looking great have you thought about running two bottles? I'm going to stay on this or eviscerate till I'm 8% bf

I thought about running two bottles but I just dont have the money. I came back from school and its impossible to find a job around here. So if I find a job yeah I might think about it if im still on it. If not, probably not.

Try jogging with a sweat belt, I do it and it might help tighten the abs

5-28-09

Back and Biceps

Warmups- Pullups X 10, Neutral Grips X 10, Wide Grip X 10

Cable Row- (warmup), 220 X 8, 220 X 7, 180 X 15, 180 X 13

Lat Pull Down- 180 X 8 drop 90 X15, 200X 4 drop 100 X 14, 200 X 4 drop 100 X 12

DB Row- 80 X 10, 90 X 10, 100 X 7

Lower Lat Rear Fly- 40lbs each arm X 15, 50 X 10, 50 X 9

Dead Lift- 225- Warmup, 315 X 15, 405 X 3. I know i should have done a set before my 405 but no motivation to my deadz today.

BB Curl- 115 X 10, 7, 5 drop 25lb DB till failure

DB hammer curls- 35 X 10, 35 X 8 drop to 20 X 8, 35 X 8 drop 20 X 5

* During my working outs i try to keep my intensity up, i take little rests but some when needed.

I suggest doing your deadlifts FIRST, since they're the biggest exercise there, and you don't want to be fatigued when you come to do them.

oh its a very good point however yeah, there are pros and cons to doing both i suppose. I think I would be more tired doing them first then saving them till the middle.

thanks my dead lifts have really shot up.

yeah hammies, not effected by anything i just did, glutes check. traps check, i use straps so forearms are factored out. biceps ehhh maybe, triceps not so much.

the lats are where we get into the problem. fortuntaley i dont think it really made much difference. But Ill try to put em up first next time and see how i like it. thanks for the suggestion guejsn

Your quads, hamstrings, and glutes are the ONLY muscle groups in a deadlift that you do not use in all your other exercises. Otherwise, they have ALL been worked in most exercises done for back (see below muscle/s (in jargon) worked in each exercise).

* Deadlifts - Quads, hamstrings, gluteals, erector spinae, abdominals, lats, traps, rhomboids, teres major, levator scapulae, spelenius capitis, and forearms.
* Pull-ups - Lats, traps, rhomboids, teres major, forearms.
* Cable Row- Erector spiane, lats, traps, rhomboids, teres major, posterior deltoid.
* Lat Pull Down- Lats, traps, rhomboids, teres major, biceps.
* DB Row- Lats, traps, rhomboids, teres major, posterior deltoid, biceps.
* Lower Lat Rear Fly - I'm assuming this is a rear flye, so would do lats, rhomboids, teres major, posterior deltiod.
* BB Curl - Biceps, brachioradialis.
* DB hammer curls - Biceps, brachioradialis.

Also, being a COMPOUND exercise, deadlifts requires a lot of core stability, and if done last can compromise form. If you were lifting light weights, then you would get away with doing this last, but generally you don't do deadlifts at light weights.

Wow. Those are quite impressive results thusfar with 1/2 bottle of Dermatherm. You are definitely noting some enhanced detail in your abdominals. I'm really looking forward to watching your results progress here.

Wow! Great results man. I was on Napalm for a while and didnt see much. After seeing your results from half a bottle of DT I decided to order some for myself haha. Good luck with the rest of the bottle. Cant wait to see the final results!

awesome man. glad to hear that. hopefully you are pleased with it. Remember tho is really amplifies if your watching your diet and really training. I imagine if your diet sucked you wouldnt see much from it. Best of luck with it and let us know how it works for you!

I am beginning to think that the soap I am using might be interfering with some absorption. I just havent had that burning feeling like i did when i was using body wash. I am thinking perhaps the soap is leaving a residue on my skin.....

I'm no expert on topicals but I've never heard of soap interfering with the efficacy of a transdermal. You've got millions of pores on your skin; so long as you are rinsing the soap off your body I imagine the vast majority of them are available to absorb the Dermatherm.

Others can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the soap's got anything to do with it. You're expecting day 21 to feel like day 1 and that's unlikely. I'm less than two weeks into a bottle of Napalm and already the sensation I had the first few days is gone. It's normal bro, but it doesn't mean it's not working. By the same token they could fill the product with menthol to give you a burning sensation but just because you feel the heat doesn't mean it's working.
 
well the sensation has only occured about 3 or 4 times. It didnt not happen the first application and probably happened first on the fourth or so application and then happened sporadically after that. It was just a hunch, i mean i have heard of bar soap leaving residue on skin, and clogging up pores.

how is the napalm working for you?? are you logging it?

i just wanted to say ive felt the same way with transdermals and soap.. soap just leaves me feeling like a coat of wax is clogging up my pores and it led me to the same thoughts about if my transdermal product is being affected in anyway as far as absorption goes.. so my wife went ahead and picked me up some exfoliating wash.. i think its by Aveeno (johnson and johnson).. now i cant comment on any facts about exfoliating washes and soaps and transdermals ect.. but my point is - it doesn't have any soap in it and i use it after I have washed my body with soap and it completely removes that waxy residue feeling you get from soaps, which makes me feel better =)
so if your concerned about that you may want to check out some exfoliating wash

i was but i ran out, i need to get some. for now i just wash and then take a washcloth with warmwater and scrub hard at the area im applying it at.

Today during my shower i used some bodywash my mom had bought that had natural exfoliates in it. I scrubbed my abdominal region pretty rough and then took really hot water and scrubbed again.

I can say without a doubt that this application is burning and turned more red.

So far so good, I went out and purchased a lot of food and protein bars so I'm going to stuff my face all day everyday and keep my cardio going. Thanks for asking :wave2:

I love COD4. I have been getting 93/7 Ground Turkey and adding BBQ spices to it and just been munching on that anytime I want. Let me know when you decide to show progress pictures or anything with your log. As for Ironmaglab prodcuts I thought anabolic matrix and the lean fuel extreme still looks awesome.

you really do fix it? yeah thats why 360s are awesome. The PS3 is a sweet machine but all my friends and everyone i know has a 360 and its fun to play with people ya know.

lol so is that a yes on the unflexed picture or no.....I thought trying to get the picture to look like my before pictures was the best way to go but I mean if you guys want me to shave and fix the lighting and grease up to help it sell im willing to do that too hahahaha. But seriously, i think the results speak for themselves. This will sell great.:dance:
