Today I scrubbed my abdominal region with exfoliant which is normal, but I scrubbed it with a nail brush lol and I put my DT on.

The applicaton feels warm and good. Feeling some burning and the area is getting really red.

There should only be about 10 more apps left in the bottle!

Minor burning and tingling, nothing out of the ordinarty. I was up about a pound yesterday...nothing to worry about weight fluctuates constantly.

I hope my results show the true use of this product and my hardwork pays off :)

Im gonna try an experiment with some dermatherm that I bought for my wife. Im probably eating at maintience now, Im gonna cut the carbs after 6pm and start using the dermatherm and see what happens. Im at 13% bf now and my abs arent all there, lets see what this will do.

I would have to disagree with you about diet, though. In GENERAL yes diet WOULD have to be right (and this one does NOT mean that calories always have to be below maintenance to lose fat and see results). However, if training is hard and intense enough, then diet can be a little looser and one can still be successful (I am proof enough that an undisciplined diet + disciplined training = results).

Great stuff. Will see what DermaTherm Target does for me when I am even leaner yet.

I recently ordered the fatloss stack that comes with dermatherm. I have a major question about this product.

It says not to apply to genitalia. that understood, could we possibly apply it to pubic fat? right a tad below the lower abdomen the fat above the genitalia if some used to be over weight. i have lost 100 pounds and now weigh 180. my upper body is toning well, just my lower abodemen and lower back as well as the pubic fat.

Can we apply this to pubic fat? since where not actually applying it to genitals? please let me know because i would like to apply it to pubic fat..thank you
