Giving TestaPro a Go... Go... GO!!! Logging bottle won in drawing.

signs are good so far... I am most intrerested in what will happen 2 weeks from now. On the NP stack I was able to maintain pretty well between Prime cycles on DTHC not so good.

dang there is some serious s%#* going down in here. Good to see that there is someone else in the city busting it!!

I have to admit there is a NOTICEABLE difference between this and running Divanil and TRez. I think the Testofen has really added something to it and definitely made it kick in faster than when running Divanil and TRez

I'm in for the ride bud, keep up the good fight!!
I ain't giving up no way. Enjoying the ride now that I am feeling better.

Man I am just pushing it the best I can around this damn tendonitis. Lots of cable work and what not. Had another great workout yesterday will post up below.

Another great workout in the books.

As you know if following along I am working around my tendonitis and am actually starting to enjoy the creativity and freedom of just going in and doing different things to shock the muscles of my upper body without killing the tendons. I have also made some hard decisions that tend to go against most of what I have done all my life. I will list below as well for points of discussion.

First we will go into the things I am having to adjust in my thinking. I have always been a firm believer in the if you aren't approaching 95% of your max you don't need wraps or a belt or any of these other things as a lot of people lean on them creating inbalances in there strength and conditioning. Well, I have TINY knees and now that I have decided to focus on my legs while working around the tendonitis they are getting punished. So I have decided to invest in some knee wraps. I have lifted for 24 years with some time off and have never put a knee wrap on.

Well I am at a point now being lower bodyfat this entire year than ever before that my joints aren't as lubricated by excess fat that they are really feeling it when I push. OR maybe I am just getting older.... :( Now I am repping 315 for 10 reps on ATG squats and I can not go any heavier without my knees being sore for days afterwards. Even the 315 is leaving my knees unhappy and I do not want this to compound into an issue. However I want to build my legs back up to about 26-27 inches and right now they are a very lean 25. I know as soon as I start widening my squat stance and throw in a few rounds of sumo deads my legs will explode. I have intentionally avoided these because my groin muscles get so big they rub together 1/2-2/3 of the way down my legs making walking in jeans, well HOT in the inner thigh. However this will also bring up the inner tear drop as well and I want it to hang down over my kneecap. LOL So I am going to venture into heavier leg work and really focus on this for a bit while I do things to maintain what I have up top as best as possible while allowing the tendons to heal.

Morning dose of TestoPro, SuperCissus Rx, Anabolic Pump, and ReCreate.

30 minutes before workout, Jack3d, and 2 scoops of DominATP.
2 scoops of DominATP in 32 Oz sugarfree coolaid mix for intra drink.

The Workout
Chest
- Flat DB Flies immediately to DB Benchpress 3 sets with 45 lb DB, 60 second rest. 45x10x10, 45x10x10, 45x10x7

I do my flies basically straight armed to keep the leverage in the favor the weight so I have to work harder with it. I hit 10 straight arm flies and then immediately hit 10 slow rep db bench, keeping the weights wide at the top to keep continuous stress on the pecs from beginning to end. I performed 3 sets and could not finish the final 10 of the bench. I must have looked weak to anyone not really paying attention. Seeing my big arse struggle benching 45's...
My chest was sitting on my ribcage like a newly installed shelf!

Back - DB Pullovers 3 sets 65x15 ass almost to the ground gotta keep the form fantastic here. ;) burned out with 1 set of neutral grip/wide pull downs alternating between front and back with 120 got 15 reps.

Starting to look like I was inflating. MAN WHAT A PUMP!

Shoulders - Hammer Strength front shoulder press with open hand grip to lessen strain on tendons. Weight is per side. 70x15 75x15 75x15.

I am not doing any curls right now due to tendonitis so while the wife worked biceps I threw in 3 sets DB Front raises with a thumbs up grip to keep it neutral. 30x10, 35x10 35x8>30x6>25x6

Side Note: I have been hitting shoulders more whenever possible. I had naturally gifted shoulders and got used to them being big but everything grew up around them so they are now my focus since I can hit them creatively withouth killing my tendons. I am noticing some growth in the delts already after just a couple weeks of this.

