Dude I am psyched about the movie coming out. Im a nerd ill admit that. Recovery is pretty good for these workouts. I have really been trying to hammer out some killer workouts.
Either A) I am losing BF, or B) I am just more vascular throughout the day lately......
killer workouts bro on 6-27 and 28 wow killin them db rows guess i will try and do some pullups bw first then add as i get stronger also...
Now did you mess your hip up with those? Just too much weight sitting on them?

Yup - at BW+70 on my 4th set, I lowered myself to lockout and "pop" - felt something give in my lower right hip/ab area. Didn't hurt, but I can tell something's just not right. I've taken a break from all weighted chins, pull-ups and dips, and can't do squats or deads without major discomfort.

Just waiting for my health insurance to kick in - I just started grad school and the uni provides medical insurance for me, but I'm still waiting on my card. Believe you me, a Dr. will be thoroughly investigating asap - I want to get back to squats and deads!
Ya man insurance will be nice to cover that cuz that will b an expensive visit i'm sure....Don't jack yourself up to much in the mean while though obviously you lift and know that just concerned for you.. My brother in lifting...goodluck when you do see the doc though. :sgrin:

THOUGHTS
Today's workout was brutal on my legs lol. As you can see most of my lifts were done heavier than the previous workout and I was still busting out reps. Endurance was up, Legs were pumped and full. If you look at my lying leg curls my weight was the same but I was able to squeeze out more reps today. I could barely walk when it was all said and done lol my calves kept feeling like they were gonna cramp up they were so pumped. Focus was pretty good, libido has been normal today.

No problem man. Tomorrow, gonna try those weighted pull-ups you advised. Been doing pull-ups last in my routine, gonna change it up and do them first for a bit. Been doing weighted chins for a bit, guess change is always good.

THOUGHTS
Today's workout was AWESOME. I repped out more heavy sets again. As you can see with the flashback I have been doing I have made at least 1 more rep on some strength sets and at least a few more reps on higher reps. Chest was pumped, forearms were pumped. I felt awesome today. My friends who havent seen me in awhile asked if I was taking roids lol and were commenting on how shredded I was looking. They also noticed my crazy vascularity as I did have some today in the gym. Strength is up, Endurance is up, Vascularity is up, Pumps were awesome. Making some awesome progress on my Incline DB bench. I was telling my friend today that my strength has actually increased on my cut. I think its due to the -AS-. Libido was crazy today, I wanted to take care of it but it subsided lol.
So, I am embarassed to post these pictures because I have some symmetry problems with my chest. I wasnt gonna post em at all to be honest but I am gonna humble myself and post them. If anyone has any tips on how to fix this crap let me know. It makes me feel insecure about my chest. > : (
Now, sometimes it doesnt look that bad, but just the slightest flex can really throw em off, Sometimes in the mirror they look really close but like I said the smallest flex throws em off.

You have tried flat bench DB's obviously? I would have thought this would have evened them out over time.
Nice pics bro you really blew up...thats what happens to me to and i can usually carry the blown up look a cpl days...hey also if you get rid of that sweater we might be able to see the muscles alittle more hahhahaahahah:squareeyed: :jester: :lol: :sgrin:
