if you haven't tried hemo-get some!!!! it goes with everything and makes it better. hemo is up there with formestane!!!

hahaha, well with gaining 24 pounds in a month and half slingshot came in real handy. been focusing on cardio a lot lately to get rid of some fat. slingshot is very good for cardio, endurance/stamina without the increased bp/hr of stims. so far i am down 6 pounds and looking/feeling much leaner.:cheers:

well it's nott. i decided to put down the weights and focus on cardio until i get down to 215. the sslingshot works very well for this goal. but i haven't put down the weights since knee replacement, and then i had too.

i got genetics that make it easy to gain muscle or lose fat, all i have to do is stick to it, lol. to be honest just winging it.

I am jealous of youre genetics, I can go up reallly fast, comming down is another story lol.

winging it isnt bad, as long as you know how to get from point a to point b.

i can cut back on cals and do a ton more cardio for 3-4 days and once my weight starts going down it's easy from there. the test cyp is making it more difficult to lose weight right now, but i feel good about knowing the test will preserve muscle. if i can get 215 at 15-17%bf at my age i will be happy. would be more happy at 200 with 12-15%bf.:cheers:

You can do that man, test will keep you from going catabolic. Appetite controlling on test is another story tho lol!!

Ya look on the bright side, lose weight, gain muscle, and lose bf!! Magical test!!

that is exactly what i am doing! i put down the weights to focus on cardio and losing fat, while at the same time the test will still build muscle even with just cardio-i hope. you are right though, hard to control appetite on the test.
 
haha i love it all. . . well you guys love looking lean. . i love looking HUGE!!! haha then leaning out. . .i won't lie i love the whole cycle. . .eventually i want just cycle all year round. . not hormanally but just bulk cut bulk cut hahah. . . its soo much fun to know that you have a suprise waiting for you under all of that bf haha and then when you open your present its like DAAAAAAAMMM. . . .BOOOOOOOOOOOMM. . . i had to paint her living room ceiling, she always fixes something i like to eat when i come over, lol. salmon patties are canned salmon put in big bowl with eggs/onions and cracker added, you mix it all up real good, make into patties and fry. :cheers:btw-got mom's using evoo.

haha on a side not i love these adds for getting ripped in 4 weeks. . .with out killing myself in the gym. . .i don't want to jack this thread but i feel bigt would have something interesting to say about this. . . the low down is even real hgh or test only helps you build muscle. it is still up to you to do the work. since starting trt i have gained a ton of weight but if i stopped working out it would just be mostly fat. no magic pills even prescription injectables will do much if you aren't willing to put in the work.

smash fully loaded is a pre-workout with all the basics-ba/cit mal/and a shiitload of good quality creatine with enough stims to get you going. slingshot gives even more ba/cit mal with carbs for extra fuel through workout. i would use smash fl pre, and slingshot intra. then there is the HEMODRAULIX!!!! THIS SHIIT JUST PLAIN ROCKS. in the top 5 of all time favorites, right up there with td formestane-and that's saying a lot coming from me!!!:cheers:
