7x3 BB Flat Bench: 95, 105, 115x2, 125x3
w/ BB Bent Rows: 90 lbs
6x5 Cable Tricep Extensions: 50 lbx4, 60
6x5 Leg Curls: 130x3, 145x3
Now I'm sitting here eating a huge spinach salad with mushrooms and radishes + blue cheese dressing all over it. I've got spaghetti squash in the microwave with homemade sauce and hot Italian sausage and ground beef topping it. Life is good.
