This just in...
ME! I just got in from running some hill sprints during lunch. I was going to go for a walk but decided I wanted a little more. There are some hills over by my work in a park, and I normally just walk by them today I saw them and they challenged me. Calling out to me as if to say. "Hey Sport, ya think you can handle the heat? Give it your best shot..." I would have to say that the spots on the hill, actually a bayou levi where about paralell at the top and bottom and a good 45 degree incline going up 40-50 yards. I decided to do 15 sets of hill sprints, each set consisting of a quick walk down the hill turning immediately and sprinting back up, walking over about 30 yards and then quick walk back down then sprint back up. That was one set. I finished the 15 one I was losing some steam but I have to say that I was really impressed with my conditioning considering I have not done any training like that in months. I think a lot of it had to do with the intra set recovery that I always notice while on PRIME. I actually think the aggression that even gave me the desire to want to pull this crap in 94 degree temps also came from the "Alpha Maleness" the PRIME makes me exude. You get that "JUST LET ME AT 'EM!" mentality. I feel it starting to kick in which means things are about to get cooking around here. Anyway this was kind of spurof the moment HIIT training so I had a Anabolic Pump and some good aterworkout nutrition and I am feeling great. My legs are still pumped up, I can even feel a pump in my rear delts. Must be from hammering back my arms to create extra body torque. Either way I feel FUGGIN PHENOMINAL!!!!!

Dyah think!! :laugh2: yah found myself going up Mount Royal Saturday with 50 minutes cardio already under my belt lol so I ended up doing 30 minutes fasted AP cardio with 20 minutes moderate and then a couple hours later I'm trucking up and down the mountain which takes about 90 minutes. (only about 20- 25 of that is extremely difficult though. Yah not much doubt where the urge came from... maybe the mega dosed Prime!! :laugh2:

dude I love the stack here. I think I might give it a go next cycle. Adding the Jack3d, which alone is a beast, onto this just makes me drool!!! Great workout. Hopefully your second day 5 will hit the reps you want. Love the log bro!

What are you using currently...

Myself I am pretty fuggin battered but Prime still pushes me no doubt. I have a rest coming up then 6 weeks bridge with DTHC then another week off.. Then I go at the Asteroid again with a new vengance. Can't wait to hit it again with a full rage on! The body should be less pulverised by then if I train smart.

Had a great workout on Saturday. I got up and kept the morning as relaxed as possible. Had a good breakfast with all my normal supps. About an hour before my workout I had a P-Slin and a Protien - Waximaize shake. I was already feeling the pump from it about 30 minutes later when I took my 2 scoops Jack3d 2 scoops DATP, 3 PRIME, 2 grams Supersapponins, and about 200mg of of P-Slin since I was also intaking Waximaize in my intra drink. I make my intra drink 2 scoops of DATP, 10 grams glutamine, and 30-35 grams Waximaize. By the time I walked through the door at the gym I was in total go mode.
As of Saturday I am holding 194 lbs right now.

The post I put above here is my preworkout stack.

Then I have my daily schedule
PRIME 600 mg caps 6/9 dosing schedule 2 with 1st 4rth 6th meal
ReCreate 2 Cap preworkout and 2 caps about 11:00AM
Anabolic Pump 3-4 times per day. 15 minute before carb containing meals.
PowerFULL 3 upon waking before workout and 2 an hour after last meal.
Bulk SuperCissusRx 4-6 grams a day spread out with meals and before workout
Divanil 95% 1 cap with 1st 4rth 6th meal
TRez 1 cap meals 1, 6
Sesamine 2 squirts 3 times a day with food.
CLA and Fish oil throughout day about 20 grams total as part of fat intake.

I will start ramping up my doses of PRIME in another 2 weeks.

I left a note in your log regarding a possible bridge option to give you a little rest, healing, and maybe even added growth before your next Asteroid stack.

