Sorry, I typed that wrong. I meant adex was less harsh and wouldn't crush E levels to where gains are affected
 
I don't think letro could be hindering gains yet; if the nip sensitivity is still diminishing then I am guessing that there's still estrogen exerting its effects and my dose of letro is just enough to shift that equilibrium over time, I expect them to feel perfectly normal in about 2 days at this rate, at that point I would lower the dose

I am going to dose just enough drops ED to stave off nipple sensitivity. This shouldn't be TOO much. I've used letro at 2.5mg ED for over a week before, and didn't notice anything negative, lol... and yes the letro was legit.

also on my recomp cycle i incorporated test prop so i was taking letro and that didn't stop me from having fantastic gains the whole time

So as long as i monitor it carefully and use the minimum, i don't think it will be a problem
 
Yeah if lettro works for you then stick with it. Good luck dealing with the side and good job so far on the cycle.

I'd also like to mention, because I had forgotten to mention this... That i'm no longer getting sore. At all, i don't think... I've just hit my whole body DC style and i'm not sore anywhere. Instead the muscles are just really pumped. Vascularity is coming along.

When i'm nearing the end of the SD i'll get some more pics up so you can see what a difference just the SD makes

After my injects kick and everything stabilizes in I am planning on invoking the "pseudolog" status of my title and not updating nearly so often. I think the progress will be slowing down anyway. But for now I'm keeping all the updates rolling.

Just now seeing this man, looking good. Looking at your avy I would guess your presses as being higher than they are, DC style is awesome on cycle. I am planning for that towards the end of the year. I was the strongest of my life around a year ago on cycle training DC style. I actually am pretty good buds with Dante, you know he has a forum and is pretty reasonable with answering any questions you may have, the dude is a goldmine. If you hit a wall with the weights and you have any questions, give him a shout imo.

Anyways, keep up the good work bro. Your obviously doing it right, you look sick man keep up the BIG clean eating and make sure your getting ample rest.

Funny you mention that cuz i was just posting in another thread about how i suck at bench and squats. Those lifts just don't increase much for me and when they do it's temporary. You wouldn't believe how bad my overhead press is, I can't get very many reps with 185 on military press, yet my delts are pretty huge, if i can say so myself...
I want to give DC another try at some point, I've just always made most of my progress lifting MY way and it's kinda like the opposite of DC in that i utilize big resting periods to blast as much weight as possible on every set. When my life gets busier in the future I am planning on just lifting 3x a week and doing everything DC style, it's certainly the best bang for your gym time.

Day 16, 225lbs (+7)

I was expecting more weight, i dunno why it's doing this to me

But if anything I look leaner, muscles are looking very hard and dense, vascularity in my shoulders and abs is re-emerging (vascularity that i developed during my summer recomp). So overall I don't mind too much.

I'll do the workout I mentioned on Day 15 but starting next week i will swap legs and chest

TRAINING

CHEST
flat bench
incline bench
incline dumbell flys
flat press machine (double dropset repout)

So today i wokeup after 2 consecutive DC days and I wasn't sore anywhere. I went in the gym with the intent to kill it hard. Bench was up 10 pounds again, was pushing real strong. Incline was up a rep. It was during the flys that I started to really push myself for everything i had. And then the double dropset on the press machine finished off whatever else i had left in me.

So I'm looking jacked and my strength is going pretty damn well now. I love not feeling sore at all, i had forgotten how good week 3 of SD is. Being immune to muscle soreness is the closest to immortality I'll ever come, i love this feeling... Only get it from Superdrol. I feel bad for everyone who doesn't respond so well to SD.

Back tomorrow, I'll try to increase my rows
 
know what you mean, 400mg of deca and 500mg of test decreases my recovery time from 2-3 days to like 4 hours also. I love being able to lift 5-6 days a week.

Day 17, 226 lbs (+8)

Same weight i guess I am stabilizing here. Hard for me to eat more food, i know that weed is the only way I can do it but I can only do that sometimes, can't be high ALL THE TIME, lol... Anyway my protein count is the most important thing to me and I've been hitting my 350g minimum every day of this cycle so far no exceptions so that's good.

