Hows DC goin brah?

Hows DC goin brah?

It's going good. I am crushing my numbers from my first "round" of exercises this past two weeks.

It is pretty much the best workout I have ever tried.

I'll post my last two workouts soon... I am kinda getting log fatigue and want a short break before the rest of my E911 gets going.

After taking the E911 yesterday, I think that the tabs are actually better now than the samples that I got. They seem to disolve slower and have a pretty good kick. I just finished my bottle of Superpump 250 and it doesn't even compare to the stim kick I get with E911.

I love this stuff.

Sweeeeeet. I can't wait to try some myself. Those pre-workout mixes rarely have a good stim effect it seems. I've never used them for that purpose, but it's just something I've noticed.

They used to for me... but they don't anymore.

This stuff however... Whoowee!

Man you make this stuff sound DAMN good!

I'm still waiting for my bottle, i think i messed the timing up cause i called up to add some shirts to the order. But i can't wait for those same effects dood!!

No kidding, Im not kicking superpump 250, Ive used it, and liked it. Im thinking this product is really going to dominate!

damn Irish, looking swoll.

I was getting ready to say to the same thing.

Irish is looking buff as a mudda!!!
Nice work brotha. :clap2:

I wouldn't change that avatar for a while.

Ok, so I kinda fell off from logging for a bit, but I'm back now for the rest of this E911 log.

I've been using E911 every day now for about 2 weeks, sometimes 2 tabs a day, sometimes 3. A few things to immediately note is that I have yet to feel myself get "used" to the stimulants, as I do with many stim products. E911 always kicks in quickly and I pretty much immediately have a good raise in my mood and concentration. I notice that my focus is much higher immediately after my dose.

I have dosed 2 at a time now, which is pretty much about what I can stand as far as stimulants go. I find myself moving much quicker through my workouts these days.

I have been continuing DC training, and it's been pretty intense. The only supplements I am using are Protein, a multi-v, and E911 at the moment.

I'll update the rest of my DC workouts later this week.

thanks for the update man, look forward to seeing what DC training you're doing as well as I'm currently training this way.

Update:

So I have been using my E911 on a regular basis for over a month now. The effects are still very noticeable, I have developed a slight tolerance for it. I have taken two at once now a few times, the effects are VERY strong when two are dosed.

I recently went to the vitamin shoppe to purchase some last minute protein. I have made friends with the manager there over the years and he often hooks me up with free samples. Well, he dropped a huge pile of them on me on this visit, and one of the samples was Nutrex's new energy product, Ignite. I thought to myself, what a good opportunity to compare since Lipo-6 is such a successful fat burner (one of my favorites to this day) and stimulant. Well, Ignite is strong... but it upset my stomach and made me pretty shakey even after my workout. I do not get either of these sides from E911. I focus much better on E911, and it is a "clear" feeling of being energized.

Again, I have to say that E911 is a top notch product that works well for me at the gym and equally well for me at times of stress where I need extreme concentration, like when I am on the job at a photoshoot. One last nice thing about the E911 is that it doesn't really kill my appetite nor do I have a caffeine crash from it a few hours later. It really seems to taper off back to my "normal" energy quite smoothly.

It still hits me in less time than it takes the tab to dissolve.

On my DC training notes... I am not going to log the past three weeks of workouts, sorry I am gonna be lazy, but I have made progress all around.

I am probably going to take a cruise period as it will have been 8 weeks after these next two weeks. I am feeling like I am starting to wear out. It's a good feeling. ;)

I am up 3 pounds using only E911, creatine mono, protein, a multi-v, and food. That's pretty decent for 5 1/2 weeks. I weigh 197 at the moment. My vascularity is up and my muscle shape is up. I look and feel thicker in my upper chest, and my traps are bulging without doing any direct work to them. I am incredibly impressed at what a 3 day a week workout has done to my physique. I REALLY WAS over-training. I have not felt consistantly sore like this in well over a year.

I am currently up about 20 lbs on most of my compound lifts, though I am not at all sure what my current one rep maxes are. I am stoked to be incline pressing 225 ( a goal I have had since I started working out), and very stoked to be curling the 35's on the olympic bar without any body english. My hack squat (sled) has gone up to 3 plates and 10's for reps which is huge for me. I'm also leg pressing 16 plates for reps.

My leg size is probably the most noticeable change in appearance, I haven't gotten measurements done, but the difference is mind blowing to me at least. I really think that these DC stretches are what the key difference is, especially in my quad growth.

Oh yea, I had to buy XXL dress shirts a week ago because my neck and shoulders were too big for the XL. My lady made a comment about a big and tall store lol. The shirt looks kinda funny on me though because it is pretty long and made for someone with a much different waist than me. lol.

Time to go down to little tokyo and get some tailored shirts next time I am in LA. :D

Delsolrob knows what I am talking about... hahaha!

Oh yea:

Many thanks to my friends at LG Sciences for making great products and letting me be their guinea pig! You guys are awesome, I rep you everywhere I work out. I have some guys at the gym LOVING T911. Keep up the great work!

Dude, you shouldn't be buying dress shirts with sizes on them at all...

