AK32408's Road to Recomp For The Summer With Formex !

Just checking in bud! :)

Cheers!

Day 11

I woke up and skipped my morning dose to try out the pre-workout dose and before bed dosing protocol to see how that goes.

Soo, today I decided to be adventurous and take 2 caps for Formex pre-workout instead of 1 about an hour and a half before my workout. I did bi's and tri's and I don't think my arm's ever got a pump so fast or have been so vascular before that I can recall recently after arm day. Here's the workout..

-My 1st workout was overhead standing rope tricep extensions (the one where you lean forward) immediately super-setted with tricep press downs. I had each stack set on 90 and did 9 reps with 5 sets of each with about 45 seconds rest in between sets.

-The next workout was standing dumbbell tricep extension with an 80 pound dumbbell.
(9 reps and 5 sets)

-After that was skull crushers with the E Z Bar with 25 pounds on each side.
(9 reps and 5 sets)

-For biceps I did rope curls super-setted with straight bar curls on the rack.
(9 reps and 5 sets)

-Hammer Curls with 45 pound dumbbells
(9 reps and 5 sets)

-Machine preacher curl set on 60.
(9 reps and 5 sets)

As you can imagine doing that workout in about 45 to 50 min will give you an amazing fullness feeling and pump no matter what you take. But the pump I had going tonight was off the charts. My endurance was sky high and the vascularity in my arms was amazing to say the least.

It's been about a good 2 hours after I got done lifting and I still got my pump going strong. I ran to the supermarket after the gym to get a gallon of water (can't beat a gallon for $0.79 :D ) and I was getting stares

My last Formex dose will be about a half hour before bed.

So far, I'm lovin this stuff !

wow sounds great. has the positave effects such as pumps and vascularity been like this since day one of using or how long did it take for the formex to produce these effects? day 11 seems pretty early to knowtice good stuff like that.

I'd say this stuff kicked in around day 3.. that's when I took notice to the pumps and vascularity and all of the other goodies :D... if you read past log's with people using formestane products they start to see results pretty early on.

wow sounds like this Formex is working really well on you Adam and considering you're not stacking with anything else besides Reverse and the multi it makes it more impressive, hmm... I might be adding this to my shopping cart for my next order!
And your workouts look solid too, keep ripping it up in the gym I'm sure it will only get better from here specially since you just bump to 2 caps!

Yea im digging this, with Ak's and T-1 having awesome results, this says something. This is why im going to stack this with Epi, call it the recomp build! what kind of numbers are you looking at bro? weight wise

I though Formex would be better addition after your cycle and used during PCT... LG, if you stack this with epi what will you do for PCT?

, I plan on using a low dose, 25mg EOD, then during PCT go 50MG everyday, T-911, Anadraulic state, and a cort blocker..
All subject to change:)

that looks like a good stack indeed even with the all subject to change :)

I got an un-open bottle of epi in my stash box i need to pull it out and dust it off some time in the near future, I will definitely be looking to get Formex but for now I'll be sitting back and watching this log for great results.

Sounds good man Im sitting back watching this show!, the subject to change, I might throw in some XDreams, Iron is always ranting about it:stick: so why not give it a shot?:):)

Wow, that pump sounds impressive! I am also curios where your at now weight wise. You should ad some JM presses in there for tris, ridiculous agonizing pump.

I'm at around 228 now on the digital scale in the gym.. I started at 232-234.

My diet isn't quite perfect yet but it's still being toyed with right now. I didn't even change it since I started the Formex and I'm dropping weight. Just imagine the leaning effect this stuff will have when I start my cardio back up !

:scared:

Really though, I don't weigh myself a lot.. I go by the changes I see in the mirrior. I used to weigh myself everyday when I 1st started and got discouranged if I didn't see a drop in the numbers.

What are JM presses ?? I definitely need to add some size to my tri's..

Kind of like a close grip bench. Bring the bar down toward your upper chest/neck area witha close grip. When you get about 5 inches away, shift the bar toward your eyes about 1-2 inches then press to lockout. Preform entire motion with lots of tut.

