ArmZzZzzz and LegZzzZz-

Squats- 365*9, 315*20.

Skull CrusherzZzZz- 115*11+8+7.

BB curl- 95*20.

Calf Raises-115*75+45.

Roper work.

Today was a hectic day, didn't think I would have time to workout. Ended up squeezing some time in and killed it. F*cking awesome.
 
Sorry for no new updates, haven't had time to truly get in my usual workouts. Almost outta this bish.

Did my normal shoulder day a couple of days ago and chest today. Ohh man what a good workout!

ChesterzzzzZz

Db Flat Press-115*18+11+8. Had to stop at 18, chest was on fire! All in all an awesome set. I had only planned on 95's, picked them up and they were light!

DB Decline-120*14+9+5.

Wide Grip Press BB- 190*15+12+9.

Wide Grip dips- 3 sets of 10. (Longer rest than usual, was toast by this time.)

Finished off with some cable work to set everything off. Killed cardio for about 14 min, then ate. Sleep is getting worse, finishing up some stuff and just waiting to leave. Can't wait!
 
What DC program do you run? I don't get your workout... sorry if my question is stupid.
 
Basically taking DC principles (Rest pause) using a "Cruise" method (Lower weights, higher reps) until I get home. Then I will sit down and write a program tailored specifically to my needs.

I've been going a little heavier than the first part of the cruise, just kind of taking everything in stride. I went from a conventional DC workout to what you see before you. Had to take a break after 6 weeks of the brutality.

I might get back into baseball, may try to get bigger if I don't go into baseball. The next couple of months will dictate that.
 
your Dc style is nice i think, tho if you bring that over to Dante's board his minions will crucify you for altering it in any way. I hear they are pricks over there.

ya man, i got an account over at the dc training site w/e it is. If someone modifys DC to their liking or because they dont have access to a certain thing they flip. Kinda reminds me of the misc on bb

DC followers do tend to be very adamant that their system is best. I can't knock them really because this workout is kicking my ass like never before.

Retirees?? I live in Scottsdale bubba...this place is a resort city.
 
Where in NYC you at Timber? I lived at 85th and Lex, UES, from '06-'08.









....and I'd rather live right in the heart of Chelsea, driving a Prius with a rainbow bumpersticker than live in AZ

Just because there are a couple homos floating around the neighborhood doesn't make it an undesireable place to live. There are 1 or 2 attractive females in Manhattan too.

I offered the point that I live in Chelsea as a sometimes funny annoyance that I go through.... Doesn't mean I want to hear 2 smartass comments from you on a daily basis.
