Did I do sumtn wrong?

Ive been running the Powerfull and Anabolic pump now for nearly a month at these dosage:
AP 3XDAY MORNING/BEFORE/AFTER WORK with high carb at least 70gs
Powerfull 2xday 3 before workout 3 at bed time

Like i said its been nearly month and i honestly hav'nt notice any strength,weight gain or pumps that was suppose to acompany these two stacked together. My diet has been on ive been getting in close to 300protein/600carbs 4500 cals everyday and training 5 days a week heavy in the 6-10 range. Sleep was great the first week of sarting powerfull but the potency wore off after that and never noticed any better sleep. Just wondern if i need to give it more time or should i have seen something by now.
 
In regards to PF, are you having any carbs within an hour of your dose both pre-workout and at night? If you are the effects are heavily muted. As for AP I am assuming you are bulking hence such high carbs, my suggestion is to get some P-Slin in your life to help shuttle those amounts of carbs at least pre-workout and then dose two AP the other carb meals. I am sure some of the USP guys can chime in with some more targeted info but that is A LOT of carbs!

Yeah i was worried about the whole carb thing around dose time so they adviced me to weight hour before after dose to carb up and ive done that sence begining. Im using glycobol instead of pslin and still nuttn. Im saving my slin for a more anabolic stack where i think it would work best.
 
As for the amount of carbs there actually on the low side for me when bulking i actually cut back a bit to see what would happen. My metabolism is crazy fast and bodyfat% stays in the 8-10% range no matter how high macro's go
 
I'm very skeptical about supplement claims, but here's a USP concoction that I saw a while back. I use this every workout and all I can say is wow! Bet you won't be disappointed. The pumps are insane by the way.

115grams (1 1/4 cups) simple sugars (waxy maize starch, dextrose, malto)
40-50 grams Whey Protein Isolate or Hydroslate or Mix of both
5 grams creatine monohydrate
5grams beta alanine
Extras for the rich dudes
BCAAs, More leucine, Whey Hydrosolate, Anabolic Pump, Y-RD or stim of choice

1. With the AIR-Mass Monster shake just mix all the above into half gallon jug and start drinking 30 minutes pre workout.
2. Slowly sip during the workout
3. Finish post workout

This stack is fkg phenomenal! Throw in dominATP as the extras!

in 1 liter of water

Immediate post
2 scoops Xtend
1 scoop Growth factor

30 minutes post
500 mg Pslin
1 banana or 1 cup of pineapple
1 scoop waxy maize
1/cup rolled oats
2 scoops Myofusion
2 cups of ice
8 oz water
10 grams l-glutamine
 
You look like a hard gainer so you would go under the category of carbohydrate non-responsive when following the Anabolic Pump Manual. Thus, Take Anabolic Pump 30 - 45 minutes before your carb heavy meal. Furthermore, since you are taking in 70 g of carbs, make 50 g simple and 20 g complex. Try it and report back :cool:

Ok im gonna start this dosing protocol 2marrow and give it a week or so and report back to ya ...I actually thought 15 mins before meal was'nt enough time so maybe this will work.
Do you have suggestions on what to eat or not eat and can i use the AP 45mins before my post workout shake or use it with my hole meal post workout? The shake contains :

1/2 cup raw oats I think like 27 carbs
2scoops Universal Carbo plus 30 or so carbs
50g whey protein only 4carbs


During workout I sip on Torrent mixed with purple wrath so theres another 50 or so carbs

That sucks man.there's always non-responders to every supp.

I've got a stack of stuff sitting at my house that I sell to friends for cheap cause i don't respond to it.

I personally AP keeps my muscles hard as heck and the fat stays low even though i'm taking in tons of carbs. This is my first reall run with Bulk 1-C and i like it so far but nothing too super...yet.

I hope you have better luck than me man..lol I have 2 more bottles of each im gonna have to trade or sale i was gonna use but after 1 bottle of the pow and 1 1/2 of ap i dont think its gonna do anything for me
 
how much u selling the Powerfull for?
 
4500 cals with no supplements should yield muscle and strength gains.

Maybe for you. I have to be honest with you this caloric intake is for maintenance my body/metab is crazy. The number i mention is pretty close to my everyday intake of cals/protein/carbs.I thought by adding in the 2 products they would help me gain with that cal number instead of force'n myself to put down another 1-2k more cals.
