IT was really just yesterday im on 5th day too and other every day except yesterday appetite was controlled but not like gone like it was yesterday. Today and the other 3 days it was controlled but not to the point where i cant even stomach half my meal.
I did find the same thing happening now and again with SX. I've run it for a combined 5-6 months now and have had my share of hungry days. I'm one of those who believe that the body tells us what it needs. If you crave meat, your body is lacking protein. If you crave beef, it could be a lack of iron. If you crave sweets, well....
I wonder how many people are burning fat because of the fat burning properties of SX vs losing weight from not eating as much. I am curious about this.
Indeed a good question. The primary mechanisms in SX are NOT a thermogenic "burning" effect, but rather due to the appetite suppression (decreased caloric intake) and increased energy (increased expenditure). Eat less, move more, lose more...the key ingredients to any cut. It plays on these extremely basic principals so well, and that's the key to its success in both terms of popular sales as well as actual success in users. It's something that you can use if you step on stage, or if you're just someone whose daily activity includes laundry, making dinner, and putting the kids to bed.
That question, I will be able to answer very soon. I will weigh in tonight and this should answer some of these questions. I am definitely leaner but does it match what the scale says. If I lost more than 2 lbs I will definitely have to concede to some of it being mass. I will be weighing in at exactly the same conditions.
I'm very interested in your take on this. I know that you have your diet and everything nailed down, so I'm willing to guess that if you think you are looking better, it would be fat that you lost. Preaching advice to you would be preaching to the choir, so I won't.
