Anyone got big plans for the rest of the week/weekend?

Tomorrow, im picking up a squat rack i found on craigslist for $25.. then sunday i have to help one of my older brothers cut down some trees at his house.

all i need is a proper bench, one with wider stanced uprights, and ill be all set.

Seattle/WA ABC, on Saturday... Sunday, is splitting and hauling logs to get ready/seasoned for winter...

Nothing beats a solid ABC. I've had some of my best sessions at those.

Here's a look into my supplementation right now bouncing back and getting into the groove of things again.

-Pump
-Storm (for my OFF days)
-Torrent (I'm only using 1/2 serving right now... it will be bumped up to a full serving later)
-Ultra Iso Whey (I'm also using a scoop of this to the 1/2 serving of Torrent)

This is just pretty basic for right now. Will adjust with a few things after it seems I'm back in the swing of things. I also am sipping on BCAA stack as needed and using Nitro when I really feel run down.

how long after ingesting lava do you normally eat a meal???
I seem to be going hypo after half an hour after I take lava and I need to eat a huge meal to get my blood sugar back up. anyone else have this occur??

I really think the best answer to this is personal preference and whatever fits your macros.

See what works best for you and your goals. I know with something like Torrent I eat again within 45 min.

The idea is to allow the nutrients in the PWO supplement to uptake into your system before you would wash them in with food but that time for uptake will vary. One day I may wait over an hour after having my PWO shake before I eat solids and other days it may be 20 minutes to a half hour. Time of day, intensity of workout, body part trained, your metabolism at the time, so many factors. Just eat when you feel you need to eat.

It always helps uptake if you have a glass of water about 10 to 15 minutes after you have finished your shake.
