If by worst, you mean best! What could possibly go wrong? I mean really?!
 
ive tried to just stand on one of those before....and judging from that....they should have made a youtube video instead of just taking a pic
 
In theory it probably looked like a great idea, but as is with many things, practical application leaves something to be desired.

Oh shiz that looks like it hurts bad. Dont know why I get that feeling....but...

BTW about the original image. The Idea is to use one of those half bubbles and do it(with the solid base). And us a lighter wight. The supposed idea is that it helps build stronger stabilizer muscles. Though these geniuses are a shoe in for a Darwin award for their ingenious expansion upon the idea.
