End Of Cycle Thoughts
Well, I started PCT on Tuesday and so far so good. Below are my impressions of my Epi/P-Plex bridge with DC training.
Weight: I gained 11 lbs on cycle which I think is respectable. As far as I can tell, my bf didnt increase much, if any. And because of that, I would have to consider this 11lbs a success. Like I have said before, I'm not down with putting on fat during a cycle and making the weight go up. I ate clean and my weight gain was clean as well.
Size: I put on some pretty noticeable mass as well. Not anything drastic, but I do seem larger nonetheless. I have also had some comments of my size as well, so others are noticing too. Vascularity also shot way up as well.
Strength: This is where the cycle shined. BUT, since I started DC Training at the same time, I cant attribute all my strength gain to one or the other. I dont have my log book here, but off the top of my head, here are the increases.
Bench: +30lbs
Squat: +30lbs
DL: + 100lbs. I undershot my weight here at first, so the increase isnt that drastic.
Arms: I increased all my exercises by about 15lbs.
Sides: Not too many sides at all. Some back pumps, little acne, some pretty tough lethargy at the end. But thats about it. I still maintained libido and didnt feel shutdown too much in that regard. I had some blood pressure headaches at first, but they went away.
So all in all, it was a pretty cool cycle. Put on some size w/o fat, some good strength, and not too many harsh sides. I kept my dosages moderate so I think this may have helped out some.
I'm now into my PCT and I have to say, the hardness is def not the same as on cycle. I do miss that, but it's really no biggie. But things are well, I'm running PRIME now and start T-911 next week. So the fun and gains should continue
Thanks to they guys who followed along. I have realized that I'm not very good at doing the "log" thing. I just dont have much time to keep anyones attention, and since I was running a cycle that has been ran a good amount by others, I didint feel like I needed to really dig into the details. Thanks!
This week officially starts college footbal season so.....Go Gators!
