lol. I even more love agreeing with them and talking in the same manner. Sometimes, just for my pleasure, I will nod my head in agreement and join in on the dumb-ass conversation. If they had any sense at all they'd realize I was making fun of them, but they never do.
 
The creatine and protein there is just too cheap and easy for me to stop going.

The guy is like small and greasy... kinda like Buster. Some of the guys in there are cool... I just wish they'd f*cking leave me alone, but it riles me up for the gym.

I felt like complete crap at the gym yesterday. No energy, no focus or motivation. I felt like a zombie. I did my workout and finished, but I just tried for muscle activation and full contractions, rather than pushing my limits to break PRs. I am just glad I didn't walk out halfway through. As soon as I was done, I ate and felt better. Maybe I hand't eaten enough or something, maybe it was just an off day, I kind of feel like I am fighting off a cold, not sick or under the weather yet, just run down. I have been lagging at work too... editing photos is killing me today. I am noticing running the GHenorate minus any stims really has me lagging at the gym. I just get my workouts done faster if I take something to help me with my focus. Still sleeping great, got a little bit of GHenorate left. We'll see how much longer it lasts me.

Decline Hammerstrength - 4 plates x7x4x3
DB military - 70x3 (no energy, decided to drop to 60's for a better workout) 60x11x7x4... weak sauce for me.
CG bench - 135x10x10x10 again just getting through it.
CG Pulldowns - 180x10x6x4
BB Row - 185x10, 95x20.

Felt like death by this time. I went home, ate, and went to a client meeting. By the time i was done with my client, I was jazzed to go again. Saw Zombieland last night. F-ing spectacular. My fav. movie of the year. Woody Harrelson is hi-lar-i-ous.

In all honesty.... Pretty f&cking cold. But sometimes we get lucky like last year. It's not like you come to the dirty for beaches and surfing though. NY is pretty dope year round. Girls still dress like ho bags at night.
 
Went for a 4 mile run and did abs today.

I need to kick my endurance back up. I enjoy my fasted, low intensity cardio, but I really want to be able to go out and run for an over 30mins without huffing and puffing to the point of passing out. I went last night and it was pretty bad after 20mins or so. The chick I just started seeing is real into jogging, so I'd like to be able to enjoy a good run with her.

Drag curl - 120x10x6x3
Reverse grip cable curl - 55x20 (no wraps, couldn't get heavier and pronate my wrist)
seated Calf press -45+25x17
Leg Press - 630 x8 PR.
Front Squat - 185x7 95x20... my widow sucked, but I was gassed. Completely done-zo.

This is pretty much the end of my GHenorate log, I have maybe 1-2 more doses left. My sleep has continued to be sound, my fat loss has continued nicely. Recovery has been amazing this last month, and I am stoked for this product to be released. I will give a final wrap up tonight along with after pictures either today or tomorrow.

Thank you very much to the people @ LGSciences for this opportunity, they have created a great product unlike any other I have tried before.

Eh... I was dosing it once on off days and twice on workout days. The bottle I received would probably not have lasted me 30 days. I made it last that long, and did not feel that I needed a second dose on non-workout days. Honestly, I feel that this is more of a "before bed" supplement, even on workout days. What I got out of the workouts was perhaps more sweating, a calm focus, and perhaps increased endurance... actually for being run solo, I know it increased my endurance... so perhaps I should take back what I just said, and say that I think it should be dosed PWO, and Before bed... however I can't really say that the days that I dosed in the morning when not working out made a difference in it's effects. I would have to run it a few more months to really apply the scientific method to that question.

I know they have doubled the amount of ml in the bottles to be released, so no worries about any of this really. I would love to double dose it and see what happened.

I do feel that this is not a supplement to run by itself though... I think it has incredible benifits that would best be reaped alongside other supplements as well, like a PreWO creatine/ba/aakg and perhaps a hormone or PCT regimen... especially those that cause sleep issues.

Everyone is in for a shocker when this one comes out... if the price point is what LG says it is... it's becoming a staple for me and I am gonna buy a 6 pack to start out with.

6 pack is always good..Im sure Eric is going to do something sick when its ready, hes always doing mind blowing things.. I think its going to be a staple for allot of people..

Not a huge amount. I lost some BF, not really so much around the mid section as around my legs/chest/arms/shoulders. I'd have to go get it tested to really be sure about BF%. It's not a fat burner by any stretch, but if diet is on point I imagine some fat loss would be seen.

I'll take after pics either tonight or tomorrow.

Great Log G, and yes Growth Hormone has a VERY positive effect on fat loss. I f someone was trying for recomp or straight up cutting this would be a great addition increasing LBM and lipolisys at the same time. Let's not forget the other health benefits of GH either. I wonder how your results would have been if you were older and already had lower GH levels. The fact you saw a good bit of results being young really sets expectations high for mid 30's and above. Once again GREAT LOG!

Eh, I think for the most part - when someone is asking a question like that - you should give the benefit of doubt and assume the diet is in check.

If they wanted advice on how to achieve results - that's fair play... but not if they are asking about a supplement.

Let the little bastards waste their money...

I can say that I'm 90% happier just taking creatine and protein... I'm just catching up on some of this AX sh*t that went down when I was gone... Freakin incredible.
