So a modified DC for the new routine? I will be starting mine along with my cycle next week. I've been reading up on it the past week or so but I still have some more to learn.

Ya, I hardly know anything about DC. I'm just going to do a conventional routine with a DC set or something like that. I'm going to check out Metroba's log and see what it is he's doing and probably base mine off of his.
 
If you need any help writing one out to fit your needs just let me know bro. We can figure out something that will really work.

Also, you said you are eating mad tons of food and staying lean or leaning out? Either way, I'd say that is the Sesamin bro. That stuff really works. I've had awesome awesome results with the stuff.

I forgot I was taking that!...but at only 3x/wk, do you really think it's having that strong of an effect?...I wouldn't say "mad tons of food" but it's definitely what would normally pack on weight, and it just really isn't; however, I weighed myself today and was at 188lbs, so that's up 3lbs since the start. My goal was 190lbs, and if I'm still at 188lbs by Sunday, I won't fuss over a 2lb failure. Heck, the last thing I want to do is gain TOO quick. I've seen what that does, and hence the year-long cut.

I'd love it if you could help me make a DC program. The only thing I can't really do is heavy compound exercise hamstring work (SLDL, RDL, GM's, etc.) or heavy BB Squats, nor can I do heavy seated rows (I don't think, haven't tried but seems like they would be difficult). - With the exception of that stuff, pretty much everything is doable.

Like I said, a 3x/wk routine would be ample, but I could do 4 if I needed to. As long as the workouts lasted no longer than 1.5hrs.

Last TUT Chest/Tri Workout

Today was the freaking bomb. I went up in weight on every exercise except for Standing EZ Bar Tricep Extension and Dips, but I DID go up in repetitions.

Workout:

HS Incline Chest Press: 255lbs
Dual Cable Fly: 30lbs
LF Seated Chest Press: 142.5lbs

Rope Pressdown: 60lbs
Standing EZ Bar Tri Extension: 70lbs
Dips: BW

Donkey Calf Raise: 360lbs
Standing Calf Raise: 180lbs

So that was that. Had a sick pump as usual. Pre-workout I dosed:

5x RPM
10x Hemo (definitely noticed a difference this time in the 2cap increase!)

Also, just so everyone knows, I've been taking 4.5g of MACA daily (1.5g, 3x/day). This stuff gives me kind of an AlphaEnergy. I've been using it for about a week now, so I am just starting to feel the effects.

My next NP order won't take place until I need some more nighttime formula, and that may not be for another couple of weeks. I'm going to be dropping it to one scoop rather than two when I start dieting down next week.

Short Gym Story

So I walk in the gym, start loading up the HS Incline, look over, and see a dude just standing next to the bench wearing nothing but a tight t-shirt and compression shorts. This was no "fit guy." - He was a bit chubby, and I think was actually genuinely confused on how to use these things. I started bursting into laughter. I seriously had a hard time lifting for the next 20mins. The image kept running through my head and I'd crack up in the middle of a set...To make it worse, the shorts had a tear on the inner seam all the way up to the crotch.

As I was laughing, a dude looked my way and said, "I think we're on the same page, bro."

I went up to the chick at the front and said, "Do you think someone should tell this guy that you're supposed to wear compression shorts UNDER your regular shorts?" - She goes, "Where?!" - as soon as she said it, she looked in his direction, screamed, and covered her face. :lol:

hey dood, you think you could help me modify my routine? i like mine so far, but i have a feeling that there are a lot better exercises i could be doing and possibly different weights. last week i just kind of went in there and did about half of the routine i used to.:usa:

Well the no 10% off thing kind of made my decision for me. I won't be buying any supps. I'll just be using what I've got.

Pre-Cut Review

I've got two more days left on TUT (Wednesday and Friday), and then without break, I'll be switching to a heavily DC-focused routine, with a few changes to accommodate my injury. Thanks a ton for helping me with this, Met!

I've already gone over my diet plans, but to briefly recap, I'll be cutting all dairy as well as intra-wo carbohydrates and post-wo bars next week. That will decrease my caloric intake for the first week by about ~4500cals.

Here's a few pics to show you guys where I'm currently at. I've got 5 weeks to dice up in time for Distilled Water and I's showdown, so I hope to drop this fat quickly, but with no expense to my muscle.

It looks as though my upper body has thickened up, while my lower body has lost a little size due to my back injury. It should come back in time, so I'm not too worried assuming everything heals up properly.

Super hectic weekend coming up. I hope I can keep my diet on track!

I just realized how freaking cost effective Hemodraulix is. I'm getting AA, Arginine, Beta Alanine and Sesamin Oil all in one serving.

The sesamin oil alone would cost about ~$30/month at this dose if I were to buy it separately.

You all need to get Hemodraulix and if you don't you're fags...and nobody wants to be that.

That's good. You will gain all of that muscle in time- better to do it slowly and keep that fat off. :lol:

:toofunny: That is so gross. Something similar happened to me the other day at work. A group of three people walked up to be checked out at the store. At first glance I thought that they were women with TONS of make up on. The minute they opened their mouths to talk I was completely shocked, because they... were... men. :scared: These dudes were the ultimate drags. Boob jobs, butt implants EVERYTHING. My little bagger was laughing his ass off while they stood right there. After they left the store I started busting up and my next 2 customers were left wondering what had hit me. :crazy: :lol:

Delts/Legs/Traps...Yaaaa

So, I definitely did 225lbs on BB Squats today. :D - It was for something stupid like 5 reps, but it was nice just getting under that bar again. I didn't at all push it; once I felt the back engaging I racked it. I started out at 135lbs, then to 185 for 12, then to 225. My glutes got some nice work.

I did 500lbs on the Squat Press for about 11 reps. After that (actually I did the Squat Press first, I was just excited to tell you guys about the BB Squats) I loaded up the V-Squat with 225 and did some TUT work on that, and then finally to the Prone Leg Curl for more TUT hamstring work.

Up in strength on everything, including Delts and Traps. It was a great workout and I had some serious pumpage going.

For some reason I'm actually still holding on to decent upper tone (I finished hitting those suckers about 2hrs ago! :think: ) ...

I work with all immigrants and there are more immigrants at the gym

Even if you try and be nice it doesnt matter because they can not understand what your saying and If I try to talk to them in spanish they can not understand me... then there are the vietnamese and aribic too. No way I even know a lick of their language. All and all they are nice people just can not really have any type of social life with them.

Im isolated out here so reading these day to day stories is hilarious :lol:

We have one of those, I'll try that next time in instead of the sled.

I have one of those too. It feels lighter than a sled.

It's definitely more similar to a Squat movement which I really enjoy. I can get nice and deep; basically touch my knees to my ears. It doesn't feel like it messed with my spine at all like the Sled does.

My school's gym in Pensacola has one as well, but the movement is a lot more awkward and I hated it, which is why I've never tried this one until I was forced to one day...I'm glad that happened!

I decided I'll probably be doing Friday's workout tomorrow morning. Friday is going to be so hectic that I don't really want to worry about trying to cram a workout in there. I've got to get stuff ready for the long weekend out of town; pre-cooking my meals, packing, all that good stuff. I want to stay solid on the diet so I really need to make sure I have everything ready for myself. I may go out one of the nights when I'm there, but everything else should be pretty strict.

Actually, I'm going to Pensacola. I've got a class that takes place over two weekends. I'll be in class on Friday from 5:30-9:15pm, and then on Saturday/Sunday from 8am-5pm. - It then skips a weekend, and then I go again the next weekend, and it's over! - I actually think it will be kind of fun, so I'm looking forward to it. All my friends from class are staying out there, plus my good friends/old roommates are still out there, and it's UFC 100 on Saturday so I'm sure we'll go out for that.

TUT: The End of an Era

Great workout today; that's needless to say. Hemodraulix is hands down the best pre-workout pump product I've ever used, and I don't doubt I can attribute the mental clarity, focus, and strength gains to it as well.

Pre-workout:

2x Adipo-X (full serving is 3 - this stuff is STRONG)
10x Hemodraulix

I have to say that I don't really enjoy the Adipo-X when dosed pre-workout; I think I've really met my match in terms of stimulant-action. It seems to cut down on my endurance, it kills my appetite, and the shrinkage, Oh Lord have mercy, the shrinkage. - However, taken as a metabolism booster or fat loss aid, it definitely has its place. - I did like the fact that I had a killer sweat going, but I just can't deal with the loss of appetite.

I did Back/Bis/Calves today. I was up or par on all exercises, although I dropped the weight on WG Pulldowns just because I felt like I wasn't controlling the weight enough to do the 4-2-4 count. It was more of a 2-1-3 count...I think. :think:

I really don't like a lot of British people, and I found out one more reason today, they're total c*ck-blocks. I was talking to this Sarah Connor look-a-like, and this dude kept butting in and saying, "Are you using this?" in his stupid, pompous accent. - I swear he did it multiple times within about 45 seconds. I loved the chicks response to it one time...She goes, "Uhh, yep!" :lol: - I think she was as frustrated as I was. I kept having images flash through my head of the British people on Family Guy with the teeth that stick way out.

The shrinkage is about as funny as well. i think I finally realize what your talking about. I took some Leviathan yesterday and it seemed my guy wasn't hanging like he normally does:gay:
