You MIGHT be able to get more in there.

I would keep the dosing of PLCAR orally.

and yes, you are correct - this is one of the reason for localized muscular enhancement.
 
dsade, currently im using lyle mcdonalds ultimate diet 2.0. it calls for about 3.5 days of 40-50% below maintainance cals, and then a 30hr carb up. im thinking of using eviscerate on the low cal days, and dropping it for the refeeds.

i guess my question is, do you think i will see just as much results with this 4 on - 3 off schedule? i mean, logically, im only using it when im in a caloric deficit, but im just curious if this is best used consistently for a sort of system build up effect.

I think you should not apply to abs on refeed days...but you will benefit by applying on arms, chest, and shlouders.

Can I get a little more info on why not apply during refeed days?

I just picked up a bottle I plan on using soon. I will be applying to lower chest, love handles, and stomach. With a response like that makes me a little worried about the stomach. I don't plan on having refeed days, but I don't want to dip to low below maintenance.

I was curious about this as well, I run a macro cycle and have some higher carb days where I will up the intake up to 300 grams. I do take AP and pslin to manage this so I have to think I may still be able to use it on my abdominal area.
 
just got mine in yesterday and applied it to my upper arms/shoulder. Man does this stuff burn lol. Might do a log with pics of progress but dont know yet. Going to try some on my abs, i mean fat gut and see how that goes today and if i can take the heat..

Dont worry few days and your body gets use to it. I dont feel it at all anymore.

Enjoy it , Its a staple and you'll be hooked by your results

this is total logical thinking on my part, but i think the reason to not use it or to not use it so much on refeed days is that when the fatty acids are freed some selected location, they are not redeposited during the refeed, when the body is just kind of soaking things up.

tho, i think refeed can be loosely used as well. i think a refeed during a depletion style diet would be more affected rather than a carb or calorie cycling type of diet.

Thanks .. sort of what I was thinking too. Cycling diets are less severe as far as macro differential is concerned.

i hope i get use to it cause i just put some on my midsection today and did cardio and i swear it was like the worst sunburn kinda fealing all over my chest/abs but the skin was cool to the touch lol.. We will see how this whole thing goes as i already lost 90lbs so far on my current stack and this should put it over the top and maybe once in my life i will actually have abs and not a keg!!!

You want to enhance glycogen uptake in muscle cells, amplify nutrient signal (reset metabolism, spike Leptin levels, placate leptin sensitivity) during refeeds,rather than worrying about burning a bit more fat in the ab region.

The mechanisms at work will not lend towards eviscerate being overly effective on ab region during refeeds (remember, a refeed should only last 12-18 hours at most). You would basically be skipping ONE application on abs, in favor of applying Eviscerate to chest/shoulder/arm region.

Quick update -- I started a stack of epi/tren 2 weeks ago and also started Eviscerate right around this time. I've maintained my diet of eating anything and everything I want (generally healthy but snacking is fun and probably have atleast 1-2 frozen pizzas a week) and have gained 3 pounds and lost probably 2% or so body fat. When I started this I'd say I had a slight "gut" at my lower ab area and couldn't see even a hint of abs anywhere even though i'm nearly 6'0 and 175 pounds. Sounds small but keep in mind a year or so ago I was a mere 140 pounds with literally no muscle tone and I've put on a great amount of size throughout my back/legs and nearly 3 inches on my arms. I'd like to continue the gains of 2-3 pounds a month while maintaining or lowering bodyfat further.

My guess is that I can continue stuffing the calories (roughly 4k/day) for the remainder of these 2 weeks and that I'll have a fully visible 6 pack at the end and end up around 180 pounds. I wish I could've thrown DCP into this mix but it's always sold out.

On a side note -- I went out last night with friends and had a Strange shot along with 2 drinks (keeping alcohol to a minimum on cycle) and must say I was very pleased with the results there also.

is there a limit on the area that i should be applying this stuff at one time. Like stomach one time,then chest,then love handles,then shoulders/arms or could i hit love handles stomach and chest in one shot?

Depends on what kind of diet, cardio, and systemic fat burner(s) you are using. It does you no good to mobilize fat only to have it play around in your bloodstream but unable to be burned.

I try to limit my applications to ab/love handle region and ONE specialized area (pec, shoulder, OR arm).

well currently on on a keto diet which started in march (was 235) and got down to 195 right now. Of course i have been using t-3 with clen and switching out clen with eca every 2 weeks.

Was just mostly concerned about how much fat would be broken down at one time and burnt off which has me thinking of hitting pockets with the least amount of fat first like chest,love handles till thats down a bit then move to another area.

should have said that my start weight was 285 2 years ago so its been a long process which picked up lots of steam when i switched to a keto style diet.

Then I would split - hit the Ab/Love handle region then use your small dosage to hit the stubborn areas.

With a keto diet, you can utilize a lot more free fatty acid fuel than usual.
 
Is the goal of eviscerate to mobilise fat and burn it in exercise? If this is the case would it be pointless slapping it on before an office job and evenings, should it only be applied close to exercise periods?

I would think so. Obviously your diet an training are on to be that low anyway.

Since the consistency of this is runnier it goes a long way and seems to last a long time. We shared a bottle for well over a month. Although I usually only apply it once a day.
 
What is the optimal dosage timing for eviscerate, and i just wanted to clarify something about dosing it on your abs on refeed days - I am on the anabolic diet and load on the weekend, so should I not dose eviscerate on my abs and obliques on the weekend?
 
Just realized i never posted my feedback on eviscerate, I'd have to say it's the most potent topical fatloss formula i've ever tried! I've tried, Lipo-derm y, Lipo-derm Ultra and Napalm and it trumps them all. The only thing that beat it was Lipo-derm Ultra mixed with Clen and then cap cream. VERY impressed with this stuff, did a great job of mobilizing lower back/oblique fat.

What was your diet like? How did you dose it?

Diet was the same as it is now carb cycling, grains post-workout (this alone helps tremendously), 50-100carbs on low days with reloads once a week at 700+ carbs, steady state cardio on empty a couple times a week as well as HIT twice a week. In general high fat high protein, i tend to thrive on that. Dosing was twice daily, once in the morning after a shower and then again before bed.

Ok I am getting pretty excited about this product, so much good feedback. I will be running an extensive stack which feature Vat Attack, Asteroid Stack and Product X. Will be doing a macro cycle as well.. not as severe as yours but more high carb days.

Was for me too ... now I have AP but I still use some caution... nice to be able to eat a decent amount of carbs and still get cut though.

Agreed! AP/Yellow gold are awesome, I just capped some YG and find I need to eat 80-100 carbs to keep from feeling hypo, so i'm breakfast has been 1 2/3 cups oatmeal and whey, it's crazy that i can handle 100g's in one shot.
 
Questions about eviscerate dosage...

If I were to use Napalm pump for Eviscerate, how many pumps do I need to apply to lower abs / lovehandles - lower back area?

Good question....you would need about 2 squirts per quadrant - so 4 squirts for entire ab/love-handle area.

All right dsade, so I guess 1 squirt for upper abs, 1 squirt for lower abs, 1 squirt for left lower back-ove handle, and 1 squirt for right lower back-love handles...is this right?

I'm working on some custom pumps right now, but for 6 ounce bottles they aren't easy.
 
now we all know that spot reduction via exercise is a myth, however when using something topical like eviscerate, we free up the fatty acids in a region so they can be burned correct?

now my question is, when using something like eviscerate, and throwing in a couple extra sets of say, abs when using E on it consistently, wouldnt that enhance the fat loss because of the flow of blood to the area? essentially expediting the transport of fatty acids to be burned?

Essentially you are correct.

Not only will you enhance blood flow to the area, but also increase acute demand in the working muscle.
 
Is E very effective if taken at night/evening when you don't have any lifting or cardio planned? Or should I just skip this application?

It is very effective at night...especially with your favorite PM fat burner.
 
Would it be beneficial to add 1 gr quercetin to Eviscerate? I heard this can really prolong the effect of Yohimbine...if so, is the procedure the same as in Napalm (put in heated water - add quercetin - shake - repeat step 1)?

While I am a big fan of quercetin, it is better used systemically. I would highly recommend a GOOD sytemic antioxidant that includes quercetin anway as a staple.

Thanks I have taken REDuction in the past but always bought the am/pm kit . I didnt realize PM was avail by itself

Whats thoughts on Lipotrophin-PM vs REDuction PM ?
