In 2 small cycles back when I had no clue:damnit: Man there's alot of sh1t I should have waited on and somethings I shouldn't have waited on ya know:think: You must first be young and stupid.

I was young, but certainly not stupid, at least in terms of what I ran and how I ran it. At 18 I ran Test E @ 750mg/wk for 14 weeks and Dbol Weeks 1-4 @ 50mg/day. Weeks 10-14 I ran Ergomax/Prostanzolol @ 30mg/100mg.

At 19, Test Prop @ 1400mg/wk 14 weeks (woha!), and Trenbolone Acetate @ 50mg/day. Phera-Plex in Weeks 10-14 @ 30-40mg.

Both with excellent PCTs.

DC Workout A3

Good workout. Got it done in the AM and had good energy throughout. I'm really starting to like DC for the sheer convinience sometimes. I mean, it works and I'm growing, but it's like my w/o's are an hour+ @ only 3x per week. But for that hour, it's intense.

Slight Incline w/ wide grip BP: 195 8/5/3
Chest Stretch

Front EZ Bar Raises: 8/5/3
Shoulder Stretch

CG BP: I forget the weight here but I def feel it worked my tri's better. Messed w/ the grip some.
Tri Stretch

Straigh Arm pressdown:

Deads: 250 x 6, 305 x 4
Back Stretch

I am not getting the DOMS that I had at the beginning of the cycle. Usually, straigh arm pressdowns kill my whole back the next day.

Sides/Thoughts
-Slight Acne but no other sides really. No back pumps.

-Appetite has increased some so I'm def getting all my meals in easier.

-I want a Newcastle.
 
I hate straight arm pressdowns. Never does sh1t for me? Can you remind me what other back width exercises you are doing?

I swear for some reason, they really work my back well. I do rack chins, lat pulldowns, and straight arm pressdowns.

I hate Rack Chins. Those things annoy me. Seriously, after my first time doing them, I got up from the rack and kicked the little blue ball across the room and threw a plate down. That's how much I hate them.
 
Personally Id throw some Pullups in there :D...if it works for ya bro stick with it :thumbsup:

So I'm going to Vitamin Shoppe this weekend to grab one of those at home hormone tests. This will help me plan out my PCT, but my tentative plan is this:

Nolva:20/20/10/10
Sustain Alpha: As recomended but only for the first 2 weeks.
Toco 8: As recomened
Endo Amp Max: As recomened
T-911: Starting the 3rd week.

And some Prime :)
 
I was considering going the Sustain Alpha route (Last 2 weeks of cycle, First 2 weeks of PCT), but since the new T-911 has the 7,8 benz derivative AI, I think I'm just going to run that instead.
 
I may not run the SA and just wait until the 3rd week and throw in T-911. It just depends...I mean, Nolva, T8, and Endo Max should help boost my T enough right off the bat.

Btw - back pumps are in full force tonight. I'm putting together my power rack and I had to take a break.

On his blog he addresses this interview. He says he had no idea that the article was going to so much about GSP's steroid use.

I have to say, he does take a fair share of criticism. I mean, he hypes of fights at the request of the UFC. Everyone does it. The guy has sick BJJ skills and is an incredible fighter, no matter what anyone says. He's just not strong/big enough fight at 170.

I toooootally agree. BJ hypes up his fights with dramatics to make people watch, and when he wins, he always ends up giving props. I thought for certain he genuinely hated Jens Pulver, maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but right after the fight he went up to Jens and gave him dap. I think the UFC just has had success with painting him as the rich kid, bad guy, doesn't work hard and only wins off his natural prodigy talent, and their image of BJ sells.

Lesnar true to life hated Mir, pre, post and still does.

Oh Volcom, if you go on BJ's web site there is a blog video of how the UFC trys to make him hype the fight. Interesting.

haha, it's all good. Some people are rather neutral, like Randy Couture or GSP, but Lesnar, he's definitely a hate him or love him guy. I don't think I've heard of anyone in the middle with him.
 
W/O yesterday was pretty good.. I'll update with exercises tomorrow since today is uber busy. I'm stil trying to get the hang of BB hack squats. Putting my heels on a 2x4 seems to help my form a little better.

Went to Best Buy today and made a sweet new purchase for the bedroo. 50inch Pannasonic Plasma. I'll hook it up tommorrow. I have a Pioneer ELITE in my living room so it wont be as good of a picture as that, but it's good nonetheless.

