Yes you can. I do every day, and have been for quite some time.
You would dose the same as me:
Lipotrophin-PM
Dose - 2 caps last thing at night
IGF-2
Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 2 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 2 caps 40 min pre-resistance training
Dose 3 - 2 caps last thing at night
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 3 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 3 caps last thing at night
You can do the "Non-Resistance Training Days" version of dosing every day if you would prefer re convenience.
As Sean said, with IGF-2, you want to start at half-dose for the first few days, since most people experience increased lethargy (due to increased GH).
The IGF-2 is the same of powerFULL? and i can take ZMA with this?
IGF-2 is NOT the same as PowerFULL. Although they are both Growth Hormone boosters, that's all they have in common.
At the moment i'm just dosing 4 on waking and 4 pre bed of IGF-2
would it be a waste to do 10 caps a day and dose 4/2/4 on training days and 5/5 on my off day? at 180lbs am i likely to notice effects more at 10 caps a day?
Was thinking about buying some Lipotrophin-PM and dosing 2 caps pre bed too.

Yup, Dave, you could definitely do that re IGF-2 dosing/timing.
Lipotrophin-PM with IGF-2 makes for some sleeping punches, LOL(I really need to start using IGF-2 again)!

i may buy some Lipo next week. My sleep is great apart from the waking up 1-3 hours before my alarm, again last night it happenedwoke up at half 5 when my alarm was set for 7! :bigeyes:
AT least you're not either sleeping for 1-2 hours or passing out for 14-16 hours!!! :thumbsdown: :mad1: :aargh4:

don't tempt me! i almost went back to sleep for another 3 hours . took me a good 6-10 minutes to get up properly this morning lol.
roughly getting 7 hours sleep a night, taking a good hour to get to sleep now a days
almost missed a swim the other day due to having a nap too!
Gotta say- the Lipo-PM has really helped my sleep. I wake up far less than normal. I got two other people turned on to it, and they are swearing by the stuff.
