Day 83
Summary
Since no one has tried to give me any creative names just yet for a new log....I guess I am going to run this one into sunday (end it on Father's Day), and then Monday begin a new one. I hope people will come follow along...I could use the support.
Today I was very happy being with my boys and then I had a good KB workout. I wanted to workout in the AM and run in the PM...but I just had too much to get done this morning. I was outrageously sweaty and ravenously hungry by the time this workout was done. Maybe because I used some Crushing Punch Ragnarok beforehand...and I rarely use Ragnarok instead of Cre-02 anymore...PLUS I normally go caff free and this was the caff version.

3 sets x 10 reps - left arm
24kg Kettlebell High Pull
3 sets x 8 reps - right arm
3 sets x 8 reps - left arm
24kg Kettlebell Power Clean
3 sets x 10 reps - right arm
3 sets x 10 reps - left arm
Unilateral Leg Work
Rx 1 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*
Rx 2 - 60 seconds *ea. leg*

Nutrition
Super solid all day today. Its still early in the night...but I have dedicated myself to doing well. I wont be missing tonight. Tomorrow I am going to a "interesting foods" buffet....lol, but I won't do bad there either. I think I am trying frogs legs for the first time tomorrow night.
What Tomorrow Holds
I want to get out on the courts if the weather is permitting...and if not, definitely either some weights or some yoga or DMC.
