Furthermore, as a matter of principle, you actually a priori dislike or hate people because of the colour of their skin (black) irrespective of the content of their character! Although in general the rest of what you said kind of sucks, this is entirely true. In effect by maintaining your own culture as special regardless of what it is you have a more positive bias towards people of your own cultural group. And I feel its totally ok to dislike someone solely for appearance reason that they choose, but not for appearance reasons they can't choose.
You dont want racism anymore, stop trying to be different. Otherwise you have a fractured society full of groups that will dislike each other and everything will crumble or be hampered to a slow crawl. Sound familiar? You think if black people were also into bluegrass, there would be as much hate in rural areas?
Also, I dont see how somehow its magically different if they can change the biased against feature or ideal. Its the same bias with the same consequences if its strong enough. You cant have your cake and eat it too, feeling justified because they can change! Muslims and Christians fought the crusades for how long because of something they can change?