Good all around. I've been way pumped and hard 24/7 and my workout was nice, I'm hitting 285 on bent over rows now (up 10 pounds but i had to decrease the reps for my sets, 285 is friggin heavy). T-bar rows, experimented with 6 plates, once again, heavy. With the pullups I noticed that i could get much more pullups in my 2nd and 3rd set so better recovery was very evident there. I did the cable rows as a burnout, 20 rep sets. Workout was good, totaled TWELVE sets, but it fried me. I like to train low volume but pretty high intensity.

Not a ton to report. Nips are still sensitive, i might have to increase letro dose. Noticing more oily forehead. Libido is up but not up a ton like when i was on 700mg of test prop. Waiting for gear to kick in = boring, glad I have superdrol.

I completely agree. Its fun to be really strong but youll pay for it later in life.

I've always wanted to be really strong but for me it just doesn't happen, i get stronger and it goes away. With time I've built up a lot of pretty decent strength over a lot of different lifts but big lifts like bench and squats I am just not innately good at the way some people are.

and your nips are prob sensative just bc your on teh juice brah...i mean mine are alittle sore and sensative but i def dont have gyno. i think its just the hormones brah!

i just pounded down like 70g's of protein lmao. im still kinda hungry 0.o

personally i dont see myself as anything special. im not HUGE im not RIPPED....but i get comments all the time about how big i am....i just dont see it.

Very consistent weigh ins now, though I am eating more than in the first few days when my weight was skyrocketing. I wanted the SD to get me to 230 but I'll have to rely on the test, and it's not kicking in yet...

I was only going to run SD for 3 weeks but i think i need to extend it into the 4th week because I'm not getting enough from the test and mast to be able to maintain these gains

OOOH up a pound... I just want to hit 230! Carbup day tomorrow, the weight is coming!

Today is ketosis... and cardio. So boring.

Main thing i've been noticing is muscle hardness. Hopefully the mast will be kicking it up. I've done 9 injects now so I should be feeling them pretty soon, in the next week is what I'm expecting.
 
3-4 pounds but i don't know how much of that is going to "stick." We'll see.
 
Bump up refeed to 800 carbs. That should be good for on cycle since your able to hold more glycogen.

That should give about .5 pounds to stick.

I always enjoy training my shoulders/delts with arms, but i usually have the same problem with my delts being fried if i blast them first thing. i usually bang out arms with some intense supersets and finish off the workouts with one pressing exercise and various dumbbell raising exercises for shoulders. ive seen some pretty nice results with that, just throwing it out there.

4-5 weeks on superdrol at 20mg = no big deal imo, you could even run it another week at 20mg and then go for the 5th week at 10mg, the injectables should certainly be going on by then I would think. Superdrol is great for kickstarting cycles but the problem for me is that once it wears off, I could be injecting freakin mercury and bacardi 151 and it would feel weak compared to mdrol! hahah.

I was really hoping I'd feel more by now... I have done 9 injects which is equivalent to week 4.5 if i were injecting twice a week, but i understand even if i were frontloading it still takes a good amount of time for these long esters to kick... I just hope the test can give me some gains because if it disappoints me like it did last time, well with the amount of test/mast I have, i'm going to go crazy on the dose until it works properly. If I can gain 1-2 pounds a week that would be plenty. The last time on test I was eating a lot... I was eating a LOT more than I am eating now, and my weight was absolutely flatlined, it was almost depressing, to be on cycle, and not really make gains...

If the test sucks, i'll drop the dose and jack up the mast early and just go for a recomp.

I'm psyching myself out too much, the test has to do something if i dose over 1g. So far it's just been like last time though... All i notice is nipple soreness and a libido boost.

Unreal - Thanks for the response to my thread earlier. I appreciate the info, I agree with you on the dosing. I really hope I don't fail to respond to 750mg/wk TEST... Good luck man. Great start to a nice cycle! Keep rippin' it up. I like your diet/training structure. I'll be doing something similar during my offseason.

just give it time brother. you WILL feel it and it WILL work, it's over a fckn gram a week lol. i remember thinking the same thing my last cycle and then all the sudden i was like "oh shyt, i'm on." 5-6 weeks is how long it takes for me to really notice it.

