I am self-checking this now with a cuff, and I'm not entirely sure how accurate it is, but it's probably in the ballpark. As mentioned, systolic 130 was my fail-safe point. Cycle Support added, next check 05/21. If BP has increased, I will move to daily monitoring.
3) AGGRESSION - Starting to suspect I have a bit of a shorter fuse.
4) HAIR LOSS - Shedding very mild now, but still present.
5) GYNO SYMPTOMS - None. Very happy with this, my enormous support supp arsenal seems to be doing the trick.

MOOD/LETHARGY/ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE:

I can say that lethargy has subsided quite a bit. I really don't notice it anymore. I also think that maybe this is being helped indirectly by the 1-carboxy. Sometime in week 2 of using that, I started sleeping like a dead man. So I think it has helped sleep quality, which may be helping with the lethargy, and to top it all off I'm taking it for prolactin control! Nice synergisitc benefits there.

Sweating is still high, though maybe tapering off a tad (1-TT thermogenic effect).

The Workout​

CARDIO

None, family thing in the evening. Cardio has been lacking, will get some done after chest/back WO.

THOUGHTS:

BP check today, and back to working out, 3 straight days. I am getting pretty excited for these 3, it seems the 1-TT is kicking in solid now, I'm hoping to move some nice weight. I can't decide if I want to do a regular flat bench WO or use an accessory lift as my main, maybe rack lockouts or floor press. I also may switch things up and run some Yates rows... decisions decisions.

In fact, as I sit here thinking about it, I think I will do low rack lockouts to start, probably 6x3 to compare to my putrid RL WO a week+ ago, then use flat bench wave-loaded segments for exercise #2, 3x8 (3 and 5 segments).

Update

... or lack thereof. I was without the internet at home starting last Saturday (and through the week intil ISP gets here - scheduled for Sunday), and swince I took Friday off, I haven't been able to get on for a while. Hence my lack of updates. However, I'll get caught up this week, but this is also an FYI for next weekend, as I likely won't have access then either.

@ Jotan - hair loss really isn't too bad at all, not noticeable in the least by looking at my head, if that's what you mean. It was like 8-10 hairs on the pillow in the AM when I woke up for the first week or so, now it's more like 5-7.

THOUGHTS:

Great WO! Definite improvement from last time on rack lockouts. Barely got the 3rd rep at 385, but got it; as you'll recall I had a horrific WO with these last time (a few days into the cycle), and only got 1 rep. Rows were very good in all forms. Muscular endurance was noticeably higher, I didn't ever really get tired. The wave-loaded bench was too easy as you can see, added a rep and more weight in set 2, and more weight again for set 3 and it still wasn't tough. :biggthumpup: Great WO.

Ehhh, pretty crappy day. Had a long night on Thursday, did a fair bit of manual labor Friday, and by the time gym time rolled around, I was shot. Kept it quick, was happy enough with the session, but I certainly didn't up the weight or anything. Sometimes life just gets in the way. Oh well, in the past, I will focus on getting a great squat sesison next time it comes around.

Thanks man, more very good news re: gains on the way. I can say now that the 1-TT is definitely more potent than regular 1-T, as it's supposed to be. Details will be in the updates.

Thanks Silver, there was very little to it, but as you know I err on the side of caution. Adding the 2nd cap of Reversitol cleared it up immediately.

My wife noticed it first, she said there were zits "all over" my back. Upon inspection, there were maaaaybe 5 or 6 back zits, small but noticeable, not acne "all over" my back. I then also noticed the acne on my upper arms and forearms. Again, not much at all, and small, but noticeable when you look for it. Clearly, with the shedding and the acne, the 1-TT is binding fairly well to the AR. This stuff appears to be the real deal.

Lots of yard work and a 20-25 minute walk prior to this WO.

THOUGHTS:

This is what I'm talking about, and what I love about being on when the product kicks in. Every time you hit the gym (excluding days when I get no sleep, like the previous day), it's a great WO. No off days, no days where you just try and push through - it's progress each and every time. Standing mil went great, first time with 225 since February (for various reasons), and CGB improved as well, I believe my top-end set last time was with 295.

