Alpha-Yohimbine capsules

I got my package today, but I am still at work. I will open it tonight and start dosing in the morning. I'll have a detailed feedback log up tommorow.
 
wow, that should have a warning on it "don't allow this to touch your tastebuds"... :D

tried 100mg for 30 of A-Y, felt good. Going to try it tomorrow pre-cardio
 
Appetite:
I have dosed 30 mg A-Y and I can definitely say my appetite is lowest it has been since the first time I used EC. I do not need to force myself to eat which is nice. By this I mean it does not pain me to get maintenance calories, which I have experienced in the past when my appetite has been suppressed. I can eat when I should eat, and the rest of the time hunger does not enter my mind, and sometimes I need to remind myself that I should eat something.

Libido:
Libido has been going strong. I am not hard like a thirteen year old all day, but when given the right stimulus, I get a strong response if you catch my drift.

Focus:
I can't really say that my focus has jumped significantly. I have never really had a problem focusing, so I dont know. For me it hasn't been that big of a deal.

Fat Loss:
Too early to tell, but I am combining it with RPN Eviscerate, so we will se how it goes.
 
was hoping to get mine in the mail today. Parents are in town this week, so diet will falter somewhat.. Right now, they're watching playoffs eating ice cream while I sit over here whining.. Please get that A-Y to me ASAP!!! :) Looking forward to using it alongside the Eviscerate. Can this be taken w/ the EC stack as well, or is that a little too much overkill?
 
I don't think it will be overkill... a lot of people love EC + Yoh. but a lot of people don't because of yohim. side effects. Since Alpha-Y doesn't have the sides I would think it would stack well together IMO.
 
I just got my Alpha in the mail a few days ago. I mixed the 20 grams with 1.5 grams of piperine that I got from BAC. I didn't have a scale to actually measure the piperine, so I used the razor blade method:) I was hoping to get a 20:1.5 ratio of piperine to alpha-y. once again, since I didn't have a scale, I took the ~1 gram scoop I got from BAC, and mixed it with 60 mil of water to make a suspension, to dose with a dropper. My first dose was about 60 milligrams, or two and one fourths droppers full. I really should get a scale to assure more accurate dosing, but since I dropped so much on supplements this round, it will just have to wait a bit. From the first dose, I noticed an immediate a sense of well being, motivation, and alertness. I didn't really notice much of an appetite suppression, but then again, not much can touch my appetite. I used to pound down about $25 worth of Taco Bell, every Saturday, hence now being on a cut, lol! I will report back after a week of consistent dosing @60 milligrams per day to report on fat loss, and libido.

A double 0 capsule, with the top 1/4-1/3 full (loose fill, not hardpacked) will yield around 50mg.
 
Thanks for the tip and your generosity. I had the Jscale JS-XV 200 and it worked great. I had a battery leak and it won't start now. However, they offer a 20yr replacement warranty with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them for the price and you can find them on ebay cheap. I'm putting there warranty program to the test, we'll see how long it takes.

The warranty also covers a malfunction caused by battery leakage?

I know question was directed at me but

I have a Jscale hp-50x its very accurate and easy to use. Comes with Calibration Weight and it always seems to be right on. I havent had to use the warranty as of yet so I cant comment on that
 
wheee, 150mg raw for about 45mg of a/y with 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, plus 1.5g dl-phenylalanine has me feeling great. pity it still doesn't make me feel like doing cardio.

Any effect on carb cravings?
 
Hmmm hard to say. I've had higher than normal craving for ice cream and pbj sandwiches, but I think its just food specific :D Like no real craving for potatoes or french fries. Pretty good appetite suppression for 3-4 hours

I actually ordered a whole grain pancake for breakfast today and barely ate 1/3 of it. It wasn't because I wasn't hungry - just had no interest.

I crave ice cream, and I crave steak - just no craving for carbs - at ALL.
 
I just dumped all 20 grams into capsules and hard packed them then divided

20grams by number of capsules. One "00" capsule yielded 571 milligrams then I take one capsule and dump it into another powder and do the math.

I mixed it with 30 g coleus forskolin.

yeah, the pbj craving was more pb craving :D but if i eat it just with a spoon, i'll end up taking in 900 cal worth. at least on a whole grain english muffin i end up at 300-400 cal. btw this

i can't wait, i hate hcl with a passion. i have some stubborn fat(v.a.t.) that i want to try and get rid of. can you say how many mg per cap or not until released
 
Matt can you give us some kind of opinion on what results we would have. Is this product going to be = or > greater than said product. You think it will be = to the results of let's say LX for fat loss?
 
I understand that comparing results or potential results is just theory. I totally agree with you though. When people do logs of one fat burner and then another it really isn't a fair comparison as their body's are at different starting points. Matt's opinion on what he thinks results could be like is all I'm really looking for.

with the piperine I am actually impressed with once a day. without it, I usually do twice a day.

Effects seem to easily last 5-6 hours.

Does Alph-Yohimbe have reduced effects on BP and Heart rate? or is there completely no effects on either with alph-Y?

I haven't tried with piperine (I have some 10mg bioperine tabs here somewheres) but i'd agree with 5-6 hours anyhow. today was with 60mg geranamine, 25mg ephedrine, 4 RPMs. wonderful.

Yep...I am chomping at the bit (and probably emailing one too many times a day) to get these gum samples to try out the combo.
 
I woke up at 6am today, had the alpha y + the rest at around 645, and didn't end up eating anything till almost 1pm
 
anyone got a tip on getting 30mg in the caps alittle easier.

I mesured for 50 dumped into cap machine spread out then measured ea cap one at a time and made adjustments. hope theres an easier way. But even if not at 1 a day 50 is 7 weeks worth so not to bad

The Alpha-Burn will be done pretty soon. Luckily, Alpha-Y is very forgiving with dosage.

I usually take the TOP of the capsule (shorter piece) and fill it around 1/3 full without compressing at all. This works out to be about 30-40mg.
 
you find something else to dose with it that has consistent density and flows well, like vitamin C powder, creatine mono is good, even whey. figure out what of that goes into a single cap, then subract out the amount of the alpha-y you need, multiply each by # of caps + a few spare caps worth, and mix the powders together in a separate container.
 
ok, guys...I have 7 packets of AY here with no more postage printed.

I have to rely on your honesty, as it will take me about 2 hours to print out my USPS history and compare with all of the orders.

NOBODY HAS BEEN CHARGED YET.

I need to know, from all of yoy who submitted order, who has NOT received what they ordered?
