I know we're looking into the 5lb refill bags to start with; I'll let you know when we can expect these to arrive/ I have more info. The stevia cinnamon bun might take a bit longer, but I confirmed it's doable, so you should see that in the near future as well.

It's a natural sweetener. Some people try and stay away from aspartame/sucralose etc.

Agreed... I have at least 5 empty 5lb tubs laying around. A 10lb ISOLATE refill bag would be very nice.