I used the lateral raises to fire up my delts first, then went right into a 1-arm 10-repper on DB military. Shoulders were burning after these. Ditto my tris after super-setting push downs and dips for high reps, and my bis supering (is that a word?) the preachers and DB concentration curls. I had a wicked pump throughout my arms and delts leaving the gym - sweet.

Next 2 days were scheduled off days, update will be up soon.

have you thought about sustain alpha while on?

Not really, to be honest. I really like PP's products, and I'm sure SA works off-cycle... but I have my doubts about it working as an hCG alternative. So far the only bloodwork I've seen from on-cycle testing came back worse than before the SA began. Eric has mentioned there are many other tests going on, but I've yet to see the bloodwork results posted anywhere. Until I do I won't be using it.

THOUGHTS:

Missed the last rep at 365 on bench, but after 7 sets (3 of them heavy enough to call work sets), that's OK. I'm pretty certain I can get 3 (maybe 4?) fresh. Seated rows were strong too, 280 (which is usually a bitch for 4 or 5 reps on a final set) was, well, easy for 2 sets of 3. 300 was still heavy though, but all 3 reps were solid.

The big mover was DB incline. I think I went 10-9-8 or something like that last time I ran a 3x10 on this exercise. This time I hit all 30 reps, smooth and clean. The last rep or 2 was still hard, I had a real nice pump going, but again, quantitative improvement is being seen. Again, I also powered through the whole thing without ever getting too fatigued muscularly. I'm really liking this run so far and... I still have 2+ weeks to go! :hump:

Hey, I'm literally about to order 1-t tren and the trs stack, after reading the articles on PP I thought that hCG wasn't required on cycle if the cycle is less than 6 weeks and that SA/trs stack was lab tested and worked???

Lab tested? If it is I'd love to see some test results. I haven't been able to find any bloodwork results other than the one I referred to.

None. This was supposed to be Lower/deadlift day, but I bumped everything back, and changed the WO, for a few reasons.

1) I had a family thing Wednesday night, so rather than start a heavy lower body day at 10:00 at night, I bumped everything back a day. This works out OK because my normal 2 rest days would have been Friday and Saturday, and then with my Sundays off rule I'd have 3 straight days. Rather than go that route, I opted for an extra recovery day here, and will hit lower body on Thursday (ysterday) and shoulders/arms tonight (Friday). Then Saturday and Sunday off, and back into the split. Works out great, and the extra rest up front means I might hit some speed bench work on Friday as well.

2) The LB day was supposed to be a deadlift day, but since I'm unhappy with my last squat WO, and my dead seems to be doing well, I'm doubling up on squats and will attempt to do a whole lot better than last time (I did, updating soon).

CARDIO

Excellent WO except for the RDLs, I had to cut them off at 2 sets b/c the dreaded back pump came back hard. I will up my taurine to 1.5-2 g/day. Anyway, my legs were flat-out blasted at the end of this one. The drop sets on the leg extensions/curls left me barely able to walk. I can't remember the last time I pumped up my legs like this. It was pretty sweet. Great WO, I will drop the rep scheme next time out, maybe top off with a 4-5 rep set.

Also, reminder that I won't have the interne un til at least Sunday, so I probably will not get another update until Monday. Shoulders/arms tonight, have a great weekend everybody!
 
i agree with your waiting for blood work with the sustain. what other products would you rec for on cycle to prevent shutdown and low libido? i see your using iforce reversitol correct? are there any other alternatives that dont contain atd that you like

To prevent shutdown... there are none as far as I know, other than hCG.

For libido - I'm not sure, I'm probably not the guy to ask about that, as I expected a shot libido from this compound anyway, and ATD probably exacerbates it. It's OK though, the wife is preggers, so it's not like I'm missing out. :laughing:

The reversitol is there strictly to help control E. If you feel an on-cycle AI is warranted as I do, and are concerned about killing off libido, a 6-Bromo AI only should work better in that regard.