Day 20, 225 lbs (+7)

Low weigh in... felt bad this morning and missed a meal before my depletion workout. My stomach was very upset. I don't know what the cause was because my stomach is used to eating the same things and never gives me any problems. Anyway I've been high for the better part of the day (which immediately solved my stomach problem) and getting my carbs in.

TRAINING
The depletion workout was good this time, the muscle hardness I was getting from the repout sets was pretty intense, feel like i got a pretty huge pump, and i got in a good amount of whey and dextrose immediately post workout and more simple carbs in the next meal, more complex carbs since then.

So i should have a high weigh in tomorrow but tomorrow is keto all day so i'll see how much stick on Monday.

I do have a couple things to report, i got a few pimples on my shoulders, and the oiliness on my face is picking up with some acne. Cool. Good **** just around the corner.

Nah, I was using just the dbol by itself with cyp. I am not a big responder to dbol, so I have no problem dropping it for SD. I am noticing more positives from the SD than the dbol anyway.

Abdominals and some cardio today

I feel pretty normal outside of the muscle hardness, did some work on the acne and it looks normal again, haven't had anything close to backpumps in a while... Still working on the letro dose, up i'm at 8 drops and my nips are still sensitive, I can feel the lump but they don't look too puffy or inflamed the way they do when the gyno isn't being treated.

I have noticed increasing testicular shrinkage particularly in the last week. IDK if you guys know the feeling, but sometimes they feel kind of ... "cold." lol.

Anyway everything is mild so far and i'm waiting for injects to kick in. I want to feeeeel something again. Also thinking about doing the SD at 30mg for the next 4 days (which is the last 4 days of SD btw).

Mental effects are at 0 and the libido boost has continued to be only very modest. Noticable but not at all comparable to when I was on 700mg of test prop.

didnt know there were so many cokeheads in the thread lmao. hey im holding around 245 and not baked 24/7...guess im just fat! ive cut way back on the reef. it gets in the way of my training. im prob gona stop all together soon. gotta start looking for a full time job. i dont even really like getting drunk at all. i love the taste of beer but i never ever drink to get drunk. i havnt had a beer in aLONG time tho. atleast ill still have my opies 0.o cant beat an opie and a reefer combo. sorry

i actually added dbol to the end of my test run. mass gains have really started kickin in. i actually feel like ive gained the most mass in these last few weeks than i have the whole cycle, im not really gaining more weight, just more mass. im actually dropping weight for some odd reason.

stay patient broski. im sure you'll feel it soon enough

Really just feeling hard and solid, really no sides, problems or anything particularly noticable. Actually the testicular atrophy is getting more noticable though. No neverstop i haven't started the HCG. I haven't even got it yet (I know, you can give me crap for that). I'm just running the cycle so long that I wasn't planning on starting the HCG for a few more weeks. And I've had second thoughts about my cycle planning and goals, because if i leave the doses alone and run 10 weeks i can get two cycles out of my gear. Hmmm. 2 cycles vs. crazy high doses. Guess it depends on how well this gear works on me in the next two weeks.

My workout was sick. Up a rep on flat bench for a PR. On incline the best set was up 20 pounds and minus 2 reps, overall it was up and approximately tied a PR. Everything else was good. Felt huge and solid. Shirt felt small. Great recovery.

Was going to take pictures today but my partner wasn't there, and i'm not asking a stranger in the locker room to take pictures of me (lol). I think it suffces to say that I looked as lean as pre-cycle (estimated 9%) and noticably more filled out. Pretty stacked looking. Good chest striations.

At 230 pounds I am feeling pretty damn big and I don't usually feel so big. I also feel heavy and inflexible. Go figure.


Anyway the deal is 20mg of SD up into Thursday (today is Monday). For week 5 i'm going to see how the injects are feeling and *probably* bump my sustanon up to 1g a week.
 
you should feel pretty big at 230 6 percent haha. ill say it for never....shame on you for starting without having everything!