Triceps - to give my triceps as well as my chest a little extra something that wont kill me I am doing close grip and diamond grip pushups. Set 1 and 2 done on knuckles to A) keep wrist from breaking back increasing the stretch on the tendon, and 2) to condition the knuckles for a little punishment when I can get back into martial arts. Set 3 was a diamond pushup set.
Set 1, 25 slow reps. Set 2 23 slow reps, Set 3 15 slow reps and failed. Only about 45 seconds rest between sets.

Legs - Here comes the fun. I was still decently sore from the other day so I didn't go high on volume. Fun of the day. Ass to ankles squats. Bar high on the traps, to keep it quad intensive.
Warm up 185x15, then we moved up. 285x12, 315x10, 315x10>225x9
Stiff leg dead lifts - 285x10, 285x10>225x6, grip gave out on the strip set due to the tendonitis but hammy's were right behind it so it was fine with me.

I had been thinking about wraps but this work out really solidified it in my mind. Although I have the muscle in y legs to really move some weight i don't have the joint structure to handle wicked loads of weight. I also don't have the patience to have to work through another self inflicted injury. So now it is time to wrap the knees and go heavy. I foresee some lifts coming in the next few months that see me going back up and over the 4 wheel barrier. I can squat over 4 in a wider stance only going to parralel and now it is time to head back to a foot ball type squat at least once a week to increase size of the groin and inner teardrops. I have also decided to invest in some lifting hooks to reinforce my grip so I dont have to squeeze the bar so hard trying to hang on to weight on pulling exercises. I hope this will allow me to move some more weight without damaging the tendons. Stay tuned!!!!

LETS DO THIS!!!

Yeah I have to do them at the end. If I even try to do them before that I can not finnish anything else. Nothing left in the tank. This way I know I can leave it all on the floor, or in the closest trash can anyway.

He is actually doing my personal workout I designed and it is quite a bit more intense than HST. HST was actually me calming myself down and allow myself to recover workout phase. Imagine your 5 reps week of HST with 2 drop sets after your second work set. Now imagine that with as little rest as possible between sets and exercises and no rest on the drops. WooHoo! If you like that wait until you hear about phase 2, then I am hitting him with Phase Three later if he has the desire but he doesn't know this yet. :D

Ok MrKleen, you two are just nuts. I think this is where the recreational lifter, aka me(!), is seperated from the body builders. Sounds pretty ridiculous but might be a bit much for my schedule.

EXCUSE ME!!!! F*CK YEAH I GOT THE DESIRE, GIVE ME ALL YOU GOT!

Yeah basically i cant take any credit at all for my routine. Its all from the master mind of this Hulk of a man.

Once im done with this routine he should use my after pics as a testament to his genius! As you can see from my avatar when i started out i had little to no definition...i was just big for my height with over a 36 inch waist and no abs. JUST WAIT TILL IM DONE!! Im gonna be ready to step on stage AND IM NOT EVEN A BODYBUILDER!

Honestly the workout if alone should not take more than 45-60 minutes. It is very intense but HST is a perfect warm up for it. By the end of your HST you could hit this and be fine.

This workout is definitely not for your average bodybuilder either. It is developed out of a Warrior mentality. A Warrior must always be able to fight, hunt, kill, or bed women... Okay so I added the last part for fun. ;)

This workout allows you to leave it all on the floor one exercise per body part at a time 3 times a week. No holding back on flat bench because you know you want to hit incline hard. Incline is on a different day and nothing needs held back for that. You are also never ridiculously sore in anyone part but can feel every part of your body has been worked enough that it causes the need for super compensation. If a fighter, this keeps you able to train and roll and fight without having to adjust the training around your lifting days. Have you ever tried to roll or do a round of sparring when your legs can barely get you out of a seat? Not good and not what you want from training. This is about functional strength, muscle growth, quick recovery, excellent conditioning and loving to push beyond your limits.

You could do it you just have to want to see if you can. What seems impossible in the beginning with effort and a stick to it attitude will become routine.

Killed it Again!