Saturday - 25-minute fasted AM cardio + 4 hours of manual labor in the yard (long day).
Sunday - helped a friend move out. Not really cardio, but was out and active.

THOUGHTS:

Lots of physical activity this weekend, and diet ended up being spotty (had to eat out a few times).

RECOMP UPDATE - as I hit the 4-week mark, my recomp goal is not really going as well as I had hoped. Now, much of that (if not all of it) is my fault, as finding time after my WOs to get my cardio in is very difficult, and I only have time to do it in the AM once in a while. Plus, my diet has been only OK; I have adhered to the maintenace + on WO days and the maintence - on non-WO days plan for the most part, but the weekends and family outings etc have bit me in the ass a bit, so to speak. As I wasn't really dieting, I didn't restrict myself in these situations. Now, I will say this - my best WOs, and the biggest scale weight jump, seemed to come following periods of maintenace + eating on the weekends (at least 1 day). You have to eat to grow. My goal was to allow the maintence - days, plus the inherent fat-burning properties of the compound, to hopefully shed some BF while gaining muscle.

To date, the resutls have been a mixed bag. I think I foolishly placed too much stock in the thermic effects of the 1-TT, kind of assuming fat loss would just happen, even though I veered off the maintenance - plan on a few weekends, and my sub-maintence calorie days, were, in effect, reduced to about 2-3 per week. Now, don't get me wrong, it did; at the end of the 2 off days in my split, I usually could see noticeable differences re: fat loss. But the fat-loss effects are not those of trenbolone (in so much as I have read about). Despite the personal evidence that dienelone binds at least moderately strongly to the AR (acne, hair loss, etc), it isn't quite giving tren-like results. I think it is a moderately strong anabolic when compared to all available, and probably a very strong anabolic compared to everything legally available, but again - it's not tren. I haven't experienced any of the commonly reported sides of tren - night sweats, insomnia, vastly reduced aerobic capaicty, etc. Quite frankly, I almost think it may be closer to nandrolone than tren; slow quality gains, joint protection (my bad elbows have been great, althgough I'm not sure if that's fully or partially attributable to the compound or the large fish oil doses I am taking), strong shutdown, etc.

So where does this leave me? I'm happy enough with the gains and the fat loss (or fat gain prevention), but not ecstatic with either. This is exactly why I have always been anti-recomp, and I am fully aware much of it is my own fault, but on the flip side, assuming I had been very strict on all off days - would my gains have been what they are? I tend to think not. So I have a decision to make for these last 2 weeks (which as I type have already started). I can either:

A) forget about recomping and train and eat to grow. Whenever I have taken a hormonal product, this has always been my approach, as I believe the stress you put on your body isn't worth it unless you absolutely maximize every ounce of muscle growth out of each and every cycle. I was hopeful 1-TT would be strong enough to allow the above while also allowing me to lose fat. I don't think it's quite that strong, hell maybe my expectations were unrealisitc, as I've never used real trenbolone and have only read about it's effects after the fact. But some mucle growth with even zero fat gain, while in reality fantastic results, isn't a recomp, at least not one that I had in mind.

B) be happy with the 5-odd lbs I've added and look to cut. This option, at least, may leave me with the desired end result: muscle gain + fat loss.

C) continue the original plan (and a bit stricter, as no family outings/holidays are planned for the next several weekends), and recomp with + maintenance kcals on training days, and - maintenance kcals on non-training days.

- One other thing to note: if I choose B or C, I plan on altering my WOs too, gearing them more towards fat loss, which will also mean they will be done quicker, allowing me time for post-WO cardio.

I absolutely hate not sticking with an original plan, but I'm at a point where if the cycle ends, and I'm maybe +5-6 lbs and lost maybe a lb or 2 of fat, I may not be completely happy with the cycle. So I'm leaning towards scrapping C, as much as it pains me, and going either A or B. In fact, I'm leaning towards B (more on this in the next update).

I've mulled this over a while, and I'll decide one way or the other today. Opinions are welcome.

Kind of a shitty WO, expected to hit 375x3 on the 3-board and maybe work up to 385-390x2. This, coupled with my weigh-in being down a lb from last week, led me to pen the missive that is my last post. Anyway, rack lockouts were only OK too, and as this was a "high" rack lockout (although I am using a different bench and it's not as high a set point as I used to use, by maybe 1/2 an inch or more), I think I need more tricep work, lockouts shouldn't lag this much. Time to hit up some floor press and focus on heavy tri work. Also, I'll incorporate more speed bench work this week.

On the bright side, rows and pull-ups were pretty strong. This seems to be a theme with me - whenever my pressing sucks, my back is strong, and vice versa. Pull-ups were full extension (dead hang), 2-1-2 tempo. Threw in an extra rep on my last set of rows too. Good day here at least.

Had a PM softball game and didn't get back until quite late, so I canned the gym and pushed everything back a day.

As far as deciding to up kclas and bulk, drop them and cut, or continue a recomp; strangely enough I decided to stick to the original plan and continue the recomp, except be certain diet and cardio are in order. This plan will be subject to change based on today's (Monday, 06/08/09) WO. I am going to hit some heavy singles on bench to see where my max strength is at. The plan is 3-5 singles over 90% of max, which means 3-5 somewhere between 375-405. If I feel great I may shoot for higher (i.e. a new max), but we'll see. If strength sucks tonight, the cycle may end in the next day or 2. I hit some turbulence with the sides since my last update and I will go into this when that update comes.

Great WO! I deviated a little from my normla set/rep scheme, and just hit singles to get used to haveier weight while working up to 2 all-out, top-end sets without the cumulative fatigue of 2-3 work sets beforehand. End result - fantastic deads, 515x4 was easy for that weight, I had 2 more reps in the tank at least, and I probably had another rep at 545 as well. On front squats, I went heavier and dropped the back 2 sets to 8s, ditto leg curls. Leg press felt very strong too. It was really an excellent lower body day.

Hoever, even before I got to the gym, I was feeling a bit "off", and when I got home, I was running a fever within an hour. I felt like crap, so I showered and went to bed. More on this coming up...

I woke up feeling somewhat less awful, and as the day wore on I felt better and better. By the time gym time rolled around, I was still a bit "off", but asd I started the session that wore off and I felt pretty good, actually. I also got to the gym in the afternoon, a rare treat for me. Anyways...

This was an outstanding WO. 225x6 on military, almost had a 7th rep (push-press cheat for the last rep). Also, 315x6 CGB. I again used singles for my intermediuate sets to work up to 1-2 top end sets, and again, I had great results. I use this technique frequently when I switch things up, but I've never used it consistently on-cycle, opting instead for a more volume-oriented approach, which I assumed would work better while on. I may stick with this through the end of this run, though, as I'm quite happy with the results from this WO and from deadlift day.

On Sunday I woke up with a solid headache. I figured it was illness-related, took a few Motrin, and went to my softball game. However, after the game and as the morning turned into the afternoon, the headache was no better and in fact was getting worse. I didn't think it was BP-related, but just to be safe I took my BP and got...

8th check (06/07): 155/85. Holy fukking hypertension. I freaked out, I almost stopped the cycle right there, but I said I'd give myself 48 hours to get it under control, and if it wasn't, the cycle would end. So I immediately moved to 2 doses of Cycle Support, as well as not only going back to my original BP-support supp dosing, but upping those doses too. Yes, I would run out maybe a day or 2 into PCT. But I knew I had to get the BP in check right away.

9th check (06/08): In only 24 hours my mega-dosing of the BP supps dropped it back to 135/70. Worse than what I'd been maintaining, but a ton better then 155/85. If I can hold that for a couple days, I'm in the clear. At this point, I'm ready for the cycle to end anyway.

