AK32408's Road to Recomp For The Summer With Formex !

I hear that, I now only drink water that is filtered through a 7 step carbon filtering system. It takes out almost of the the bad stuff like the floride and other bad things that are added to our water.

I just saw an article yesterday telling us about how they dump millions of pounds of pharmaceutical drugs in our water supplies. That is pretty scarry to me. I also make sure that I carry at least a gallon of my filtered water around with me...

I get funny looks when I bring my usual daily gallon with me to class :dunno:


Hey AK, nice thread. Im about tro run a stack of formex and DTHC. I was just wondering what kind of BF and weight changes youve noticed? Im sure its in ure log, but the pics are quite distracting for me. lol.

I noticed a 5 pound decrease in weight so far by doing.. well nothing different haha, no calorie deficite or anything. I love it ! Next month is cardio until I go to the beach, I have a strong feeling the Formex will shine with cardio and my goals for a recomp :bandit:

wow five pound loss...yeah im trying to basically maintain at 235 til camp. I was thinking about possibly throwing in like a 4 week 20 mg epi dose pulse along with the two. Maybe formex and DTHC on off days and then finish the bottles for two weeks as a PCT. Im not really sure how that sounds, but just excited to get my formex and DTHC in the mail tommorow!!!! Good luck with the rest of your stack

Yea man, 5 pounds down but I still have all my strength (even more now) and fullness, that tells me it was all water/excess estrogen weight. The pumps are InSAne and the vascularity is pretty sick too. :cool:

Be careful with the Epistane and what the rules allow for football.. if it's cool though, hit up the IBE forum or pm a rep for a solid dosing protocol for the stack !

I listen to everything lol. Seriously 60's & 70's rock to 90's alternative to trance and techno to hip hop.

It's alright, but not really my cup of tea. Songs that repeat the same lyrics over and over with a 3/2 beat ratio are way over done these days. I mean, if you like it, more power to you, I just prefer a different style of creativity. And band's that use Drum Machines are not cool with me. Trance or Rave party people in general makes me want to take the neon sticks that they have and ram them into their eye sockets with extreme and brutal force while asking with a smile on my face, “Can you see the light now, b*tch?” Is that bad?

Yea.. I would never go to one of those trance/rave parties. I've seen youtube video's of some when I was looking for songs, and that's def. not my scene.

The parties/clubs I go to always have good rock or hip-hop songs songs playing. :cool:

Oh mann, I bet you're getting pumps just form flexing ;)

haha.. when I was on 4 caps, I would seriously grab the 30's or somethin for DB bench just to get the blood flowing for the press movement and I would get a pump :laugh:

The pump hurts so good at 4 caps :p

and for me the vascularity would look like... well, I don't know what I looked like but it was awesome !

I kept it at 3 though after trying 4 caps a day for a while I noticed I would have to drink more water in a shorter period of time just to not get the slightest headache.. when I get those I don't feel like pushing it to the extreme in the gym.
 
The headache could be an indication of over-exertion, low estrogen levels, or not having a significant amount of H2O in you.

I think all 3 are the culprit here.. I have to learn how to breathe better when I lift.

For some odd reason, when I was just starting out (back when I thought N.O. Xplode was the best supplement ever and that I wouldn't need anything else :p ) I would hold my breath on real heavy lifts and afterward I would see stars. I still tend to not breathe properly when I'm going big, but I've gotten a lot better at it.

I just stopped getting exertion headahes, they are the worst. When i get em they are debilitating. I got em during the end of a 20 rep squat, then again for like 1 month, even when i was having sex, it made me seem like such a pussy.

That definitely doesn't sound fun :(

Luckily mine don't last too long.

No lifting today. I did 30 min of Interval cardio then went hard on the ab's

Hmm today for some reason after dosing the Formex and X-force cardio was a breeze. It almost felt like I didn't even get 30 min of it in. Usually my shirt is all sweaty but there was only a bit of precipitation collected under my arms.

For abs I did a variation of 3 pieces of equipment for 15 reps and 3 sets. No more ab's until Saturday.

Cardio is a must for me.
I take my heart health very seriously. And plus, it's stupid to look fit on the outside and be unhealthy, or at par with your internal machine. I'm a cardio addict that never plans on going to rehab. :D

I get more like this as I continue to lift...I don't dislike cardio but its not always something I plan to do. I am trying to get into a better habit of it and I will get back into crazy good shape again like I did last summer :)
 
It's definitely a process of learning what you like, and what your body responds to. Just keep at it and you'll find something that will drive you to do more. :head:

Yeah me too man. I love bulking, im trying to get to 235lbs, i hate to say it, but i might skip my annual cut. Ive been starting to watch the diet again, im only at 12% right now, but i need to do some damage control. I was dirty bulking for awhile, ive put on 32 lbs since sept 08, about 8-10 of it fat, but i will take the 20+ lbs of muscle. 11 of it i got from the one. I wear it pretty well, i got wide shoulders so i still look good, but with my shirt off the abs are barely ther anymore. No gut or anything. Thats my story and im sticking to it!!

Being tall definitely has it's advantages ! Back in High School I was 6'3" my senior year weighing in at 185-190, freshman year of college for basketball I was 6'4" 215. Now I'm 6'5" and 225. At one point I was pushing 245 :jaw:

I like keeping the weight, I'm just going for a recomp for keep the mass and cut the unnecessary fat around the midsection.

I hear that!! I dont mind floating around 12%, i dont do alot of running, but when i cut i spend alot of time hitting the bag. I do like the crossfit climber, i put that baby on 20 and start hauling uphill.
 
AK you wouldn't believe how skinny I was my senior year of high school...

6'3" and around 155 lbs, talk about a bruiser lol

Were there pockets? haha.. all this cardio talk! I will say one person made me think. Iron is a cardio machine, I have a pool here about to open, about 2-3 weeks. I'll be there daily doing laps, and every other motion there is to do in a pool, all prior to work, then hit the gym at night, with some light cardio..