Yah and it's a good idea, I left a repsonse.

for myself I have been finishing up a Animal cycle accompanied with Jack3d. after I finish I have some AX MassFX and others to run. But after reading here about the Prime, I might throw that on the list for the new year, or even the ASteroid Stack. Animal Stak and Pak have been good, but looking to move to try other things.

Yah Asteroid stack is definitely worth a try...:147:

Man it is caged animal type of aggression. Then the pump is ridiculous on top of it all. Good news though, as far as the training goes. My second set is not a required part of the program, as long as I hit my reps on the 1st set it is considered a success by the structure of the program. I just like the extra work of the second set. I think it adds just enough volume to work me good so I can still get a good pump and feel great doing it. By the time I hit the 5th and 6th workout of each phase the first one should have been so intense that it is almost impossible to hit all of the reps on the second. I have 2 more wokouts this time around and man they are gonna be FUN! Then it is on to the 10 reps workouts. Here comes more weight, YES! I can't wait for more weight.

It Has BEGUN!!!!!!!!!

Since Yesterday, I have really felt PRIME kick in hard. My muscles seem to be filling up. I get the urge to just flex for no reason and it just feels so good to do so. Arms, pecs, legs all of my muscle is supersaturated with an unyeilding force of energy that almost pulses within, and begs to be used. Flexing is the best release or the most enjoyable anyway... Either way I feel POWERFULL!!!! The Alpha Male is in full effect now too. I find myself walking like I expect to be looked at. As if everyone should want to know what I am doing. Everyone should watch their leader right? Well if I am the Alpha Male that means me! So go ahead and bow down...:bow28:
:laugh2::laugh2: Even though I may feel that way, my head is based in reality. Yet it is truly an awesome feeling to both feel and exude that type of confidence.

I had a great workout this morning took the usual pre workout supps for fasted training. I started really feeling the pump before I got to the gym. Was in a great mood and ready to push some heavier weight.

Flat DB Bench 75x15 - even second set I was moving along like two pumping pistons. Effort was getting up there the last 3 reps but dit not slow the pace.
Dorian Rows 130x15 - Blasted through these like not even an issue was feeling very strong.
Push Press 130x15- Was pushing intensely by end of second set. GRRRRR!!!!!! Love that the intensity is starting to rise.
Close Grip Curls 65x15 was burning after 8th rep on 2nd set.
Cable OverHead Tricep Extension 75-15 these felt great, got challenging at end but was easy 1st set.
Leg Press 625x15 nice slow reps was feeling a good burn by knees by end of second set.
Lunges - 115 weight was perfect and challenged me throughout.
Donkey Calf Raises. Felt good kept it nice and slow anything less than the stack requires slow reps to be a challenge. Felt a great stretch in calves. Did a few one leg reps on left leg to try to bring up to par with right calf. I have a slight inbalance there from years of skateboarding.

All in all I had a great workout. I was pumped and looking massive. I have definitely put on some new size and am believe I am around 195-196 right now. I did not weigh myself as I would rather wait until the end of the week. Here are a couple pics of me right now. Unfortunaltely the little bit of loose skin and the excess fat under my chest returned quicky even at lower bodyfat levels. Seems I have to stay under 6% of I wont to really look tight. Either way, I feel I am looking very thick right now. You be the judge.

You still look pretty lean and the little bit of extra fat/water your seeing is just you being critical of yourself. You look almost even bodyfat wise. Going to be so easy for you to prep. Oh and looking bigger in that second shot. Your looking about 7-8%

Thanks Bro! My calipers are reading 7.5% but I am having a very hard time adjusting to the levels of smoothness compared to the 4% that I just hung out at for a month or so. To me I look soft, but then I was hard as nails before. It is really hard to get a grasp on the state of your own body especially when there are small things that drive you nuts about yourself. They seem so big to us but others barely notice unless it is an insecurity of theirs as well. Anyway thanks a million for the compliment / observation. I have honestly been struggling with allowing myself to gain again. However I think this is the perfect bodyfat level for me to achieve gains and trying to stay lean enough to get in contest shape relatively quickly. I am really hoping to see 200 lbs this time around at same bodyfat. We will see.... Excitement is building.

See you don't need calipers, had it right on almost!! I am just verifying the accuracy of your calipers... :afro: Yah perfect state to build from. I have to get down to that but it may not be possible for me to recomp that low .. I'm still try'n though...:drillsergeant:

I have to admit I was sceptical when I got my PRIME but within a few weeks I liked it so much I got the rest of the Asteroid Stack and man it was great. Then I didn't lose my muscle when it waqs all over and I had to take time off. I couldn't wait to get back at it just because the way you feel is great. An animalistic confidence overtakes you about 2-3 weeks in and then everything just starts. Weights go up recomposition kicks in. Recovery goes off the charts. I am COMPLETELY STOKED!!!! Because it has begun! Yeah I highly recommend giving the Astroid Stack a try I would definitely get at least 8 weeks worth to get the most out of it. I am going 12 weeks on this one.

Agreed, I will follow throughout your 12 weeks and see how that works for you. If you handle the 12 well enough without hitting the point of diminishing returns then I will give the same all around stack a go sometime early new year. Wish I could give it a go earlier than this, but it takes over a month to get mail out here so I have already ordered the AX stacks. Plus I'd like to try the SlimXtreme in a cutting cycle before hit the ASteroid Stack. New year will = new Recomp!

Once again Dream hits Nail on Head. The prep should flow nicely with keeping yourself even here. The pics look great. Did you ever finalize your next show???

I think were both aiming for June now...

Oh and just a note if you want to avoid diminishing returns on Prime I recommend progessive dosing, I start about week 5.

DW is pretty much right again here, I am looking at doing a show sometime from Spring to early summer. I hope to hit 200 at this bodyfat then diet down. There is an NPC show in late April I am really looking into, The Texas Shredder I think it is a Natural show that is my preference. If doing a show in April, I am going to start my cutting to get down around 5% in January and should hit that by end of February or mid March at the latest then coast in to what ever show I choose dropping the last percent or so the month leading up. I may do one or two of them relatively close together. Most of the show calendars are not out for next year yet so I haven't been able to nail down a date or show just yet. If I know I am not competing until June then I will continue to clean bulk an extra 2 months then start cutting. Not too far to cut so it will be fine. I like the longer prep, no rush at the end to get the last part off.

Cardio this morning, treadmill 45 minutes level 15 3.2 miles per hour 478 cals.

Abs
Ab thrower 50 ball tosses
3 sets of to failure, drawbridges & cable crunches,
cable wood choppers 2x15 90lbs

Okay, now that that part is over, my legs are deliciously sore right now. On top of the leg press and lunges they are sore from Sprinting as well. Not sore in a painfull way but in a FULL swollen way. I mean yeah there is mild discomfort but not anywhere near as sore as they would be if the PRIME wasn't kiciking in. I imagine by lunch time I will be ready to go for a walk to get out of here. Gotta love it.

I got the progressive dosing, but the 5 week start I am a bit confused on

hey Kleen let me ask a unrelated question about your cycle. PowerFULL is an HGH supplement. Do you see much from it? The ingredient list leaves me less than comfortable with it. Just wondering if it is a powerful addition (pardon the pun) or just a compliment.

I notice increased aggression within 30 minutes or so of dosing it. I also noticed that where I had a lot of loose skin before it started tightening up more when I took it even lines in my face got less noticeable. I definitely get better sleep and feel the recomp effect is noticeable. However I am late mid 30's. Depending on your age and goals, I may recommend trying a megadose of PRIME with AP. Getting a couple extra bottles and running them may make more of a difference for someone under 30 especially if the main goal is size and strength instead of recomp. I am not saying that PowerFULL does not have an effect on younger guys, it definitely does. However, it seems to be more noticeable for us in the 30+ crowd since our levels of both GH, and Testosterone have already begun to naturally decline. So the boost is more noticeable.

