pinning...

Hope this isn't dumb. I'm not starting a cycle any time soon but it could very well be in my future later on down the road. I'm just wondering what the advantage is (if there is any) of pinning tris/bis/trap/calves. Friends and acquaintances of mine usually just stick to delts/quads/ and glutes. So does it affect the body different or do people just pin in those random other areas (bi/tris etc) just to switch it up?

thx

The term they use is "Spot Injections". Some people inject certain compounds into specific muscle sites hoping to increase growth of that tissue . From what I've read, the results aren't that impressive. Stick to the glutes and quads for your IM injects IMO. I recall a study that looked at the absorption of IM shots and the glute was the way to go.

are there any main nerves down there that could be hit easily?

Where in the legs/glute?Theoretically, go lateral on the quads, and on the glute go for the upper right quadrant to avoid the sciatic. Just google IM injections and there's plenty of videos of advice. It would be tricky to aspirate on a delt shot on yourself, so go lower body if you do start.

Agree... partly. If you are doing something that works better with ED injections like Tren or Prop, then you will get pretty sore and build up a lot of scar tissue if you just use one or two sites. For me, I go with outter quads, glutes, delts, outter calfs. I did bicept twice...hurt like a beoch both times.

I have never done it in the Lat or tri..but have seriously been thinking about it. Has anyone else done it? How is it compared to the other areas I noted?

i stick with glutes, quads, and delts... but my buddy does everything and actually has only been doing bi's and tri's lately. **** that lol

Glutes and quads exclusively. I did a bunch of ED pinning and i did mostly quads. Quads are so big they can handle so many injections all over them and there's no easier place to reach. Glutes are excellent just because there's hardly any feelings. Quads, I've hit a few nerves, never any big deal tho, I just tend to take it slower.

Now delts, I don't pin delts. I have a hard time reaching my delts... especially on cycle. It's like the harder i reach, the more my pectoral flexes, and it's hard to inject one handed when i'm straining that hard. I think i'd be able to get at my delt if i came at it from a more inside angle...

Live and learn; not judging you by any means.

oh come on that was funny. You have to be able to laugh at things like that. (once your over it and in the clear)

this is what can happen

did half a ml of prop in each bi last night and all i can say is damn... i can barely move my arms

did you not learn from my mistake not to pin in your arms????? Did it seem like a good idea? Damn that was the whole reason I posted all that. To keep someone from making that mistake

everything has been growing well but my arms... have very nice shape and detail to my bi's and tri's but they just won't get bigger. i always thought spot injection was bs but a few guys i know who compete told me that's what i needed to do. finally, after so much aggravation from not getting the results i wanted i gave in.. have shot the prop in my bi's twice now today will be the third time. no doubt if fu3king sucks and my arms haven't stopped hurting for 5 days now, but i do see a difference. maybe they only look bigger bc of the oil that was placed in the muscle idk but even with them always hurting and being sore i can still lift the same weight, just hurts like a motha ****a every rep.

Yeah the extra size could just be from them being swollen, prop can have that effect. I suppose when you finish the cycle you'll know for sure

ya... thinking they are only bigger bc they are swolen... decided to stop shooting the bi's now. not worth it, i thought it would get better each time but **** no my arms hurt so bad i can't move them, and it hasn't gotten better. each shot is the same and leaves me too sore.
