Day 35: Running a little late here guys...had a hockey party to go to. Congrats to the Penns! Had a small wager on the game and came out on the plus side...booyah! Today was the last w/o while taking 1-Andro. I am feeling great since bumping up the dose to 800mg e/d. The lethargy seems to have subsided and I seem to have hardened up a bit. I will deffinitely run this at 800mg the entire cycle next time.
Workout: AB strength routine for warm up.
Triceps: Inclined seated overhead rope extensions. I just bought this rope set-up and this is the first time doing these. Did my warm up sets and then the DC set of 65*18-9-7. Rested a minute and then just did a DC set of BW dips 17-8-6. DC stretch after.
Back Width: Wide grip underhand pull downs. Warmed up and did the DC set of 170*8-4-3. Rested a minute and just pounded out 20 reps with 130. I actually had a pump in my lats.
Back Thick: DB rows Warmed up and did the DC set of 95*13-7-5. Wanted a little more with this so after a minute rest I did a set of sitting neutral grip cable pulls for 20 reps with 130. I was sweating up a storm by now and pretty tired but I still had floor deads to go. Did my warm ups to the final heavy set of 315-5. Sorry guys...I was beat. I was not finished yet though. I stripped off the weight and capped the w/o with a set of 10 at 275. One of my back days I will put the deads in the begining of the w/o to see how much it affects the weight numbers. I just like being very warmed up before the very heavy movements(squats,deads). Not that my numbers are that heavy or anything.
I forgot to mention that I tried a new pre w/o stim today by Nutrex. It's called Ignite. That is a fitting name because it had my body temp roasting. I was sweating gallons today. The stim effect was decent as well. This could be a staple for sure. Lastly, I weighed in today pre w/o at 211. I like the look of that...let's see if it goes up some more. All the best guys! AZ

Nice work out man - I've got a couple days of 1 Andro left - and think you are right on keeping the dose over 600 next time.
I'm back and caught up on your log. It seems like just 2 weeks ago that you started this run. It seems it was very successful for you and to gain a significant amount of weight with your crazy cardio routine definately shows the product effectiveness.
You knocked this log out of the park Az. You have set an excellent standard and taught us younger guys how it is done. Looking forward to the pics and final review!

Day 36:
Out at the crack of dawn and hit the road rolling. I swear there was a headwind in every direction I went. Needless to say I was whipped after the hour was done. Sadly, this is my last day running 1-Andro. For a first cycle I think it was ideal and even someone with more experience can have a great non-methyl run and see great benefits. Tomorrow will begin my PCT of Torem,T-911 to start and then I will bring the Formex in by the middle of the second week. I think I will run my EndoAmp Max the entire PCT. Today began my PCT. I started off this morning with my dose of T-911. Had a nice little buzz going from the get-go. I dosed my torem(60mg) with my second meal of the day. I will be looking for something to drink with this for sure. Maybe some OJ. I tried taking 2 T-911 pre w/o to see if that would fire me up. Let's just say...I miss my stims! The w/o did not have the usual motivation in it. I will try something else on Wednesday. On to the workout. Warmed up with my endurance AB routine.
Biceps: Standing EZ curls: Warm up sets and a DC set of 100*10-4-3. Rested a minute and hit forearms.
Forearms: Pinwheels: Straight set 45-20. Stretch biceps after. On to legs.
Calves: Standing BB on calf block: 185-75. The calves were burning and I did not feel like doing the next round of 45 reps...next time Russian! Stretch after.
Hamstrings: SLDL 90-10,120-10,170-10,190-10. Stretch after.
Quads: Box Squats 305-6, 250-10 This is where I felt like the stamina was gone. I don't know how soon 1-Andro leaves your system but I didn't have any power left. The last time I got 16 reps with 250. I miss it already!! Final review and pics will be up shortly.