Just keep in mind all of the positive benefits healthwise of GH. For a recomp though I would definitely keep the PowerFULL in the stack. I would definitely say that if you aren't going to have PowerFULL you would but want to megadose the PRIME to get similiar effects at the end of your run. I honestly believe PowerFULL is an important part of the stack though, it is part of the synergy, the 3 supps compliment each other by acting through 3-4 different anabolic pathways. Add that to the the health benefits of Anabolic Pump and PowerFULL and I am finally doing something is not only good for my vanity but good for my body too.

agreed on all. I am 35 myself and have studied this quite a bit. Glad to see you have to, which I never doubted. I see that the ingredients 1-C, or 1-carboxy-2-amino-3-pyrobenzol(3,4 diol), is closely related to l-Dopa. All of which have proven to give natural HGH release. Good to see that you are getting results from it as well. For myself when I try the stack I was thinking of replacing PowerFull with Secretagogue Gold (check out this site if you are interested hghtruths.com/the-big-list-of-supplement-reviews/ )
I like the ingredient lists in this a bit more. Have you seen this, and if so thoughts??

I just went and had a look at the site, I am not versed well enough on all of the different secretogues, but it seemed there were a lot of things that turn to L Dopa, the strength of the 1C is that it easily crosses the brain barrier and is supposed to be more active in that respect than L Dopa. Add to tht the other anabolic properties of PowerFULL including the increase in testosterone and decrease in prolactin. I think PowerFULL may still edge it out anabolically. If you choose to go that route let us know how it goes. I do know one thing, can feel the PowerFULL working immediately... 30-40 minutes.

I am not such a big responder to the Powerfull but it does give me good sleep and it's worth it just for that. There are also intangibles at work as well.

I dont really notice it as much when I take my Jack3d because it is overpowered but I can feel it the times I haven't. I also supplement a little extra on the supersapponins so that could be part of it. In my opinion the two irreplaceable products in the USPLabs line up (if I could only have 2) would be Anabolic Pump, and PRIME. SuperCissusRx would come in almost a tie but if I had to I could find other sources of cissus and just take extra.

I get good results out of all of the products I have tried almost all of theirs, but those 2 are going to be part the staple for all of my stacks unless I am testing a new product and need to weed out the PRIME to verify the other products work and I am not just seeing more results from PRIME.

Yah I'm in the same boat exactly, I run Prime for 8-12 weeks come off then back on. AP every day now. I may have to go back to Pslin on high carb days if I start building a resistance to AP...:drillsergeant:

Had a great workout this morning, hit all of my prescribed weights for 15, only 5 lbs away from 15 rep max, I feel I could have gotten to 18 or so on all of my first sets. Those are the ones that count. I had a few again i could not repeat the 15 reps and got 13 on. I left the gym with a huge pump and really enjoyed the workout. Did lots of crunches in the Sauna since I had an extra 10 minutes before I had to leave the gym. Yup getting through the workout quickly, a definite sign of the intraset recovery from PRIME. I think I am recomping some right now. I feel I am looking harder and definitely fuller so I am pretty sure there is some recomp going on. I am also finding myself hungrier, hornier and generally happier.

I have gotten rid of all my pants that were larger than 32 inch waist so I have to wear them even if snug. Kind of a reality check, if I am in a position I need bigger pants, I need to get my diet right. Well right now they are tightening in legs and butt, and loosening in the waist a little so that is a good sign. Highlight of the day was 255 for 15 reps on Narrow stance squats. Second one was challenging but the first was like butter baby. Saturday I get to hit my 15 rep max on Deads, and that will be FUN! in an S&M kind of way. LOL

Haha!

No doubt about it...the stronger you become, the more hardcore you live...the more S&M you act.

