CellMass or just CEE

So I'm not really a creatine fan, but I have seen so many good things about CellMass that I thought I'd give it a try. What I was wondering is if there's any benefit to getting CellMass over regular CEE.
 
I would go with just bulk creatine. Actually, the latest and greatest creatine that just came out and is on sale as a 3-pack with a free shirt is Invalid Link Removed. Try wrapping your head around that writeup, and hit up the Omega forums if you have any questions.

Mono just didn't seem to do much for me. Could be that I just got crappy mono though, but I bought it before I was sure if I was going to like lifting. I didn't want to spend much money so I bought cheap. I'm not big yet, but I've gained around 25lbs. and want that to continue another 25-35, so I decided to look back into the basics. Currently just Multi, Flax seed, Fish oil, Whey. I've cut out all other supplements and replaced with food. I figure it's time I treat myself to something new.
 
Cell mass is crap, lol my workout partner takes it and he has gone DOWN in the weights he lifts.
 
Haha really. Well that's defiantly good to know. I'm guessing your workout partner is doing everything else right? Most of the bad reviews are "read the label and saw it WILL GIVE YOU KIDNEY DAMAGE!!!! T0t4lly not w0rth it 4 bigg3r biceps!!!!"

Basically the directions are dosed wrong. Its like 6 hours before a workout and 4 hours after or something. I dont know, if i were you i would stick with creatine 5 g pre workout and 5 g post. When i used i got the best gains off of that.

ya cellmass is garbage, imo CEE is garbage.

Id jus go w/ tried tested and true creatine mono. Creatine isnt anything magical too, so dont expect to much from it.
 
mono is the best imo...dosing and what you take it with are very big factors in its mechanics. and its cheap enough to pay these factors!

Porbably because your supposed to take it on an empty stomache after a workout. No creatine is importat enought to go hungry for half hour after a workout.

i will also like to mention that i had great results with Creatine AKG back when the original anavol was out.
 
Creatine Monohydrate or Magnesium Creatine Chelate. Both work great. Creatine Monohydrate works well, people just expect to much from supplements.
 
I always mixed in Creatine Mono in with my protein shake with water PostWO, and was going to try CEE this time around.

Dunno about creatine in a cap, but that trinitine does look enticing!! (sold out ATM, BTW)

Not only did CEE not help me much, if at all, but it seemed to be hard on my health. Just type CEE into the search engine, and youll see several links that shine a negative ligt on CEE within the first page.

Bump on the trinitine, can anyone tell me more about it. Anyone here get better results then mono using it?
