Enter the Dragon: The Definitive 1-T Tren Log (Sponsored)

Good work so far! I've been following and not just cluttering up the log . Glad to hear you got the BP under control. Here's to getting the mojo back

LOL, thanks Steve. My "mojo" is already a lot bigger, so that's good.

Really good log so far, I like the detail. :yikes: on some of those numbers...:notworthy:

Thanks MrBig.

Ummm... on second thought that just doesn't sound right without the "PR" in there.

So let's go with "Thanks Mr."

Moving on... :drunk:

"After" pics are up, and so ends my log. Again, I hope everyone who followed along enjoyed it, and I hope it can help guide you in your supplement decisions.

Absolutely superb log mate, so detailed it puts a lot of the logs on here to shame. Thanks for taking the time.

1-T Tren Revisited

First off, apologies for bumping this old log, but this is something I've been meaning to do for quite a while.

I feel I need to re-evaluate my overall grade for the performance of 1TT. My main isue with it was the lack of strength it produced in a "recomp" attempt, especially in bench and upper-body lifts. That, coupled with the rough sides, made me give the compound a final grade of only a 5 out of 10.

However, hindsight has given me some further perspective on this. I was playing softball 2-3 times a week during the course of my run, and was doing a LOT of throwing. As it turns out, the wear and tear on my arm contributed in a bog way to a complete lack of progress in maximal strength throughout the entire summer. My rotators, what with the throwing plus regular lifting, were very tired by September, and by October, when my strength started to increase again after a period of rest, I put 2 and 2 together and realized that the main reason I saw no strength gains in upper body lifts while on was the condition of my arm (really my R arm).

So, in retrospect, I will bump my final grade up to a 6.5 or Incomplete, due to the fact that I believe the lack of strength increase was not related to the weakness of the compound, but rather my own lifestyle at the time. I know this comes a little too late to really help anyone, so perhaps no one cares, but as I may come into more of this compound and run it again, perhaps even mini-log it somewhere, I felt the need to update my final thoughts on the original run.

So, yeah.
