I'm a newbie to the supplement world and looking at your lists is slightly overwhelming. no one uses lists of the same products. where is a good starting point to building my own supplement regimen?

Krill oil (very trendy at the moment), MVP (Millenium), Milk thistle, PPs Toco, Olive oil, Hawthorn, DMAE and centro, NA-RALA, B6, lots of mega-B vits (GGG brand), Zinc/copper formula (ZMP when this runs out), mega C, Resveratrol (Stoked), Liver caps (Animal), Chromium, Pre-workout caps (forget which) for AKK or is it AAK? , Piracetam/CDP choline (citicoline), ALCAR, idebenone, Cordeceps (Millenium strains), Gut Health or equivalent (I dunno if this does anything), Gingko biloba
Lets put them in order:
Noots: Gingko biloba, ALCAR, Piracetam/CDP choline (citicoline), Krill oil, idebenone, DMAE and centro
Protect: Gut Health,Chromium, Resveratrol, Milk thistle, PPs Toco, Olive oil, NA-RALA

I'm lacking multi-minerals ... should be fine on ZMP.

I know it's confusing. That's kinda why I started this thread hoping that if someone new had a list of supplements that veterans were using then at least you wouldn't necessarily be throwing your money away on gimmicky junk.

well I'm no expert but one thing I have recently learned the hard way is that your diet needs to be on parr BEFORE you think about anything else. Otherwise you're wasting time and money.