I had another great workout. I am feeling better and better and with every bit of recovery comes the new realization of how friggin amped up I am.

Did you ever walk into a room and feel like everyone was looking at you and the ones who weren't looking were doing so out of subservience. Do not make direct eye contact with the ALPHA MALE to do so means you either want to be mated or dominated! Maybe both if that is what your in to. ;) YEAH IT"S LIKE THAT!

Is it common to stand up after each set and pound your chest while hollering like Tarzan? HMMMMM No wonder everyone was looking....

Sorry, I really like the High Test feel. All of the free test I got going on is almost silly.

Oh yeah back to our scheduled programming....

Chest - DB 45lbs - Incline Fly/ Press combo 10 flies 10 bench no pause or rest I got through all 3 sets this way. My last workout I did not complete the last set of 10 so that is an improvement considering I am stronger on flat.

Back - Assisted Chins Nuetral Grip 3x10 BW-30 2-0-2 tempo, working maintenance here, I have a big back already but I don't want to worsen my tendonitis so not pushing it.
Nuetral Grip Seated Row, 1 set of 15 120lbs. Just a little finisher since i wasn't pushing too hard on chins.

Shoulders - Standing Arnold Press - 45x10, 55x10, 55x10 I am trying to build a little more here so I went a tad heavier but still babying and using time under tension principle instead of pure weight.
DB Front raise 30x5
Supinated grip Olympic Bar Front raises. Bar x 15 3 sets.
Reverse Wide Grip Uprght rows- Weird exercise there. I was next to a smith machine with 140 on it not counting bar which is counterweighted. I really wanted to do some wide grip uprights but knew my tendons were not up to the task so I grabbed the bar underhanded and wide then just pulled up for 15 reps just to tweak the medial delts. It felt like kind of a mix between a drag curl, and an upright row but it did the trick and hit the medial delts like I wanted too.

Squats - 225x15, 315x8, 315X6 my wife was about to puke from her quats so I had to put the bar up before failure since she was unable to spot me. 315x8>225x6 wife was there to spot again. No puking for her she held it in, what a soldier she is. :D
Leg Extensions 190x8>170x4, 170x12>150x9>120x6>90x12

By the way when you see this > that means drop set no rest. If seperated by a comma there was a 1 minute rest period.

All in all another balls out workout. I was drenched in sweat and really enjoying it. Guess what? I am ready to have another go at it right now! Of course I will wait until Thursday.... :(

You think the testopro is kicking in? haha

Between that and the Jack3d I am like... like... a SUPERHERO. Da Dah DAAAHHHH!!!!!

haha gotta have some imagery with a line like that

Ok Testopro stays on my list....

Man I am not sure if this makes you actually create more test or does such a damn good job of increasing your own free test levels but it really feels great and yet natural too. Like being 14-18 years old in the peak of puberty. You know the surprise wood, humping knotholes in fences. Feeling indestructible.

For example, I have not been doing as much cardio as I wanted to this past week and I am still leaning out. I am not able to lift for mass but my chest is sitting higher, partially do the the pre-exhaust sets I am doing. You see how I am pushing my legs, guess what. I am not sore at all. I am keeping my cals around 2200 and leaning without the cardio but the fact I am not sore speaks volumes about the recovery on this at that calorie level.

I really don't know if I want to run this as a bridge next time or with the PRIME PowerFULL, and STOKED so I can just get BUCKWILD!!!! This is definitely a great bridge and I wonder how much better it would be with Stoked throughout. I have a feeling using the 2 of them would be about the best bridging possible between Asteroid Stacks, and an INSANE addition to an Asteroid stack as well. If not using as a bridge I would recomend running 2 bottles of this for sure. I hear adding in the RPN R-ALA will really push the androgenic side of this through the roof. Which means SICK strength gains, and even more wood. LOL

As much fun as I am having on this I am probably going to pick up some of the Fadogia Agrestis too while it is on sale. I know I will be able to get this again but not sure about the FA so that is probably my next purchase. Or maybe I can sneak out an extra $41 for another bottle and run BOTH of them together. I assume that may really push the envelope as it works well with Divanil from everything I have read. Man these are really good times for the Natural guys trying to get a leg up.

