It's official, I need to eat more cals. Weighed in today pre w/o at 205.5. The meal plan needs some tweaking I would say. I will put in another 500 cals and see if the scale starts heading in the other direction. The way my appetite is on 1-Andro it should not be a problem. I feel like things are picking up. The Alpha male attitude is growing. Vascularity has increased as well. Today was ABs/Triceps/Back.
Triceps: I can't do standard dips..my shoulders won't let me. I have been relegated to bench dips. Standard DC rest pause set Olympic bar across lap BW+135 25-8-6. Took a 1 minute rest and went to a standing single pulley cable press down 70-15. DC stretch followed.
Back Width: Underhand grip pull down single pulley 160-10-5-4. Went to BB rows 225-10, strip the weight and did 185-12.
Back Thick: Nothing fancy here...Floor deads 315-7, strip the weight 250-12.
Felt strong and powerfull thru-out the w/o. Looking forward to more calories and next week. I will get in another ride this weekend...tomorrow is looking busy so maybe Sunday.