Keep it up, your numbers are looking phenomenal

classic and so true!

Chris shot an email my way, I like to send you a prototype anabolic.

He's getting BIGGER!!!!!

I told you all I could feel the kick in this week. I am 195 as of this morning, and I am looking a little leaner. In another week I am going to do body fat again to see what the calipers have to say. I posted my begining and this mornings weight at end of this post. I think it is safe to say that 200 at this bodyfat is probably not out of my reach during this stack if the rate of progress continues this way.

My workout today was awesome, I was doing previous maxs for 15 reps, next week I am changing my reps to 10 and continuing the upward progession of weight. I am also going to change the exercises to a 2 workout rotation with one workset per exercise but two exercises per body part. I feel I can better employ the progressive resistance not juggling through as many workouts. I will post up what it is once I figure the right mixture out.

Todays lifts were
DB Decline Bench 85 with rotation, this was my max before but I feel I could have squeezed out 2-3 more. Tempting but I am trying to stick to the progression scheme.
Bent Over DB Row up arching towards hip not ribcage 75, was very challenging on second set, I feel I could have added 5-10 lbs on first set. Good improvement.
Standing Arnold Press 65x13, shoulders were just done from bench
One Arm DB Hammer Curls 35 could have done a few more reps for first set.
Close Grip Bench - 195 x15, second set 12,
Deads 285x15, 225x15, then almost hurled. :clap2:
Hack Squats 275
Donkey Calf raises 400

All in all I was stronger in just about every lift. My shoulder max came from a day I worked shoulders and legs so they were not already preexhausted by bench and rows then. So I am ok with not making it under the full body workout circumstance. I also feel the rotation on the decline db bench increases the shoulder and lower pec involvement. I did have to do normal reps the last 7 of second set to make it through also.

Another note to make about this workout is the pace is high. We were not timing rest but rotating between 3 people as quickly as possible, including warm up sets on every exercise we got off of the the weight floor in 50 minutes. Talk about intensity.

The real deal is my numbers below, they are telling a nice tale. My weight has compe up 3 lbs in 18 days and I think I look a little leaner. So far so good!

7/20/2009 192 Lbs 8% BF
8/8/2009 195 Lbs, AND I appear to be a little leaner as well. I will do BF on calipers next week.

Workout program restructured.

Next week i am moving into the 10 rep phase. I am wanting to make my progression easier to track and more linear so I compbined exercised from the 3 workouts. I will do a wrmup set fot the first exercise for a bodypart and then 1 workset for each exercise. I am trying to hit more angles as well. The workouts will alternate between the two and you can see that I designate the prescribe weight for each exercise and what workout of the 2 weeks cycle it is. Each rep range has 2 weeks and six workouts. I did not really adjust to many of the workout weights so I expect to miss some of them on the second exercises but that is ok. I am really excited about the way this one looks now. However I expect it to be friggin ridiculously hard.

What do ya think looks like I am gonna be breathing a little heavy eh?

15 rep deads are brutal ... I have no love for higher rep deads...month 3 of the freak day 3 starts off with 4 sets of 10 on deads and it kills.

One of the worst routines I ever did was pre-exhausted deads.. you would do 7 reps on leg press ss 7 reps on deads this was done for 7 sets. Deads are just awful when your sucking wind and they take me there every time.

Yes, I would have to say it is a love / hate relationship for me. That workout of leg press and deads sounds like a killer.

I did not make it through all seven sets the first time .. I think I made it through 5 and then died somewhere on 6.. but by the end of the 4 weeks I had actually increased the weight on deads. The secret to surviving this own is not to blow your whole load on leg press .. you have to save something for the deads. Common sense yah in hindsight. :happysad:

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Those types of workouts make you go WHAT THE.... I remeber my very first GVT training, 10 sets of 10 squats and stiff leg deads. Holy crap I totally shot my load by the 5th set. I couldn't get out of the bottom of the squat to save my life. My hammies had nothing left to give. I really had to adjust the SLD down some to make it through the workout.