Soooo stoked about the BJ fight tonight. :)

Oh, I also made another True Protein purchase. 5lbs of Chocolate Mint DC Mix, 2 lbs Cookie Dough DC mix, and 5lbs of the night time formula.
 
Those BB Hack Squats can be weird sometimes. I seem to be able to perform them rather naturally, but I've had clients and athletes who can't seem to grasp it. They can't stand without the bar hitting their backside to save their lives.

I have the walkout shirt from ufc 94 but I think I may have lost it. I have been in a frantic all day trying to find it. I'm pissed!

But, I also ordered the walkout shirt for 101 but it hasn't came in in time. I'm kinda weird in the sense that I like to wear the shirts on fight days. Ha.

So the weekend has been kinda nuts and my diet has somewhat suffered. It's not a huge deal since I am still getting in my protein requirement, but just a little too many simple carbs :( I somewhat undercooked last Sunday and didnt have enough meals to finish the week.

But, my body comp is still pretty good. I fee like a have some extra water/fat in my abs but they are still just as visible as when I started the cycle.

Pumped about tomorrows w/o. For some reason, I get really excited about bench press. I never really focused too much on it but now that I have, I think my strength goes up faster on that than any other exercise. Last w/o my finishing set was 220 8/5/3. I will try to get either 225 or 230 tomorrow.
 
If it's any consolation, I bought the wrong turkey burgers and have to eat some pretty fatty ones tonight.

Yea, but on a CKD, your body will burn that fat more efficiently. Even if it is saturated.

I do know that I have been much more vascular lately. Which I like :)
 
I thought I'd post a theory of mine while I'm thinking of it. Well, it's not really mine as I've seen other people say the same thing, but I havent seen any science behind it yet, but anyway.

I wonder if one of the reasons I dont seem to be significantly shut down is that I am only dosing 2x per day. One dose in AM and one around 2 or 3. So by the time the half life for the PP/Epi expires, my natural test levels start to rise again, since it's night time, and continue over night.

I really dont know if this is the case and it's not really important anyways. But I dont seem to be shut down hard. I know it's hard to tell from things like ball size and whatnot, but all signs of shutdown are non existent.


On another note, I still seemed to have put on some size. Body comp is good and strength is deff up. I am looking to make some big strength gains this week though. Becasue even if I wasnt on a cycle, Since I just started DC, my strength was going to rise anyway. So it's difficult to distinguish what to attribute what to.

Going into this cycle I had stupid goals to be honest. I wanted to put on 15lbs and thats just silly. If I did that, most of it would have been fat and no one wants that. I have learned that I am more of a slow and steady gainer. Since I am so carb sensitive, I cant just scarf down the carbs and expect to stay lean. And staying lean is still important to me, even if that means it takes me a little longer to hit my goal of over 200lbs. I still plan on hitting that before next spring :)

Whats your weight at right now? If you like the slow steady approach then you should try pulsing the super.:147:

Weight is at 183-184. Yea, I was thinking the exact same thing. If I do decide to run one more cycle, it will probably be a Super pulse. :) Maybe pulse it along with a DC w/o. Mon, Wed, Fri. :)

I'm not sure what to think about today's w/o. I had a great pump going, probably the best I've had in a while. This may be due to a large bannana I ate before hand. But, I didnt get my normal reps on BP, kinda pissed me off a tad. But other than that, it was pretty killer.

Bench Press: 235 7/2/3 (+ 15 from last week)
Chest Stretch

Powertech Millitary Press: 180 8/5/3 (+10 from last week)
Shoulder Stretch

Tri Pushdown: "100" 8/5/3. The weight is weird on this machine. I remember when I worked out at the fitness center near me, I was WEAK but my sets were with "100." And trust me "100" on my current machine is waaayyy more than that. But we will just call it 100. (Still up 10 from last week.)
Tri Stretch

Lat Pulldowns: 11 10/5/5 Up 10 from last week. Same thing applies to the weight on this exercise as well.

Incline DB Rows: I forgot the weight here.

Back Stretch



Sides/Thoughts:

-Acne is kicking up a bit.

-Back Pumps are still there. Nothing I cant live with for a few more days though.

-Lethargy is still the only signifigant side. It kills me in the morninig.

-My "boys" are still up to size, just in case anyone was wondering.

-I think the PP is starting to kick up a little. I feel larger and more pumped now and look a bit larger as well. I assume most of that is intramuscular edema, but it's def there.

Oh, and I thought I would show you guys the article our paper about the new company we have started. So if anyone needs to sugar cane/bamboo napkins, let me know :)