3) AGGRESSION - Any aggression I had at the start is pretty much gone. Guess it was a short-term thing.
4) HAIR LOSS - I'm starting to notice the shedding is a little bit more prevalent. It was strong, hit a lull, and now seems to be making a comeback. Still mild overall, though.

Moral of the story: Don't ever short the support supps, especially with a compound known to exhibit such strong negative sides.

*Since this was the last week of the cycle, and even though I hadn't specifically trained for PRs, I figured I'd get an idea of where I was doing heavy singles. This ended up with me working up to about a max attempt, although had it been a true max I would have done things a little differently. More on this below.

THOUGHTS:

This ended up being a chest-only day, which I haven't done in forever. The reason was, I planned on "for real" testing my deadlift max this week, since my last deadlift session went so well, and wanted to keep my back as fresh as possible.

Also, as I alluded to, this wasn't a true max attempt day. If it were, I wouldn't have done all the reps before I got to 405 or more. Instead, this was more a bunch of heavy singles, working up to a max attempt. IOW, this max is probably a few lbs less than what my real "fresh" max would be. In any event, I worked up to 405, 10 lbs off my PR, but truth be told, it was shaky as ****. I got the lift, but it wouldn't have counted in a powerlifitng meet, that's for sure (uneven lockout).

Now, I'm not sure whether to be disappointed or not with this. It looks like my strength is almost exactly the same as it was before the cycle. That sucks, buuuuut... this was supposed to be a recomp. I wasn't eating to grow at all times, like I was on my 1-T run, and this result further cemented the truism (at least for me) that food is the most anabolic agent around. I guess the final verdict will be if I lost any appreciable amount of fat, as well as if the deadlift goes well (SPOILER ALERT: it did, update soon). I will say that since my little rant-post about where to go with 2 weeks left in the cycle, my diet has been mostly spot-on and I do appear to be somewhat leaner.

Anyway, I guess the take home point is 5 weeks of 1-TT with my recomp-type diet didn't budge my bench an ounce. Take that FWIW.

Huge PR on deadlifts!!! I was f'in stoked after this lift, as much for the PR as for how frickin' easy it was. 635 came up like nothing. No struggle to get started, no grind at lockout - nothing. Clean and easy. I had another 10-20 lbs in me easy, but I always like to leave a max session with a PR, and a 20-lb PR was great. So in the next few months I will take aim at a goal I set 1.5 years ago when I started deadlifting again: 7 plates, or 675. Hopefully this fall/winter, then from there, on to 700. It seems weird to even be in the ballpark of 7 bills. That would be sweet.

The rest of the WO could have sucked at that point, but in fact it went great too. T-bar rows were fantastic, worked up to 7 plates for a solid 3 reps + 1 cheat rep. Everything else was good too, all in all a great day.

This session pretty much saved a likely mediocre overall grade from me on 1-TT. As I said, I'm in PCT as I write this, and when I catch up to the final day of the run (Friday) I will get a final review up with after pics. I snapped a few yesterday and will get a few more this week, hopefully better quality than my befores.
 
Awesome job on the Deadlift PR. That weight is very impressive for sure! Glad your cycle turned out pretty well. I am sure you wanted more weight gain, but if you lost bf% then it kinda works out in the long run!
 
during ptc do you continue to take support supps or are the unnecessary? i currently take cycle support while on 1-t tren

Yes but at smaller doses. I immediately tapered down on all the prolactin support supps, but I kept my BP supps and Cycle Support as normal until my BP stabilised (which it did, mostly). Now I am using smaller doses of everything and will likely end all support supps at the end of PCT week 2.

