pfffffft! :nono:
dunno 'bout that one dude..
:nervous:
What I meant to imply is even though I had a negative experience I still really loved my leg workout being so off the wall intense. I still felt really good.

I almost feel like you're going to come out with a line of frozen dinners a la "Chef Snagardee"![]()

ahhh...Snagardee has his first customer!
Nice! If you're ever in my neck of the woods, swing on by bro -- meal's on da house!I dunno about frozen dinners... But if I'm ever in Indiana, I would totally PAY Snag (a large sum of $$) to cook me dinner one night!
:28:Hah ... todays a high carb day ... your food has no power over me!!
wow we are already a month into this....time is flying(not complaining I am trying to finish this last week and a half of school..)
BTW Bolt -- just so you don't feel left out, you can always swing by the crib for a meal too! :wave2:

Nope, both the zero-carb powder and the bottled drinks use sucralose for the sweetener. I don't have any issues with Isopure, digestion or otherwise, love the stuff! I don't use it exclusively or excessively..I guess if I wanted to be picky, it's a pretty bland-tasting protein, but I usually mix it with some other form of protein of the same flav, so it gives it a boost.Hey Snag, does that Isopure have aspartame in it?

Love adding it Beverly Ultra Size or a scoop of Monster Milk..
I'm a mad chemist when it comes to mixing & matching protein powders!:afro:
Day #30
And April roars out Lion!! :aargh: Awesome back session this morning, energy flowing fiercely, pace was good, strength on..order of the day went a lil like this: bent BB rows, underhand pulldowns to front, seated pulleys (long bar + single-arm), light rack deads, and some calves. Intentionally avoided pull-up bar today, hence the pulldowns (I don't do these often). 60sec rests thruout. Sweat was rolling even on a cool morning in my garage..just a great session.
I'm gonna try something new for preWO, picked up some ON Threshold to run, got a smoking deal on it. I was thinking about Poseidon or looking in to Ultima (this was when the lethargy was kicking my azz :dead, but man for $10 I can't pass up checking this out. Throwing it in the mix on the morrow..
Haha, yeah I remember the first time I took it, I dosed too much and ZING! :crackhead: is right. Then I low-dosed it for the next couple days and was cool. Something you really have to break in in a controlled fashion. I could def tell a diff when I was using it tho, liked it a lot.Poseidon ****s me up bad!!! I get completely flushed from head to toe, my blood itches, I can't stop scratching, and it just irritates me to hell. **** makes me feel like a heroin addict. :crackhead:

Threshold is not as comprehensive, has magnesium/phosphorous/sodium/potassium with BA and l-histidine, 75 servings per jar.
Would the niacin be causing that feeling Snag? I've read that it gives a pretty good flush when consuming it. I have been looking at poseidon for a while but, I just end up never getting it.
I gotta attack my lawn tomorrow myself. :sigh:That's funny...you shave your chest and I actually did mow my lawn!
:thanks: :006:Looking good as always Snag!
..and in all honesty back brother -- much appreciation for the recognition!Snag-o-pump, you are truly a beast! :scared:
I say that with all honesty.
Great work, man; dedication is not something that skipped over you.
And you know this! :cool2:Keep at it, my friend.
:biglaugh:
Update pic..finally got a few minutes to mow the yard (haha, shave the chest that is) and see what's laying beneath all that fur.
Haha.. I call it man-scaping![]()
Played 2hrs of tennis this morning, felt great out there, was moving well, making all my shots, serve was on..just one of them days where everything is jelling. Feeling the pounding I gave my legs earlier now tho, and it's almost time to get some baseball on.. :684:
Oh for sure bro, my 3k caloric intake is still a deficit with all this running around, cutting it up as we speak! :wave2:All that activity; definitely no extra cardio needed when you're doing that much activity. Glad to hear your serve has come back; just takes a bit of practice to work off the rust.
Do it to it bro! Hellz yes..I haven't been to the cages for awhile myself, lucky I have live arms to face some BP, but I love me some cage work too!Man, I've been meaning to get to the batting cages lately. I'm gonna need to get on that one of these days, it's been a while.
Snag, you did 3 sets of (8-4-4) for one muscle? These were done to failure on each paused set? If so...wow!
No worries of over training bubba? That is some brutal punishment.