What are you, four?

I swear to god they all had a sticker on them with actual sizes.

I mean, My neck I had to buy 18.0 and my sleeves are like 35/36 or something, and that is how I bought the shirt, but it still had the size sticker on it. I laughed at it too.

Eh, I even have trouble with the sizes... My neck is about 16.5 or so...

but arms are between 32/33 and 34/35.. One is too short, one is too long... and no matter what - the waist is always ballooned.

So yeah, I pretty much gotta go french cuff or custom.

yep, I'm thinking custom tailored from now on.

And yea, maybe I was 34/35 on the arms... I swear I am not a gorilla. hahahaha

good times. i none of my dress shirts fit well either. i have to custom tailor them because of my tiny waist. aggravating.

I wish I had that problem. :sigh1:

You read my mind Silver! These guys with their complaints! Us poor fat kids haven't had cothes off the rack that fit right ever.

My fat neck fits into a 20 if I'm lucky. I have to wear Polo type shirts to work and they are all jacked up. 2X's but pretty snug in the arms and chest. Bigger than that are hard to find. I would love to get some tailored stuff but don't want to spend the $$ to do so. Oh well, such is life.

So yesterday I gave my buddy three tabs of E911 to try out. He took one and went off to work, he called me later that evening asking me where he could find the stuff to buy. He said he's already hooked. :D

Same thing happend to me. I gave this stuff to the club manager and also to some personal trainers and they all came back wanting more! haha

I got my ass kicked, then they just took mine  breath mint and energy spike at the same time ..gotta love em!

So I am starting my first "cruise" period of DC training. The guys at IM were saying to drop a workout a week... which is gonna kill me... I have trouble staying away from the gym when just going 3 times a week... now just 2? Oh well, I am beat the fudge up anyway, I know my body could use a break.

Here are some inspirational words from the man himself.

I get alot of emails and hear alot of personal stories from guys that are bummed out, depressed, feeling like they wont ever be that bodybuilder they want to become. I also see some personal accounts on these boards and I want to respond to some of the guys who are 140 to 210lbs and are really trying in bodybuilding but that I see are giving up hope. DONT EVER F****ING DOUBT YOURSELF! DONT YOU EVER F****ING DOUBT YOURSELF! If you put your nose to the grindstone and be persistent, consistent, and driven my promise to you is that you will make it to a very elite bodybuilder in the not to distant future. I went 3.5 years once without missing a meal (6 a day)--if i did miss a meal i set my alarm clock at 3am and got up even when i was dead tired and cooked it and ate it. If you really want this bad, and have that "im going to get this **** done" attitude, I guarentee you that youll end up where you want. Will you be a pro? No and neither will 99.99% of everyone else out there. But if you push the limits and do what I have been trying to do with everyone for the last 4.5 years on the net (turn yourself into a fat burning, muscle building, blast furnace) you will get there.
I am noone special but I had people calling me "stickboy" and laughing how skinny I was in the beginning when I told them i was "trying to become a bodybuilder" with my ever present shopping bag with all my meals in it so I could eat every 2.5 hours. Screw those people! Guess who kisses my ass now when I go back to my old home town on the East Coast and go into my old gym. I dont want to see anyone in this forum thinking "man im never going to make something out of myself as a bodybuilder" BULL****!!!! Yes you will and dont let anyone tell you otherwise! Prove them wrong. Pick the bodyweight you know you need to be at and eat up to that bodyweight while doing cardio and carb cuttoffs to keep lean. Eat like a massive 300lb monster and cardio like a guy who is 8% and your going to end up at 250 jacked!
This is your life, dont listen to those people doubting you, they are going nowhere themselves and want to keep you at their level. Shore up all holes in your regimen. Training, supplementation, diet, sleep, stretching, consistency in all of those is the key. There is no doubt in my mind that I can turn anyone (and i mean anyone) into something special if they are willing to be meticulous, steadfast, and stay the course 100%. Alot of you keep jumping around and doing different things but if you really sit back in your chair and think it all out--YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO DO! Almost every single guy reading this right now can turn themselves into one of the 5 best bodybuilders in their gym. DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! I had a pack of freinds when I was 20 years old I used to hang with. They dwarfed me. I had by far the worst genetics but I had 50 times the willpower of those guys. One was muscular and naturally shredded, one had incredible genetics and looked like a bodybuilder anyway but when he lifted he got pretty incredible looking, one was 250lbs and a big monster with very limited lifting (lazy), one had slightly better genetics than me and he was also pretty determined. I bypassed all of them in spades, every single one of them because I have a "no ****ing way am I going to fail" drive to this sport. The next time you look in the mirror and doubt yourself and get bummed out because your not where you want to be, I want you to remember this post. If you want something bad enough and go at it with the best of your abilities and smarts, you might not become the best, or pro, or top of the class at it, but you will become PRETTY DAMN INCREDIBLE at it, because of your fortitude and hard work. Dont let any son of a bitch tell you otherwise--this is your life-Get in that freaking powerack, make that logbook your bitch AND GET IT DONE!

-Dante
