No... Not what you where thinking! Haha. Anyway, I am currently 6'1" 190 at 7.5% BF. Happy with my size but wanting to harden up my muscles. From your experiences what is the best PH to run for vascularity and hardness while maintaining size. A slight increase in size is okay, but no more than 5 lbs. I can control that with diet so not to worried about that. Thanks for the input.