2) BP - Opening value: 123/78.
1st check (05/14): 125/75 (roughly)
2nd check (05/17): 130/70 (roughly)
3rd check: (05/21): 135/60 (??? WTF?) I don't think I'm doing this right. I'm going to have to practice this a bit to make sure I'm getting accurate numbers.
4th check (05/24): 130/70 again, I think? At least it doesn't appear to be getting worse.
5th check (05/29): 130/75 - pretty sure I got this right, and actually I'm fairly happy that with 4 full weeks done, the BP isn't getting any worse. I can live with that level for 2 more weeks.
6th check (05/31): 130/70 (roughly) - holding steady, I guess I have all the support supps to thank.
7th check (06/05): Missed Thursday's b/c I was ill, but BP ticked up a bit - 135/75. I think this was related to my supps. I was running out of some of the BP-support supps I had, and I was trying to conserve them by lowering the dose. This ended up being a disastrous decision (more on this in Sunday's update).

*** As I headed into my 6th and final week, I realized I would not have enough CoQ10, Celery Seed, or stand-alone Hawthorne Berry to finish the run and the 1st week of PCT as at my regular dosing, as was my plan. I was still taking only 1 teaspoon of Cycle Support per day as well. So, I figured as I was close to the end of the run, I could "half-ass" the dosing on those supps to extend them to the end of the run and into PCT and still be OK. Boy was I wrong.

On Sunday I woke up with a solid headache. I figured it was illness-related, took a few Motrin, and went to my softball game. However, after the game and as the morning turned into the afternoon, the headache was no better and in fact was getting worse. I didn't think it was BP-related, but just to be safe I took my BP and got...

8th check (06/07): 155/85. Holy fukking hypertension. I freaked out, I almost stopped the cycle right there, but I said I'd give myself 48 hours to get it under control, and if it wasn't, the cycle would end. So I immediately moved to 2 doses of Cycle Support, as well as not only going back to my original BP-support supp dosing, but upping those doses too. Yes, I would run out maybe a day or 2 into PCT. But I knew I had to get the BP in check right away.

9th check (06/08): In only 24 hours my mega-dosing of the BP supps dropped it back to 135/70. Worse than what I'd been maintaining, but a ton better then 155/85. If I can hold that for a couple days, I'm in the clear. At this point, I'm ready for the cycle to end anyway.

10th check (06/11): 130/70, back to sort-of inflated BP numbers I had throughout most of the cycle. As long as I'm back to normal a week or 2 into PCT I should be fine.

3) AGGRESSION - Any aggression I had at the start is pretty much gone. Guess it was a short-term thing.
4) HAIR LOSS - I'm starting to notice the shedding is a little bit more prevalent. It was strong, hit a lull, and now seems to be making a comeback. Still mild overall, though.
5) GYNO SYMPTOMS - Back to none after adding in 2nd cap of Reversitol.
6) TESTICULAR ATROPHY - Rather significant shrinkage, to be honest. Shutdown seems pretty harsh, as others have reported with the "Tren" designers.
7) MISC. - Back pumps, but added taurine is helping a lot. I now take 500 mg in AM and 1 g pre-WO. Virtually no pumps on heavy deadlift day - excellent results.
ACNE- Body acne is present, although it is mostly cleared up now.

MOOD/LETHARGY/ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE:

Mood is still fine, lethargy pretty much gone now.

Still sweating more than usual, although much less than first 1-2 weeks of cycle (1-TT thermogenic effect).

Second-to-last day of cycle, I actually was able to get 40 full days at 6 pumpos a day out of 2 bottles, so that was cool. Nothing much to report that hasn't been already.

THOUGHTS:

So I got in the gym real late Friday, and I wanted to test my squat as well as shoulders, then hit my arms a bit, and instead I just had nothing in me. As I was warming up I just felt I had no "pop", no intensity. So I ****ed around for a while, didn't test, and wrapped it up. I know, crappy end to a run, but maybe it was my body telling me to back off for a while.

SO there it is, the cycle is over and I am in PCT as we speak. I will get

A) a final review, with grades;
B) "after" pics; and
C) a first update in PCT

up as soon as possible. Thanks to Primordial Performance, MaxGolf, and Trauma1 for the product, it was an interesting run.
