hey guys hows it going?..im in need of some help..i want to put gain strength but i dont want to gain much size at all..and i dont want to use pro hormones anymore...id like something else..ive tryed no explode,size on, a few of those other creatines..but im looking for a supplement to pick up..i was reading some reviews on universal's pump but im not 100% on that yet..so if you guys can suggest some good sups to try id greatly appreciate it..if there are some pro hormones out there that have been giving great results for my needs with minimal side effects i can be talked into trying them out..thank you for any and all suggestions..
 
A good BCAA like Axcell would def. help. You may also want to look into something like Mass FX or Hyperdrol X2. Neither are pro-hormones, are quite safe, and produce very good results. Only reported sides to my knowledge are increased acne and a little stomach discomfort. The latter being more so, but as you establish a tolerance for the ingredients, usually in a few days, it goes away.
 
well its a prohormone, and if you were gonna use one that wouldnt be the one to match your goals, i would say non hormonally you could either use t-911 or drive and rpm for good strength with little size

BTW, you will gain size with MFX or HX2, my bad.
 
thanx guys i appreciate you taking the time to help me out..i'll go do some research on these products you both suggested and see which is getting good reviews..again thank you and if anyone else has something to add to the list that would be great..thank you..
 
How much size you gain is going to be more dictated my your lifting program than by your supplementation if you won't be using hormones.

If you use MassFX, Hyperdrol, Drive or any other natty t-booster with a low volume, high load routine you'll gain plenty of strength and minimize size gains.

Additionally, your diet is going to influence weight gain critically too.

besides the two most important things (diet and training) i would suggest RPM by appnut. it was one of the first non-hormonal things that gave me great results. if i had to do it all over again i would have used it for a 3 week span and took a week off, and then repeated. it seemed like i built up a tolerance to it after about 3 weeks. i still use it, good stuff and i think under-rated.
