My dad is going to go over the internals, a kid at his shop spent over 8k on a C5 swap. He could have just converted the springs, rockers and stuff :dunno:, guess he likes throwin money away.

My dad is a mechanic so I'm covered in that aspect. Gonna build it for boost, just have to finish getting the tranny and other essentials together. Was looking around for a place to tow my EF from texas to NY, gonna be a nice lil headache when I get back.

I'll more than likely spend a couple of days just workin on my lil baby...planning on maybe getting a daily and keepin the EF for the "whenever" vehicle.
 
I'll problably be moving to South Carolina in the next couple of months. I hate Texas.

It isn't really a choice whether I get to stay at a place or not, all in the military's needs.

You'll work on a base as a pharmacist then?

When's your committment done? Can you just be a regular licensed pharmacist after that? Freakin good career these days. Safe and lucrative.
 
I'm done in 2010....Still mulling around whether to stay in or not. On base as a Pharmacist, can work at a hospital or "CVS" and make 6 bills easy.

Wife wants to finish school so I may sign up enough to get us to that point.
 
Private sector pays very well in that occupation!

Further to AZ's point. If wifey wants to go to school, why wouldn't you go private and cash out? Better benefits in the military? I gotta think they are getting you at about 40% of your earning power right about now.
 
While I'm in she can get spousal assistance. Not to mention Medical benefits and some other goodies. We get an allowance of like 1700 a month....my payment is 1175. Everything else is pocket money. Not to mention being deployed is tax free plus another 1500 a month maybe. It all equates out to about 96k a year minus some headaches. Get ballin tax refunds too.

In private you get taxed to sh*t. When my lil guy was born we got a hospital bill for 48K. Are you serious? Military paid for that. Medical in our country is jacked. When I was in germany sh*t was so different.

I just started a f*cking huge wave.

Went to get some food. Guess it was Italian, chicken wings and crap food night. They have different choices though (healthy). I saw this bigger guy get lasagna, a hot dog, mashed potatoes, white rice. Big portions. I went and got Turkey, Brown rice and beans, Broccolli, red yellow and green peppers and some spinach. Why everyone behind me got the same? :toofunny:
 
The RSX's are tight. K20's are over priced per the carton but that engine kicks ass. I had a badass 2003 Nissan Spec V named Julie....Giggity....:hump:

Thanks Teg...I'm an old musclecar throw back. I just got rid of my newer GTO. Warmed it over a little and had 415 to the wheels. I also picked up the new XB for my son. Lowered it for him and set up a system inside...pretty cool ride!
 
Glycobol Update

Took 2 30 min before my meal...

2 Turkey breast (10 oz?)
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 of Broccoli/ Red Green and Yellow Peppers/Spinach
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
2 TBSP Peanut Butter ( All natural B*tches)
Handful of Almonds (non salted, straight raw :hump:)

Gonna problably do about 300 pushups in half an hour. The pumps I get after eating alone is like I've been in the gym.

I gave it to a bridesmaid after a wedding I shot last summer in the back of my RSX (now you guys know why I am still a wedding photographer :lol: ) .

Not much room... I wound up with rugburns and bruises all over.
 
What's the idea with doing the 300 pushups in a half hour? Do you do that in place of a chest workout? Or on a off day? I have enough trouble recovering in the 4 days between training chest on DC workouts is why I cant fathem adding in 300pushups on top of it.

Plus he is in the Military, I imagine he is just used to doing hundreds of push-ups on command.
 
Difference between being used to it and doing it on your own which could lead to over-training. I'm just curious about it, hell I might do it too. Things he does are obviously working well for him.

No off day.....I usually do about 700 or so every 12hours. So I go 12 hours on, 12 hours off. Rinse and repeat. What better to do with some down time then to workout.
 
It's not overtraining, depends on how you hit them and what you are looking for. I sip Xtend throughout the day too. :dunno:

Takes some getting used to but your body should adapt by the third week or so. I used to do jogging in place and pushups in between sets to keep my heartrate up a couple of years ago. DC is intense bro, you'll get used to it.
 
Give or take. HAHA, I saw that movie with my wife and she was like "uhh, is that a white you". When it's with fitness I'm f*cking nuts. I've helped alot of people in my life though and I refuse to ever get fat.
 
Sh*t was just insane. I read up that number 2 is about a chick or something :wtf:

Sh*ts a classic though. Gonna have to watch it again soon.

what's your PT test max? 112 was mine, but i was 65 pounds lighter when i did them.
 
What time frame for the PT?
 
Pushups and situps in 2 minutes and a 2 mile run. I max pushups and run but not situps. Depends on when i take the test ie. time of day.
 
You did 288 pushups in 2 minutes?
 
:lol: It's based on a scale and 75 is the max for my age group. so I get an auto 100 pts for that. Each cat is 100 points. The run is 13 minutes or less for max. Situps is 80, I did 71 :lick:

my max was something like
112 pushups
74 situps
13:22 - 2 mile run.

240 PT score, but i had the highest pushups in my unit, though there were 2 people within 10 pushups of me.
 
Ohh you asked Pushup max...:pat:

I've never really tried but I can get my max while PT testing and sit around for a while :).