HMMMM. I just thought, since I am going for bigger legs too. What if I change my squats to 1 1/3's talk about some extra stimulation. Hoo Rahhhh!!!

I love this stack!!!!!!!!

Yesterday had a mixed cardio day, 20 minutes interval on treadmill and 25 minutes on bike. Total 470 Cals, the teardrops right at the knees where burning by the end of the bike ride. I was pushing relatively hard. ;)

Today was a great workout, a little bit of feeling out period since I changed the workout up. On several lifts the weights either went down just a little or stayed the same. With the progression of the program there is some unavoidable see-sawing that happens sometimes between the rep ranges. It is a good thing in this case as I am out of my SuperCissusRx now and have fallen to my back up supply of NP Cissus 5% extract. I am trying to take about the same as before however I can feel the stress on my joints more now than before. Currently money is a little tight so I wont be able to getmore SCRx until much later unless the bulk becomes available again soon. I hope the elbows hold out, moving to a little heavier dose of the bulk to see if that helps.

The review of my 2 weeks in the 15 reps range was that I did indeed get stronger in every lift through out the 15 rep range. NICE!!!!!

On another note, I weighed in at 198 3/4 dry yesterday before cardio, but I was still sporting abs, they had not smoothed over. I know my muscles were supersaturated and wish it would have been a weight workout day. This was a post carb up weekend weigh in inspired from curiosity and I am not considering it my current weight. While I am clean bulking every other weekend is a heavy carb weekend. I eat mostly clean but have my treats that weekend and use my P-Slin and what not to really get it into the muscle. Obviously my body is handling the carbing up really well as i said my abs were still showing even at 198 3/4. I imagine I will be sitting around 196 by the end of the week in my "normal" fed state. I am definitely growing though. My shirts are fitting much tighter and my thighs are really filling out my pants more. I am noticing my legs getting more vascular as well so no fat is coming on the legs. So far I am loving this stack. First time to see what PRIME can do for me when eating to grow muscle.

SO FAR RESULTS ARE EXCITING!!!!

I am honestly very happy now with my decision to hold off on the October contest and do one next season instead. I can see me coming in a lot bigger and more refined. Can't wait to see what the old calves look like after a year of training. :D

That's the advantage of doing less shows... I will probably do only one a year. Leaves more time for improvements....

obviously things are working excellent for you... but - have you tried implementing some GPP type, conditioning work into your program for cardio?

Honestly I have been looking at your log and hankering for some of that type of action. I need to fashion a sled of some sort to pull and I am good to go. Thought I may put a U bolt through an old tire my dog used to play with before she passed. THen fill the tire with concrete or maybe even sand bags that way I can change the resistance up. When I was actively training in MMA we would hook up in a harness and pull the "short bus" down the road behind the school then push it back or one would pull down the other would pull back while you walked back to starting point and repeat. Man that was the stuff that made you feel like a Warrior! You got any other ideas on fashioning a make shift sled? Any other cool ideas besides sled work?

These sites have a ton of cool information on unconventional, GPP type conditioning work and how to make home made equipment...

Man are you trying to get me in trouble? LOL
I have to work and you give me access to these links now... Lets just put the crack pipe in front of the junkie and see if he can resist! I had to pry myself away from those sites. I favorited them to visit at a more appropriate time. Thanks Boro! You keep this up and I heal up and I may have to get into some strength training next.

I'll be Kicking Like Kung Fu Panda!

