I have heard 1-2 lbs at the most per month of pure muscle only. if every thing is done right,sleep, training, food, naturally. (thats on surplus calories) . that is after the newbie gains.

yup that is what I meant per MONTH, regardless, I definitely gained lean size. I remember when I started lifting, gained 50lbs in one year, gains were awesome at that time LOL.

I was under the impression that you used bulk powerful, not sure where i got that from though.

great log man. very concise. Since you say that ghenerate helped you with muscular endurance, do you think it also helped in the aerobic capacity department. Also, you mentioned that coordination and overall performance in your mma training increased. I'm asking because i'd like to know if this would be a good supp for wrestling/mma. Everything seems like a go really, i guess the only thing that concerns me is the weight gain when needing to stay within adequate range of one's weight class. Could this be used on a cut as well? say recomp for people who are already below 10% bf on a maintenance to caloric deficit protocol.

I feel it is a good supp for an athlete, although I recommend that you stack it with powerfull to keep prolactin down or any supp that contains l-dopa. Yes this can be used for anyone under 10%bf, I am around 7 at the moment, so believe it will work for you. GH releasers are great for recovery and muscle endurance. Powerfull is great for muscle memory, stacking the both will result in better overall athletic performance. Ghenerate seems work similar to GHRP-6, so take some appetite suppressants to avoid insane hunger increases.

Great log Andrew... but I hope the celibacy thing was a joke. If not... wow, I am sorry man, that must take extreme dedication. I get pissed if I don't get 4-5 sessions of bedroom cardio a week.
