Can somebody here assist me? I've placed an order but received something completely else then what I ordered. Also I'm unable to e-mail custom capsule, I get an error message return:

Message could not be delivered. Error was: The mailbox is not available on this system The following recipient(s) could not be reached: [SF:customcapsule.com/jesse]
 
That bites!!! Did you get a printout of whats in the caps or is the quantity wrong.....just wondering how you figured out you have the wrong order thats all.

I just got somebody elses order. Completely different then what I ordered. Even the adress on the invoice inside the box is on somebody elses name :( That person probably has my stuff :(
 
I got an e-mail through yesterday but no reply so far..

Their rep, russianstar has not been on the forums in 2 weeks..
 
Well I'm starting to get really pissed. There's simply no way to get in touch with custom capsule, I've send multiple e-mails already.
 
im here now, can you PM me your order number and all your details, il sort it out, by the way on my home page i have a blog, with the owners email addy, but il sort it out for you.

We had sent 1hp the wrong order but we realized right when we sent it it was wrong so a two days later we sent the right one. He had received the wrong one but didn't realize the correct one was actually in customs right behind it.

Seems I overreacted a bit since it was my first order at cc and not receiving a reaction to my first few mails.

Other then that great service, will order again!
