Haha i wish i had huge hands, would make my grip that much stronger!

My arms in that picture were decent. I was pushing around then 210 and that picture was taken after i had hit arms with my partners that morning.

They were over an 18 there easy. Not my definition of huge but gotta start somewhere right?

That is a lot bigger than mine. I think that is how I got so heavy. I kept looking at my arms and they always kept somewhat of a cut. Stayed really lean compared to the rest of me. Mine right now are just under 17 flexed. However my vascularity is just stupid at this point. I have the spider veins across the inside of my bi's. I wanted to work on building arms specifically this year but alas the tendonitis is putting a hault to that. Even worse I can't deadlift.

Your 5' 8 and in the single digits body fat 17 is huge... mine are big and I will be satisfied with anything around 18 when I am down to your body fat level but I am almost 6 feet. Last I checked I was 18.5...

Maybe it is just in my head. The judges at the last show told me I needed bigger legs and arms. However I did have the diuretic mishap that dropped 7 lbs off of me overnight. All from muscle. Stupid Stupid Stupid!!! I should have never listened to the guys telling me it would tighten up my skin. I was already drier than the Sahara when I started it, so muscle was the only place it could have come from. My friend and wife later told me that I looked A LOT smaller than i did the day before. That is okay though. Lesson learned.

I agree with DW

I may have had bigger arms then you then and maybe bigger now but your BF% i a lot lower then mine. Im guessing my arms will be around a low 17 or less once i drop to around 7%.

Cool! It is hard to get things out of your head when a judge tells you something like that. My wife kept telling me my arms were normally bigger than the other guys there. I am probably not in too much need of bigger legs eather considreing I already have striations in my quads at about 25 inches. But I have a goal of 26 right now.

Rolling on 25's with veins and striations is something to write home about.

But personally my goal is to have quads and hams thicker then my waist. Meaning im looking to drop my waist down to the low low 30's and have my legs be in the mid 30's. Get that superhero cartoon look going and have the power to back up that look.

I can't imagine dude. I had my legs up to 28 at one time and that was just ridiculous. The inside of my legs rubbed together so bad when I walked in jeans the denim would get really hot and I would have to stop.
 
Something to shoot for right?