Thanks for the tips guys ! I'll definitely be giving them a try next arm day. I took off from the gym yesterday and today but I'm still dosing the formex the same way.

People have told me I look more ripped just from seeing my arms :D

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE !!

Damn, glad to see that you're seeing some nice results. AK do you normally look ripped and vascular, or is only since you've been on the Formex?

I usually do when I have a nice pump going but the Formex makes it even better. I can definitely tell a difference

That can become a reality with Formex.

lol I seriously go to bed still feeling the pump... of course it's not like the pump fresh out of the gym but it's still noticeable :D

Adam, whats your dosing looking like on non work out days? did you change that up at all either? whens your next weight update? almost 2 weeks in anything other to report?

On off days I do one with breakfast and one with my last meal of the day.

Not too much of a recomp effect yet (it's still really early anyway :p ) besides shedding some weight and still keepin the strength but I'm also not doing cardio for another 2 weeks.. then is when this stuff will really shine I believe and I'll be able to tell if my strength and endurance are still way up when I lose more and more weight :D

I hear ya man, in time.. I hate cardio, but im about to kick it up twice a day, one fasted in the AM, and then at night after my W/O..

I am really interested in seeing the strength retention when the weight loss occurs. I always have a problem with that, especially in my bench.

Any chance of you posting what your diet is looking like home skillet!?

Umm usually for breakfast, lunch, and dinner I hit up Micky D's for a double quarter pounder, large fry, apple pie, chicken nuggets, and a coke.. but I make sure it's diet coke

:donut:

 deff. j/k !

Every morning for breakfast it's a cup of oatmeal with 1% milk and some honey. For a snack I'll attack some skippy natural with a spoon, lunch is subway about 3 days out of the week. $5 footlong on the new 9 grain wheat bread, the shredded cheese, and double meat carved chicken strips. Other days I'll make pasta with whole grain noodles, cheese, and tomato sauce and portion it out into 6 servings for the whole week. I also sometimes make a steak or chicken fajita with cheese and sodium free mrs. dash seasoning to give it a kick. Dinner can be a variety of things as well but I always try to get the leanest meats, low fat whatever lol, and whole grains. Snack is probably more skippy natural, lol. This is a very broad discription of my diet and it probably looks horrendous.. but I try to keep everything proportioned (for ex. for subway I'll get a footlong, eat half and then save the other half for 2 to 3 hours later). Oh, and whey protein post workout and always at least a gallon of water a day and potassium.

Same here, I'm really looking forward to that part, that will be the ultimate test I think for Formex !

Nicee, what do your cardio sessions look like bro ??

Oats are a good source of carb's in the morning; however, you better start eating some protein with it. Egg whites are a must! That, or at least a 4oz chicken breast.

Got it !

I just ran out of egg whites the other day, lol. I do occasionally have eggs in the morning, I just forgot to mention it. I def gotta get them in more often !

Why just egg whites and not the whole egg??

Although whole eggs are a rich source of complete proteins, water-soluble vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids (basically DHA and Arachidonic Acid), carotenoids, and minerals, the preference for egg whites (or albumen) is to maximize the proteins you obtain from eggs while minimizing the fats obtained therefrom. More specifically, the white part of the egg (the albumin) contains most of the proteins in an egg (about 60% of the proteins in an egg are found in the white part), while the yellow part (the yolk) contains practically all the fats (about 99%), some of the minerals, all of the fat-soluble vitamins, and up to 80% of the calories available in an egg. So, eating egg whites is meant to shift macronutrient sourcing from eggs in the preferred direction. Personally, considering the importance of stimulating cholesterol, arachidonic acid, and steroid-hormone syntheses, I prefer to use one or two whole eggs for every five egg whites I take. That way, I get something like the best of both worlds. Just a personal preference, though.

Interesting. I usually eat whole eggs, but i think i will try it this way instead.