I just verified my account has been reactivated at BushiBan that is my Karate / MMA class. I have been waiting for the few months that I turned the draft off to be over. I temporarily froze it a few months back to keep me from hurting myself. Well the self imposed hiatus is over and now I am going back to train. I am excited and nervous as many of the guys I used to spank will probably have thier oppurtunity to exact revenge upon me. Regardless of lifting weights with minimal rest and typical/atypical cardio I do. My conditioning is nowhere nere where it needs to be to last on the mat with these guys. I train at a very competitive school and most of the guys that train there are real fighters not just training for fitness and or bragging rights. So here comes the pain, but in a good way. Seeing as I am not competing in any bodybuilding shows until next summer I may shoot for a grappling tourney that is in mid-February. I still have to see how the old chest holds up but I think it should be ok. Wish me luck. Hopefully the new muscle I have will be help enough to keep me from getting smacked around too much. Of course it will backfire at first too much muscle burning things up too quickly them BAM puke time! Ah I will take some Scope and get back in it after a good gargle.

Boro, I will definitely hit you up on some of the GPP stuff as i am sure I will have questions. I know I am for sure making a sled now, and a slosh pipe really looks interesting, maybe even two shorter ones with some handles for lunging down the street talk about core strength for that one. Just ideas that pop in my head when I see things like this. I have always enjoyed employing water based resistance training because of the functional strength it provides. Did not realize there was a movement behind it. Here I thought I was creative. :D

mmm fighting...its more addictive then crack and lifting combined, its truly what i live for!

The more I read about it, the more I want to get back in to it. I originally quit because the group went from 10 to 30 because Tapout got cool... Now, I would think the *****s have left. I need to look into this. Also - The sled is such a good idea just to increase your work capacity. The sled will, for example, help you get more reps on incline bench press... Most do not realize the importance of work capacity.

I can just see those guys when you walk back in. In the back of their minds thinking CRAP, I gotta role with that guy. Imagining neck cranks that pop your head off like a dandylion. Trying to hold your arm back from an armbar from you seems it would be pretty futile. Sounds like a fun match!!!! Of course I ain't quite right in da head ya know. LOL

haha boro you have to role with bears...not men

do you have a video for everything? haha

Aggression is here!!! :( ;)

Whoops had a bit of a slip of temper yesterday and caught myself before a flare up today. Now I have mentioned that I have a lot of repairs I need to get done at home. Have had some frustration but generally been manageable. Yesterday I snapped at someone for something I normally would have let slide. I also enforced my personal space in a situation where I may normally have stepped over away from the person instead of saying anything. Not in a negative way just made them aware that I was in the space they were trying to occupy and had no intention of moving. This morning I caught myself amping up in a frustrating situation and checked it because I know now to be on the watch for it.

Awareness is the key, I just have to recognise the feeling in the seconds it starts and squash it before reacting to it. There is an internal ferocity that kind of boils in preparation for conflict, the fight or flight response. Well that seems to be rising up in annoying or frustrating situations an not just dangerous ones. I think that is tthe best way to explain the flare ups experienced. The feeling is the feeling you get when severely angered or threatened except smaller stimilus wants to trigger it. I feel the release of adrenaline and I have to keep the reaction in check. It is not something that is a problem so much as it is just out of character for me and I should mention it. It did this last time around the month mark. I was able to keep it in check for the most part but a few times it caught me off guard. It is not any stronger this time but that familiar feeling, the total ALPHA MALE feeling. My "personal space" when in alpha male mode becomes an issue of personal territory and not personal space. LOL I am the ruler in the 3 foot bubble surrounding me and you need to be aware of that. Smell my phermones and "Kneel before Zod!" :D

On another note I am unintentionally leaning up this week. I missed a meal a couple of times this week due to a lot going on at home and work, and have noticed my obliques tightening. My chest, and traps are looking great, vacularity is increasing. I am trying to put a little size on the delts now that I can do some of the moves I could not before due to tendonitis.

This is what I experienced on Product X .. Prime my aggression is very controllable but I definitely will not give and quarter for those who may try and push me, but I can handle it with confidence rather than any kind of agressive way. My confidence is very high on Prime and it seems to give be the ability to channel any aggression, it's a real feeling of control. I love that about Prime. :147:
