gain is completely under your control. If your responding that is.
 
dude you know i used 9 on workout days and 6 on off days right? haha... I thought I told you to do that also? And he has gyno now huh? If only he listened... your mom needs to tell his mom man, it's the only way he will listen to us.

You really think I was talking about prime causing gyno? Give me a break... if you would read all the way through I stated Prime had nothing to do with the kids gyno, it was my friend (swoldierboy) cousin who got it from superdrol and we were just talking about it.
 
woah your cousin took superdrol at 15??

hope gyno is the worst of his problems. Did he go to a physician and get it taken care of? He can probably get some clomid or something else to take care of that.

He should probably lay off the tough stuff till he is a wee bit older...
 
ive taken prime before, but only experienced an increase of strength, not size at all. i want to try it again. any suggestions on how to increase my size on prime, like maybe take a creatine with it or something. i eat alot, take serious mass by ON at night, take AAKG pre workout, ZMA at night, and tomorrow is my last day on primaforce CEE. thanks!

I'm not a big fan of UPS products but I bought 7 bottles of prime from a friend for almost nothing so I decided to give it a try. I started with the recommended dosage and increased each week hoping for mass increases. Nothing, NADA even after three months. I do beleive that it improved recovery time. While on Prime it seems like I never got sore no matter how hard I worked my muscles. Moreover, although I don't think Prime causes gyno it did cause my existing gyno to flare-up. Would I use it again? NO.

Yah everybody's different, I get nothing from things that you may respond well to and respond very well to Prime. What I will say and in fact have been saying. If you are experiencing the strength gains from Prime then the mass gains are all about diet. And you will have to eat a lot more than when on any other product cuz Prime recomps very strongly. I can't believe what I get away with diet wise and still I lose fat. I really have to eat a lot to gain mass, which is pretty easy as I get powerfull hungry. The gains however are always 100% clean, in fact I usually drop some fat. So in summary if your a responder and your not gaining it is simply a fact that you did not eat enough. I state again, a normal calorie surplus will not be enough with this product.

I am certainly sorry to hear that. And while I am not devaluing your experience, I would say that any effect on "Gyno" whatsoever is highly unlikely: through various trials, PRIME has shown no affinity toward or occupancy on any steroid receptor, nor has it caused any fluctuation in serum hormone levels.

When did you take prime? Was it part of a PCT and then caused your gyno to flare? And lastly how com eyou have not taken care of the gyno beforehand?

just trying to get more info on your experience since it peaked my interest. ive taken above the recommended dose and experienced no "hormonal" side effects. Only increase in strength and recovery, which is usually a large factor when I rate the effectiveness of supp.

CEE is crap. It's very unstable and does not absorb as well as CrM.

Well if your set on using more supplementation I would go with more Prime before I used anything else. I have tried a few things and nothing seems to amplify the results. Progressive dosing is very helpfull though.

True, nothing i've tried gave me the quick strength increases naturally that prime at 9 or 12 caps on workout days and 6 on off days that Prime did. I think the two closest to the strength increases for me were DTH & IGF-2, but with prime my strength exploded in a matter of 2 weeks I think it was? I knew I liked it by the 3rd day, when DW was explaining to me about it.
 
yall r thinking i dont eat and rely on supplements and only taking prime. ive taken prime, i know how it works. i saw strength not size so i wanna take a creatine with it ot even it out. and CEE does work for me. i just finished a bottle and gained 6 pounds. ive tried mono and hated it, i actually lost a pound off neovar. i wanna try kre akyline
 
how do you lose weight on bulk creatine mono? If you are eating maintenance or above and keeping to a good program then i dont see how you will lose a pound.

Never tried Neovar.

The water retention of creatine mono powder alone will allow you to gain 5 or 6 lbs of just water weight.

Yes sir. It might be a GNC exclusive for a while or something though. I got mine at a crazy price of $38 a bottle. Especially when u compare prices. For less than most places I got the equivalent of a 200 count 600mg Prime bottle.

I Agree i picked up 2 bottles at gnc during gold card week i got the gold card discount then the BOGO discount so saved like 60$ or some insane amount. As far as prime for me its always been more about strength then size but it will be reflected on your diet you always have to eat more to gain more.

I took it as a standalone except for an occasional preworkout supp. The only natty stack that has worked for me is MassFX, Primal Male and Drive. I gained about 3-4 lbs on a 12 week run.
 
ya, im just curious what good supplement 2 stack with it thats not too expensive. i will be taking ZMA while on prime, but either a creatine or a test booster is what im thinking. any advice.
 
although neovar was the only mono ive truly tried. and i dont wanna get a bloat, i dunno. ive heard alot of ppl say kre alkilyne is the shiz
 
i mean the best supps ive hit up for size was SizeON plus Anabolic Pump. But thats a bit pricey

Xtend + kre-alkalyn....should prevent bloat

but i would really go with what DreamWeaver says since he is far far more experienced when it comes to bulking and adding size. I lift for strength more then size.
 
I know how you eat... your mom used to cook for us! haha. Eat more then that then. Maybe the nutrient repartioner of neovar had to do something with the lost 1 lbs, but to be honest 1 lbs is not something I would even sweat over... it could have easily been a scale error due to foot placement, etc. I would say give mono a try again man, it's cheap and effective. It takes awhile though so give it time, maybe try pre-loading or dosing it alittle higher. These are all just what I would personally try

If i were to go back i would drop my calories to 2500-3000 and hit up Prime, Anabolic Pump, and Size On. Pre-workout supps can vary, i like Jack3d, shotgun, and superpump.

I liked size on also, I used it when I first started lifting and used it about half a year ago. It and neovar are my favorites creatines (i haven't tried any except for green mag outside of those 2).

I take ZMA as a staple anyways pretty much, I would if I were you... it's cheap and has its benefits. I would break it into a 2-stage cycle if I were you. Maybe Prime & Sizeon and then run 2nd gear with size on, then ZMA all the way through. BTW, lemon size on is the best IMO.
 
i take zma right now. 7 bucks at tf man lol i cant wait till this semester is out so we can train super hard with prime size on and 2nd gear. im so pumped

If you were on such an exreme weightgain diet, how do you know that the sups were effective, and that it wasn't just the diet?