:twak: That is you smacking me into shape! It was a long weekend and I wrote that hastily not thinking about how fun the challenge will be. We shall revisit this workout plan soon IronWarrior. I have some Prime, AP and OEP calling my name with another 4 weeks of HST ahead of me first; oh wait, never stopped taking those in the first place :saroll:.

Honestly the workout if alone should not take more than 45-60 minutes. It is very intense but HST is a perfect warm up for it. By the end of your HST you could hit this and be fine.

Yeah but now it is a choice not a subconcious thing like a teen where you suddenly feel a splinter and wonder what the hell you are doing.... ;)

Tell you ... I don't miss that. I like having a little control. I think it may help me survive. Sometimes Prime and Formestane or both will give me a little reminder of what it was like and it's kind of intrusive... :01:

Yeah, I agree it can be. However it is a great sign of extra testosterone too. I can deal for now. So long as it doesn't happen when lying on the bench at the gym. AWKWARD!!!!

.....i would say something smart and witty, but i got no blood in my upper torso

excuse me i have to go to the bathroom

MrKleen needs to stop distracting us with pictures of his wife... and thanks for making sure I am at work when I see it. No fences here to help deal with this!

My legs are Wobbly wobbly...

Fired up, my legs are toast. I didn't go absurdly heavy today more slow reps and methodical muscular exhaustion on all body parts.

Chest - DB Flies/DB Bench superset combo 50x10x10 for 3 sets, up 5 lbs and made all reps on last set. Man these really kick the crap out of my chest.

Back - Hammer Strength Low Row/straight arm lat pulls superset combo 78 lbs per sidex15/70x10, 88PSx15/70x10 88PSx12/70x10

Shoulders seated lateral raise machine or as the wife calls it the chicken wing thing... LOL 100x12, 110x10 120x8>90x6>60x5 DONSKY!

Bicep/forearms - Reverse curls 20 lbs x 25 3 sets, just trying to increase blood flow to the tendon without overloading it with resistance.

Triceps - 3 sets of 25 diamond pushups.

Legs - Leg Press 315x25 495x20 675x15>585x12>495x8>315x10
Hyper Extensions 45 lbs behind head 3 sets of 15 1 second hold on top.

Was a great workout with lots of sweat, and a tiny bit of vomit I was able to swallow back down.

Vomit flying out at the gym can be a very awkward moment also.:)

Yes but still less awkward than the flag pole on the bench situation, and that is still less awkward than getting caught screwing a knot hole. LOL

Hey guys just quick update 60 minutes of cardio 45 on treadmill, level 20 3 mph 557 cals 15 min recumbant bike when I found out the sauna was broken, burned another 100. Total of 667 cals was sweating like a whore in church, Awesome stuff.

Damn I met my first wife in church and see was sweating hard. I knew she was keeping something from me LOL!!!

Shamefully this week just the one time. I am still leaning a bit though cuz my diet is on point. I keep changing macros around but keeping cals at 2000-2200. ReCreate Sesamine, and more test from the TestoPro is still keeping me in a good balance. That and the workout pace is so high it is really HIIT training. I will continue on the TestoPro and add in the rest of the Swole stack next week then move back to the beloved Asteroid Stack but this time megadosing PRIME for a 2 month run. I am expecting big things by the end of the year.

Well I never hit submit earier.

Had a great workout today. Upper body was pretty good mostly light weight pump work as usual as of late.

Legs
Squat 225x15, 315x12, 365x4>315x8
Leg Extensions 190x12, 190x10>170x10>130x8>90x5

On the 365 I had another 2 reps I think but the safety bars were to low and I noticed it and though better safe than sorry. I bet I could have went alot higher without pushing the 315. I may go to a 5 rep scheme on squats just to see how much higher I can get. I was not going ATG because of a wider stance that I am not used to but I was going a few inches below parralel. When I hit the Swole Stack leg size and strength will be my focus. I will try to gain as much as possible while staying below 10%. I will start a completely new log to log the SWOLE Stack, and post the link here.
